The absolute worst topsoil Ive ever had delivered! Tons of shredded plastic in every shovel full. I understand a small amount but this is ridiculous. Ive already lost 2 chickens due to them choking on it. Never again!!!! Embarrassing...

I ordered 5 yards of top soil this Spring from Lakeland. The delivery was on time, the driver a pleasant and an easy to work with individual who dumped the soil exactly where I asked him. The soil was everything they claimed it to be, really, really good dirt, well sieved, no extraneous material, excellent to use for seeding new grass, and getting parts of my lawn bump free. It was a lot of dirt, I think way more than 5 yards and the extra material will be a welcome resource for future projects. I also had them drop 5 yards of black mulch later on this Spring... also, high quality material. I highly recommend Lakeland as a source for these two products.

Bought 5 yards of dirt, which went fine the driver was great, he actuly went above and beyond to help. But a week later had 5 yards of mulch delivered and the driver was told to put it on the tarp we layed out which was half on the lawn and alittle on the street so nothing was blocked and cars wouldent run into it. Driver decided to just dump it in the middle of the street in a very bad spot, disregarding the tarp completely . I called and asked that they need to come back and push it out of the street a little because the elderly family member i had at my house to accept the deliver while i alwas at work cant move it. The guy on the phone was polite, but in the back round, I can hear someone nastily saying na we dont move anything on property. So since Im basically being told sorry youre on your own, and especially the rude guy in the background Ill use a different company next time.

This was the second place I called today for a mulch delivery, the first place I called was rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them (all I was requesting was an estimate). The guy I spoke to at Lakeland Landscape was friendly and helpful and I scheduled with them on the spot. Great customer service!

The trees are nice, multiple options. The guys working the lot are friendly, helpful & efficient. The witches inside were rude & greedy, over charged us and were unwilling to offer a cash/ professional courtesy to my husband who works at the neighboring business directly next door.

If you need soil delivered on a specific day, look elsewhere. Completely unreliable. Called a week in advance for a very time sensitive topsoil delivery. Called 2 days before to verify, was told it would be there. The delivery day comes, halfway through, no delivery. Call for a window, was told it wasnt coming. I completely understand that stuff happens, but at least tell me the truth so I can make other arrangements. No common courtesy at all.

I purchased a few bags of their kilnwood and was blown away! Not one for writing reviews but it was great and my wife loved it , couldnt believe how it burned so nicely and barely any smoke at all. Just a great experience all around from the ladys in the office to the guys who loaded it into my truck. Definitely highly recommend this company !

Completely horrible. Waited for mulch for two days and I called several times. They would tell me delivery times that were completely false. I had to cancel the mulch as I refused to be lied to a third day. Horrible.

Awesome! There is a huge difference between the quality of mulch you get from Home Depot and Lakeland - you can t even compare! Their mulch is amazing! It s dyed better and shredded finer. Next day delivery too. For the amount we got, it ended up being cheaper than when Home Depot puts it on sale. No need to shop anywhere else for mulch!

If their Mulch delivery and landscaping business is anything like their wood delivery business you will want to stay clear. We ordered wood from them and they repeatedly missed delivery dates, then turned up and refused to stack the wood just dumping it on our driveway.

This place is a joke. They advertised one price then charge more. They say free local delivery then say it is a 10 fee to deliver. What is local delivery I live 6 miles away. This place sucks. This is what they call bate and switch. I wouldnt trust this place

Im a contractor and I know what service is all about. I also know how to be very specific when having something dropped off (as I was to the two people I spoke to). I ordered 10 yards of black mulch to be delivered behind my driveway gates..... Driveway was clear, gates were left open. I also asked how big a truck was coming... I was told 6 wheeler. The mulch was dropped in the center of my brand new driveway, no tarp, no phone call. So I called to find out what happened. I was cordial to the person on the other end and explained my story. She said she would find out what happened and would call me back. No Phone Call Again. On a scale of 1-10 this company gets a 1. I will never recommend them to anybody.
