Quality Lawn care is name correct, their work is top quality second to none. From the prep to the install everything went perfectly. I would refer them to anyone. Fair price and you don't have to wait months to have the sod installed. Do your self a favor and use Quality Lawn Care and Landscaping.
Had eight pallets of sod installed in an area where I had numerous trees removed. The guys did a great job. Ground was prepped prior to laying the sod as there were lots of rocks and roots. Chris and his crew did the job on time and at the quoted price. he was always available when I had a question which made this a smooth experience. Would certainly use Quality Lawn Care again

Quality Lawn lived up to their name. They did an excellent job preparing the yard and installing 26,000 sq ft of Zeon Zoysia. They also installed metal edgings, river rock, two walking paths and crusher run. Very pleased with their work. Very easy to work with too.
Great team at Quality Landscaping doing amazing work at an amazing price. I got 6 bids for my lawn makeover going from Bermuda to Zoysia. Chris at Quality gave me reasonable price, but even better advice on how to do the switch. Ryan leading the team on the ground, they did an awesome job prepping and laying 10 pallets of freshly cut Zeon Zoysia. I highly recommend Quality Lawncare and Landscaping for your lawn project.
Quality Lawncare did an excellent job installing SOD at my property and was the most affordable among other quotes. Chris communicated throughout the project. The crew that did the install was very friendly and did a great job and cleaned up the place. I would highly recommend Quality Lawncare .
It’s been several weeks since Chris and his crew finished laying 27 pallets of sod at my home. I went back and forth whether or not to leave a review but the job I received was completely unacceptable. They practically begged for the job to get into the area in order to find more work. They promised the world and did not come close to delivering. Excuse after excuse was made until they finally left me with an incomplete job. Read his responses to other reviews, he always makes excuses instead of admitting his wrongs or correcting the problem one of his clients had. Poor grading was done. Leaving lumps and ruts in the yard from their machine for me to deal with and slopes larger than they could have been with a little bit of effort. Pieces of sod with corners missing were used leaving me 5” squares that I will have to wait for the sod to grow in. Didn’t cut out around 10 sprinkler heads so when I turned on my irrigation it just flooded those areas until I cut them out myself. His crew left rocks and sticks all throughout my yard. Some even laying on top of the newly installed lawn. They buried drain pipes and left sod flipped over for 4 weeks that has now died. I was told straw would be raked off and removed from my yard, they left it in piles in my landscape beds for me to dispose of. They left a pallet worth of torn up sod in the woods next to my front yard where they laid new sod down instead of removing it and taking it with them. They laid sod down and didn’t even bother to cut the edges where the beds go. They just left the pieces whole to grow. It took them 4 weeks to complete the job after originally telling us it would be done in 4 days. In the end after severely underdelivering, Chris had the audacity to try and give me a quote even higher than his original after installing 6 less pallets than originally quoted and not installing a french drain that was quoted. I would stay very far from this company. There are plenty of hardworking, qualified and professional companies out there willing and able to provide landscape installation.

Chris, Ryan, and their team did a great job preparing the soil and laying the sod. They worked well with my changing schedule. Recommend them for any landscaping or lawn work.
Chose Chris at Quality Lawncare in the beginning of March 2024 after receiving several different company quotes. I asked for the sod to be in before April 25. He said depends on the weather for install, usually its late April. That was perfect, so I thought. Its June 2024 and my sod is still not installed. When I would check in with Chris multiple times, he would tell me he would check with the farm. Every time sod was not ready and push the expected install time. Last check in was May 20, same thing, I will check with the farm. I have never heard back from him. I wish he would have said in March that the install could be as late as May or later. Clearly he didnt want to do the job after accepting the it.
I dont have the prettiest yard but the guys do a great job making it look its best. They are reasonably priced. Looking forward to have them do some landscaping to make it look even better.
The crew with quality Lawncare and landscape did a great job installing around 6000 square-foot of sod In my yard. They were on time, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend their services.
This company is fantastic. I had started to do the work myself but decided to call a company to come give me a price. Out of 7 Companies I contacted Quality was the first tocome to my place and contacted me several times after. They had sent me over a proposal in writing the same day. I finally decided to give them the job. They came over and leveled my yard and removed all the rocks and sticks, old grass etc, even tore out the bushes along the house we couldnt dig out. They raked the yard, removed all debris, brought the sod and installed it all the same day. I added to areas that made them run short of sod and Chris came out with more sod and filled in those areas. We decided to run the grass up next to the house and Chris measured and ordered it. They do what they say they will do. The crew was a 3 man team that was very pleasant and helpful with a few extra things I needed help with. Very good job. Very nice people. Will use them again and recommend them and in fact have already. So many people have stopped and complimented our place. We are very happy. Lance and Snjezana

