Do not trust him. He doesn’t do what he promises and after repeatedly asking him to give back the money we gave up front to help him add some equipment to his business he stopped mowing our lawn and still owes us over $230, we trusted him and have repeatedly asked him to return the money. He has not. Our mistake in trusting him.

Called a week ago to get an estimate for Christmas Lights and was advised he charges 25.00 for the estimate and I said that's odd that you would charge for an estimate I've never been charged for and estimate before for Xmas lights but anyway we paid it and he said he would send over the estimate either that same day or the next. When I didn't receive it I called him and got his answering service and left a message and did not hear back. I have since then called two more times and no response but he did cash my check today for 25.00. What a way to run a business just awful. I have since called other companies for the same service without the estimate cost.

I needed some weed eating done and called around to some local companies but got voice mail on all calls until I called this company (calling on a Saturday). Donovan, the owner, answered my call and gave me a quote right over the phone. I accepted the quote and he showed up at my house that afternoon to perform the work we agreed on. Outstanding to say the least! Very professional and he will definitely be our go to guy for future lawn care needs. Great job Donovan, keep up the great work!

I normally ignore door to door salesmen. This young man was very professional, well spoken and kind. We had a lovely conversation and walked around my property. I signed with them based on his quote. Thus far, I am pleased. Note: Upon my last review I indicated i was pleased with the professionalizm from the young man i met and with whom i signed for services. After the first excuse i let it slide. The second excuse, was enough. I cancelled services. A man's word is his bond. So sad. I had high hopes. Update: I agreed to give Callahan Lawn Care a second chance. We all deserve a second chance. They were here promptly after we spoke. The lawn looks very nice. He removed some plants I didn't want. He did not leave clippings in the yard. Made sure my path was clear of debris. Thank you Update: Callahan Lawn Care has redeemed themselves. I have requested they continue to provide servic as I stated previously, every one deserves a second chance. Thank you!!!!

I had a few issues with them but the main issues were they cut my young tree and agreed to replace it then kept telling me they would replace it on the next visit but didn't, then changed me for the next months service without my consent (only agreed to continue services if they replaced the tree which they never did). I then canceled the service and requested a refund of the next month's service that they never completed, including a very low replacement cost for the tree. The owner agreed (Donavan)but never followed through. I then filled a case with Better Business Bureau, and they did not respond to them either. Donavan seemed very nice but continued to NOT follow through on his word. I have the documents to prove all claims above.

After going through several lawn services in the local area this company was quick and responsive and had a quote to me in minutes and has come every time he said he would. Great service and professionalism. Glad I finally found someone to take care of my lawn who says what he is going to do.
