Revision- I see that this visit was for an inspection only and not a treatment. However as mentioned below- I have cameras around the house and do not have video of him walking around the house. We were also home and did not see him in the back yard and we would have noticed him as that’s where we were sitting. Charles did not apply the service. He left the receipt and that is all. We were home working so couldn’t answer the door. He did not walk around the house as we have cameras and nothing was picked up.
Jose did great job. He took time to make sure he does satisfactory work. Pleased with his effort to go extra mile to make customer happy. Have been with Spring Green for years and plan to stay with them for their excellent work performance.

As I wrote last month a heads up that you were coming yesterday would have been helpful. It was nice of Juan to blow the leaves off the front years before applying the treatment but then applied the treatment on top of the leaves in the back yard. I arrived from an out of town trip to see this. I cut the grass after he left but didn’t bag the leaves in hope that today’s rain will wash the leaves into the grass. NO FOR THE PROBLEM: your invoice for $188.96 is 4X normal and catches me by surprise. Please show me on our contract that the #7 application was going to be so expensive. Thank you. Donald India. I have used Spring Green for 2 years now and my lawn looks so much better. Kyle has been my technician for most of the time. He does a good job, leaving the area clean. I an happy with the service.
Dante was Very thorough and courteous. He discussed applying liquid vs granular fertilizer and the pros and cons. He let me decided on granular and he hit some weeds with a liquid weed killer. He took his time and did a great job.
Our service agent, Eryck, was both polite and helpful. He knew I wanted to talk to him and made the time to listen to my questions and answered thoughtfully. I hope he becomes our regular guy at Spring Green.
He was here and gone so quick, we didn't even know he was here. Hopefully, our burnt lawn will survive with the application today. If he would have knocked at our door, we would have asked him to delay the application.
Seems that 2 bait boxes for rats is way to little for the problem, plus not worth the $149 I paid. Will wait to see if it helps

I specifically asked him to blow off my driveway and sidewalk. That way pellets do not get stuck to shoes and get tracked into my home. He only partially did this with pellets still remaining on driveway and sidewalks.

A small animal (skunk?) has been making holes in the yard looking for grubs Ive been told. Its not pretty, so I started Total Lawn Insect Control and just had it applied hoping this will stop the digging. I had a chat with Edmund the service tech who was very informative and instructive about the application and what I needed to do after. He was a nice fellow who quickly took care of his business.