Pure professionals! Chris gave a trustworthy estimate and then delivered exactly what he promised. We couldn t be happier. Our sod looks amazing! The team were great, and cleaned up after they left. It was expensive, and we had to wait a bit because of rain, but the end product is worth it.

Met w/ Chris when he arrived for our estimate. We obtained six (6) other quotes to give us an idea for the project cost. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and had a very reasonable quote. Chris performed everything he promised in the project quote. Most contractors we spoke to included a $250 haul-a-way fee for the new construction hay leftover on the ground. We constructed a fence around the property prior to the sod. The excess ground stuff (hay) was suppose to be place on an undeveloped portion of the property. The fence prevented that, and Chris ended up hauling the excess away. I m thinking he ate the haul-a-way charge and didn t bill us. We would recommend his lawn service to the Rome /Cave Spring area. Ive gotten a chance to meet these guys and seen the lawn maintenance crews working a couple of accounts. Did a great job mowing, trimming, edging everything and put out about 100 bales of pinestraw. They clean up well making the beds/pinestraw looking awsome and blew off all the debree and grass clippings from the walkways curbs and porches. Its attention to detail and these guys have it. I definitely recommend there services.
Let s just say it has been HELL with Chris!!! For starters his workers broke my window in the back of my house and fail to tell me. I could NOT reach Chris by phone nor text his communication if AWFUL!! When I did speak with him it took them 2 MONTHS to fix my window . After he fixed it he then started to text me daily about removing my one star I put on google about the company. Chris even sent me directions on how to DELETE the one star lol I mean it was really getting out of hand I wish I could post the messages on here. Today he texted me again to see if I was getting his messages after he didn t cut my grass on Saturday that s when I let him know he was harassing me and he was FIRED to reframe from messaging me. Chris went own to say he quit a MONTH!!! If that was the case why are you still harassing me?? I don t recommend this company to ANYONE!! Get him at your own risk.
Original contract was a major clue, the only item it listed was price. Did horrible job prepping & leveling ground, installed 1 good pallet and 6 bad ones of Bermuda sod. Big gaps between pieces, 4-piece intersections, weedy and weak sod grown in mud and installed on GA red clay. Dont walk away, run. Chris Payne talks a big game and delivers weeds & mud.
Quality Lawn Care just completed a 4.5 pallet sod installation for us in the front area of our home. They did a great job in prepping the area and also relocated several large stones and incorporated them into the new land-scape. Chris did everything I asked of him and more at a very fair price. I highly recommend Quality Lawn Care!!
This company gave me no invoice or receipt for the job at my house. When I tried to call and get it Chris wouldn t answer my calls or return them until I told him I was stopping payment on my check and in five minutes he called and came out. He had told me after the sod was well watered he would come back and roll the sod, he never did. When I showed him the dead grass and weeds and dirt pilled up in my backyard he said he would send out a couple of guys to peal back the sod and use there machine to get the mess left behind and put sod back. No one ever came now they can t because they would tear up the new sod. I had already surveyed The yard and ordered 18 pallets of sod which was more than enough to do the job. He said he had his own sod company he used and was better than what I was going to buy or already bought. He surveyed The yard and said it would take 25 pallets. It only took 18 pallets but changed me for 25 pallets. There are several dead rolls of sod in my yard and he has not come back to fix it or do anything else he said. This may not be the company s fault but the fault of one man lining his pockets with my money and has no business being in business. I am reporting him to the BBB. Just because I m old he has tried to take advantage of me. Chris and quality lawn care owes me for 7 pallets of sod and removal of the dead grass still in my yard, also an invoice for the job. This is a consumers Worst nightmare
