I’m in a store parking lot getting into my car and this guy with a leaf blower blows dirt and leaves directly at me when I ask him. What is his problem no English no English. SMH

This company destroyed 6 of our solar lights, shredded a corner of our flowerbed, and continues to add to the damage they do to our unit week after week. Their response; (as seen below) We strongly encourage homeowners in the associations we partner with to get involved in their communities and submit their concerns through the proper forum. We are happy to address any concerns or questions through property management. Thank you for understanding. O.K. I did that. And when I spoke to the management, I was advised that Yellowstone Landscaping told them that I was "threatening extortion" if they don't pay for their damage. Yes, EXTORTION!!! That's what they falsely claimed. Furthermore, they lied about the damage. This damage happened 3 weeks in a row, not just one single occurrence. It is bad when a company is consistently negligent. It is OUTRAGEOUS when a company resorts to lies and false accusations to cover up their damage. And looking at the many, many other similar ratings who also claim this company damaged other properties, it becomes very clear that this is has been a problem for years which concludes: DO NOT HIRE this company.

Excellent work. I wish the maintained the property at the Sheffield Towne Association. We use patino's landscaping and they the worst.

I’m not a customer. But trying to have an understanding why I’m being woken up at 6:30am by this company in Chicago IL of them using the leaf/grass blower. City of chicago noise ordinance for mowing and construction is 8am-7pm. My home is next to the commercial building they’re providing lawn services for. It’s just unacceptable and rude given the time. Especially when the company itself is saying their “closed” on the website, yet here are their employees waking everyone up in the block at 6:30am

We are temporarily living in a townhouse in Arlington heights and Yellowstone does the mowing. I would NEVER EVER hire these people. They basically pretend to work. They said they were trimming trees and cut 2 tiny little branches I could have seriously used my pruning shears to do it. They trimmed hedges last week here. They left some hangers so I pulled em and put them by the road. They came today and mowed over the dead stuff and left sticks in my area instead of picking them up like they SHOULD HAVE DONE LAST WEEK. We own multiple properties (planning to move soon just waiting on contractors to get done at a different home) and I hire (and PAY) landscapers for some of those locations. Let me tell you, these Yellowstone people are not fit to be in business. My 13 year old would do a better job. They should be fired by the HOA but this HOA is ridiculous and "managed" by idiots who are not spending their own money so they don't care one bit. (Example: the HOA hasn't sealcoated our driveways in FOUR years. Can't wait to never return to this temporary situation. It makes me physically ill to live in a place and watch all that money go to waste )

I live in Georgetown west and they have done an absolutely horrible job here on 1/13/24. They actually made it nearly impossible ti get out of your parking spaces when before they came it was completely passable.

Absolutely horrible. Our HOA uses them at West Point Gardens and I've complained several times about the HACKING they do to our beautiful growth within our newer built community. They of course will give excuses that they "cut to their standards" When pics are shown to show drastic differences! I cant find last years hacking but these are the most recent. Before and after, completely taking our privacy away. This years probably is a result of last years complaints, they ensured they came back to hack another. Not to mention, they did this in the middle of a downpour, only to our house and all our neighbors (or any of my other bushes) are yet to be touched! We pay these people enough money, some common sense should be used.
