From the beginning of the initial call to the end of the job 💯 satisfaction! This is by far the best landscaping company downriver. The dead overgrown shrub's we had were really outta control. Our retaining wall blocks were sunken and uneven. We had a ton of uneven pavers along the side of our home against the neighbors driveway that we had no idea what to do with. When the supervisor (John) came to look at this mess we had he not only took pictures for our proposal he listened. The man is like a data base, he remembered my comment about a tree in our yard and asked to give it his final touch before leaving. The crew that came , just to name a couple of them because I can’t remember everyone Tyler, Justin, ALL the men were polite, friendly, professional and very respectful of our property. They cleaned up everything every night before they quit for the day and always touched base as to when they would leave and come back with more stuff. They done an AMAZING and beautiful job on everything we had done. Such a great job we extended their work and had them install a BEAUTIFUL patio! We are so excited to use our new space. We are so so happy and proud of how our landscaping looks and I am sure you would be too when choosing Freeman!
Been a client for 8 years. They do our lawn cutting, trimming, fertilizing, and fall cleanup on 2 acres. They do very good work, and are responsive to any feedback on improving. Owner has worked very hard to build a good team within his company. Not an easy task, during covid.
Freeman's is absolutely the best around. They have been taking care of our lawn and managing insect control for several years now. Ray always keeps me informed of any new problems that arise with our lawn, recommends a solution, and then takes care of it. Very reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend!

They do my mother in laws and I wouldnt recommend not as professional as they act like. She always has some sort of issue
Very professional person who answers the phone bless her heart. Unfortunately they are two months I was so I cannot use them for my needs.
They were scheduled to come out & do an estimate on Thursday 5/6/21 for a retaining wall & to have bushes removed but never showed up. No Call/No Show

Lacks safety and curtesy for people using the sidewalk. Insists that is is proper procedure to not look up for extended time frames or be able to hear while blowing grass off the center of the sidewalk. Negative
this is my first year in my new home and finding this company for my needs in landscaping I got very lucky . They are very respectful, knowledgeable and professional with quality work all in one. If you re looking for a respectful professional job I ll recommend this company five star professional all the way. From the people in the office to the people who actually are in your yard you get respect and professionalism from this company also quality work.
I moved into my first house and and my yard needed a lot of cleaning up and a cut. I reached out to Freemans and they were very responsive. They came out quicky, even with a back logged client base due to the pandimc and not being able to work for a few weeks! The crew came out in force as planned and did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
After 4 grass clippings I can say is I was happy with 1 out of 4 clippings. My first week and last 2 weeks were horrible. I ciuld have done a better job if I didnt mind the time and physical endurance with migraines. Hence why I hired Freemans Lawn. I was given excuses for service days. No calls before coming on a day that was not expected. Half cut and long clippings from grass growing too long left along my fence and front yard. I called to complain asking for a supervisor or own and was never received a call nor refund for my prepaid service that I cancelled a week ago tomorrow. I could have seriously done a better job, it just would have taken me 3 days to do a 1.5 hour job due to medical condition.
I have been using their fertilizing services for a few years and my lawn always looks great! I also get the aeration and thatch services. I dont use them for lawn cutting but my neighbors do and they are happy.

Everyone is very professional from the office staff all the way to the owner. Excellent service and competitive pricing. Any issues (which are rare) are handled promptly. Definitely would recommend for all your lawn care needs!
