I had the worst experience ever. They broke 2 ten foot windows cost was more than $5000 to replace. More than i already paid them for the quote. They sunk my personal kubota tractor in a bog I told to stay away from. They left it stuck in the bog and took off without telling me. They broke a water line and didnt tell me about that either. They said they would fix all these problems. They did not. What they did do was take my money and then blocked me from calling. These people are deplorable. Wish I could cause as much hurt as they took extreme advantage of me and my family. I would have done it all myself but I had to higher somone because I am 100% disabled veteran. My insurance company is going after them. They charged $5000 for their work & cost me close to $10,000 because the windows cost more as custom windows that are 5' X 10'. They have no integrity or honor. Beware.
ATS did a great job removing 3 - 120+ ft. fir trees in a difficult location on a city lot. Great friendy crew.
Advanced Tree Care is a great contractor to use for tree cutting. They also go above and beyond. A. Their follow up and reminders are on point compared to other contractors. B. Their pricing is extremely good compared to another reputable company in town. C. They did far more than expected, cleaned my entire yard of leaves and stuff that was there prior to doing the job. Great buying experience and they are the right choice for tree work.
Two trees were cut down on my place and the job was well done. No damage to neighbors car cause they were very careful. Also they cleaned up very good. Even cleaned up the leaves ty for a good job.
Once I called Steven, he quickly came out to give me a bid that was the most reasonably priced compared to the others. There was little delay in doing the work. Removal of 15 trees, chipping the branches, bucking up the wood in 16 inch rounds, and 27 stump grindings. He arrived on time with a bucket truck, chipper, tractor with a "gripper" and a crew of seven including a climber. It was a huge job with location restraints and many giant oak trees. The men were organized, respectful of me and my property, put everything where I asked, and left a clean job site. Without asking, Steven and a helper came back the next day to tidy up as needed. Thank you Steven and the crew of Advanced Tree Care of Roseburg. It was a huge job very well done!
I called for a bid on two Pine tree removal with stump grinding, I got a call back same day. Steve came out the very next day gave me a bid which was way less money than I expected. His office scheduled me he and his employee were very prompt and began working immediately. They removed two big Pine Trees thinned out a few Magnolia trees and the clean up was perfect. Steve was very knowledgeable about the trees on my property. I would highly recommend Advanced Tree Service in Roseburg!!! Thank you Steve for a great experience with tree removal.
Steve and his crew were great! We had a lot of trees that needed to be cut down and they did a top notch job! Speedy and efficient, not to mention extremely accommodating in moving their trucks (on a very steep driveway, I might add) whenever my husband and I had to leave for work. We couldn’t believe they did all this work and impeccable cleanup in just two days. Cannot recommend enough!
I have had problems with down trees, widow-makers, and poison oak for several years. With all the recent fires, I was worried about not having a defensible property. At first I thought, "I'll pick at it and eventually get it done." Well, last winter had another snow storm (at Christmas for those that recall). The "problem" got bigger with no end in sight. The brush and dead wood was so thick that you couldn't see even half as far as when the job was completed. I knew that this was beyond my management level so, in comes the professionals Stephen came to my house and gave a bid. he was expecting it to be a two week project. It ended up taking 2.5-3 weeks without costing more than the bid. I love supporting this business. He's a veteran with high work standards. I am very satisfied. I'd recommend Advanced Tree Services to friends and family and those that appreciate a good service at fair trade. Well done!

They do amazing work.they cut our big willow tree and cleaned up even more than they needed to. They couldnt do the second tree right away, but when they came back, they did far more than agreed upon. They trimmed up all our trees. They are amazing. I would highly recommend them. They go above and beyond.
They did a splended job. Great team work. Very careful with the landscape. They were sate with our tall tree hanging over our home and for themselves. Highly recommend them. They cleaned up and made things look good like they found it.

They came on a Saturday to give me a price and it was an excellent price, within budget. Then were able to come do the job within a week. They were amazing. Took extra care with everything they did. Stopped anything from falling in my neighbors yard, raked and cleaned any debris, down to sweeping the sidewalk and street. They moved a Halloween decoration and then put it back when they were done. Cut all the logs into 16 pieces so we could split and haul for family members fire wood. Everything they did was above and beyond expectations. They even trimmed a remaining tree. I would recommend Advanced Tree Service to anyone, what a great company to have here in Douglas County.

