We just moved to Winchester and needed to do some backyard landscaping. We contacted Emerald Lawns and Dallas quoted a very reasonable price. He was always responsive when we reached out to him with questions. He was friendly, replied quickly, and gave us multiple options. Unfortunately, our time frame is to finish the work before Christmas, so we went with a different company, but we would highly recommend Emerald Lawns to others!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Justin, Colin and the crew are so amazing!! They were so kind and considerate and helped us with the design of our new yard. They are always so professional and their work is perfect! They went above and beyond what we expected and the entire crew are some of the most hard working people I have ever seen. Just placed my order today and expect delivery later this week. So far, the team has been phenomenal. Wendy is the receptionist who provides great customer service and can answer pricing questions. She also relays technical questions to the team who followed up the same day. I am installing my first sod patch and Dallas went above and beyond explaining the process step by step in detail. I'm impressed thus far. Did I mention they beat Home Depot and Lowes pricing... So far so good!
Dallas and his crew were very professional! Gave me a bid at 9 am and had the job completed by the next morning. Was very happy with their design and the work they did! They even installed my lights for me! Would highly recommend them!

We had Emerald Lawns completely landscape our new property after we had our new home built. Although we had some problems, in the end, Dallas and his team took it upon themselves to make sure everything was made right.
They dont answer the phone and theyre no longer in business as far as I know
I had Emerald Lawns install a water feature for me that I absolutely love! They helped me understand what I really wanted from a design perspective and its very low maintenance too. I have recommended them to my family and friends and would recommend them to anyone thinking about getting landscaping projects done. A++
The guys installed a nice timer operated sprinkler system for my large back lawn. Its nice to be able to go on vacation during the summer and not worry about things drying out while Im away now. Very responsive company! Nice people! I will use them again in the future!