Steve and his crew just finished up a job at our Roseburg home, removing a very large old but dying cherry tree and a 30 redwood with multiple trunks whose roots were threatening to tear up a cinder block wall. I could not be happier with the quality and value of their work. Very reasonably priced, arrived when they promised, worked very efficiently and cleaned up beautifully after the work was complete. And they planted two new replacement trees. All work was completed as we had agreed. I will certainly use Advanced Tree Service again for similar service when I need them and I highly recommend them.
Stephen Foster and his crew are amazing! They did all they said they would and totally cleaned up after themselves. We had a large douglas fir to bring down, not six feet from a building plus numerous trees to trim; it was all done perfectly ! If there was a rating higher than 5 stars we would give it!
Advanced Tree Service just took a large oak tree down for us in our back yard. They were prompt and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up all the debris and left the salvageable wood neatly piled for our convenience. I would highly recommend them. They did what was promised.
We were VERY PLEASE ! They arrived on time. The 4 men worked together as a team. No complaining if they needed to stop what they were doing to help one of their team members. They took down a dead oak one segment at a time. Didn t come close to dropping it on the neighbor s fence or the pipes that were above ground. No complaining or bickering or foul language Just a nice bunch of guys working together and doing a Super job. They cleaned up all the debris left by the previous owner and her tenants and when they were done they were nice enough to cut 16 inch rounds of the tree they had dropped and took it upon themselves to cut and stack the limbs that had been left by the last company we had remove a couple of fallen trees. We will be having them back to do some hardscape in our yard come summer. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
I can start with this team really works as a team and everyone works from start to finish. Weve had this company complete 3 projects for us over the past 6 months and they have gone to great lengths to ensure that the project is completed to the best of their ability. Steven and Ryan compliment one another really well as leaders and Stevens team really goes above and beyond to pull the look off. We had a 2 day project completed on 19 & 20 March and they demonstrated safety and the overall look of the property. There was a since of pride in their work. They had a young lady this go-round and she did an awesome job showing those guys how its done. Collectively, they worked well together and we are very pleased. Advanced Tree Service Douglas County came to our house within hours of calling for an estimate to remove trees. They were professional, knowledgeable & friendly. They removed numerous trees, limbed up several trees, ground stumps, chipped branches & cut the trees for firewood. The whole crew was hard working, fast, efficient & they cleaned up afterwards. Recently we have had 5 large difficult trees taken down! Do not hesitate to hire this company, excellent workmanship, they really care and want to do a good job and do a good job! They said they would be here at a certain time and were here at that time and did an excellent job cleaning it all up! They actually care!

He did such a great job on the first project (multiple stump removal) I had him come back for a second one! I would recommend to anyone.

Did very good work. Fast and able to schedule fast in the same week as the estimate( non emergency situation). There was a mix up on the time --but the honesty, professional behavior of the entire crew, skill, fair price, and thourough clean up made that little detail totally worth it. I would recommend Advanced and would definitely hire them again.

Steve, Ryan and crew worked their butts off in my property clearing up much of what the February snow brought down. They worked here for the 3 days we agreed on and 2 more after I saw the quality of their service. In addition these guys are easy to work with and take directions well. I am a hands-on person so I had them do other things as they progressed. They cleaned up their work areas well and piled up all the firewood length rounds they cut up, and there are dozens of them! My property is not flat so much of their work was battling an uphill slope. Also, Steve ground several stumps for no extra charge, which the other local tree trimming outfits do not! If I ever need a tree trimming service again I will call these people first.
These guys are awesome...2 huge trees on a hillside and no damage... Steve and Ryan had great customer service...respectful and pleasant to deal with...I have hired other tree services in the past and these guys surpassed everyone by far..I would highly recommend them for any tree needs. While I was walking the area I ran into Advance Tree Service asked Steven to stop by and give me a Quote and he did. Price was with in my budget so he did the work.
