Kings Lawn Care is dedicated to providing the finest service available to your home and commercial, lawns and landscape. Founder Mack C. King has been in the lawn care business for over 30 years and has had continued success in operating, maintaining, and expanding Kings Lawn Care. Mac King started Kings Lawn Care in his home in 1990 off 13th street in Rogers. He started with one truck, maintaining lawns with his wife and two sons. Kings Lawn Care has continuously grown since then. We now have 4 trucks running in the Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, and Cave springs areas. King's Lawn Care came highly recommended to us by some neighbors, so we reached out to acquire services for our front yard. Initially communications with the company were fine, and we received a quote by email after they did an unscheduled drop in visit to see the property. As the quote contemplated King having several employees on our property to do the work, I wanted to ensure both parties would be protected and asked for an agreement. I also thought this was the normal thing to do when paying for services on your property. Since King did not provide one, I pulled a 1 page agreement that we could use, which had a copy paste of the quote from King, indicated King's had required insurance and workers comp coverage if appropriate, and set terms of payment. It was a boilerplate agreement I found for Arkansas landscape companies online and similar to those used by other companies. Apparently, this 1 page agreement was "too much" and I was told in one sentence by email to take my business elsewhere in response to the agreement. I do not know exactly what was "too much" about the agreement as I did not receive an email back responding to my questions and the door to communicate was closed. Situationally, however, King's response and mannerisms suggest the company does not have appropriate licensing, insurance, or workers comp coverage and therefore does not do services agreements with clients. Whatever the case may be, King's unexplained rejection of my business led to me going with a different provider who had their own agreement, confirmed proper business licensing, and ensured insurance and workers comp coverage was available for our job, so most likely a blessing in disguise. I wish Kings luck with future projects and would encourage a different and more professional practice of setting up services using an agreement as it would benefit both the company and potential clients.
We contacted Kings Lawn Care to remove existing mulch and weeds and to lay rock in our beds. The guys were professional, on time and finished much sooner than expected. Shrubs are trimmed, rock is in and it couldn't look better! We plan on using Kings for any future landscaping or lawn maintenance needs and would highly recommend!
Mack and his team did a great job overhauling my existing flower beds and installing a new one. They were quick, responsive and professional.
We had some landscaping done in our yard and were initially pleased. Mack responded on a weekend and provided very prompt, professional, and courteous work! After closer inspection the edging is not even and not holding rocks in place. Paid in full and now can't get a return to fix the work. Be sure you are fully happy with this service.

I've been with King's for several years. Before finding Mr. Mack, I spent SEVEN long years trying to find reliable lawn care! From the beginning, Mr. Mack and his great crew were the BEST, and STILL ARE!!! They're professional, friendly, always show up when they're supposed to and do a very nice job. Most importantly, the "King" knows his stuff... about plants, shrubs, grass, trees and especially my flower bulbs. The first time I met Mr. Mack I told him what was planted where and how many weeks after which flowers bloomed they could be cut, but not until then. I wasted my breath because after all these years, his crew has always let my flowers bloom, then leaves 'em alone so the bulbs can replenish. Sometimes I'll notice and think to myself, "By next week or the next, the iris leaves can be cut down". And the next time they come, sure enough, the iris' are cut! The best part is Mr. Mack emails me when it's time to pay and I don't have to contact him from March to November. He's made it absolutely stress and worry-free for me. If you want to deal with an honest man who employs a great crew doing fantastic lawn care, KING'S is the ONE!!!!!

Mr King personally came to my property to oversee and assign duties to the crew. The overall Spring cleanup, trimming and mulching was done professionaly and quickly. Neighbors have already stopped by to compliment me on the appearance of my yard. Job well done!

They can be difficult to communicate with, ripped out a couple plants I had asked the crew to keep. But they are responsive, fairly priced & do a good job once you can get the owner & crew on the same page.

Tried to use this service for snow removal for an ambulance station but he refused stating he was cash only and once he said cash only and figured we had credit or check he said he didn t have time.
Very efficient workers, redid my entire front yard, planting an assortment of bushes and flowers, installed creekrock and ripped out some ugly landscaping in my backyard, finished it in only 16 man hours 4 people, 4 hours. Impressive.
Mack King responded quickly to our request for a quote. His crew did a great job of building beds, replacing plants, rocks, & mulch. They made sure all was exactly as we had planned. We will be having more beds & plantings done by King s Lawn Care very soon!
Kings lawn care has been my provider of choice for over a year. I first used them at my home in Rogers Arkansas and, when I moved to Bentonville, I elected to retain their services at my new home. The new home had quite a lot of overgrowth and, when I asked Mack if he could schedule some time to get the hedges back into shape, he was able to get a crew out the very same day. They asked my opinion, took care of the request I had, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. The crews efficiency with regularly scheduled lawn care allows me the freedom to enjoy my home without the labor involved in taking care of it. Good quality work
We had a badly overgrown front yard and planters. The owner responded immediately to my request. He came to see us and promptly send a reasonable quote. The work was completed within a few days. They did a great job and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend them!
Mack King is unreasonable. He threatened to give me a bad review if I did not build him Lean-Tos for FREE. He has a exposed hole in the West wall that he put there and has left it open for close to 5 months now and blames OMB because moisture got in that hole during a 5 rain storm. That beautiful building does not leak because of OMB. It literally has a hole in the wall and I have pictures to prove it.
Kings Lawn Care is wonderful. They always show up when they say they will, and if they are a day late (rain, etc), they let you know right away. The lawn always looks great. Would highly recommend.

Great, easy experience and very responsive. I sent a request for a quote and within hours had a call back. Same day review of my yard and quote for the work required. Work was performed within a few days of our initial contact. My lawn looks great! They trimed all the hedges, mulched the beds, mowed and edged. Cleaned up all of the debris - looked like no one had even been there. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Kings Lawn Care is excellent. Due to a broken lawn mower, we were in urgent need of mowing and lawn services. We contacted Kings Lawn Care, who was incredibly responsive. Less than 24-hours after contacting the company on a weekend, the crew arrived at the house, did an extremely professional, detailed job, all for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Kings Lawn Care again: very high quality services, and a great value.
I called Kings Lawn Care for a quote to clean up and re-mulch flower beds at my rental property. Within 24 hours, I had a quote, gave the green light and the work was complete! They did a phenomenal job and the beds look brand new again. I would recommend them for any yard service they provide.

King s did a great job for me. My flowerbed was a mess after the bad freeze this past winter. King s cleaned all old mulch and replaced with rock, trimmed all the dead limbs off my bushes and replaced all my old day lilies. I called to check availability for a one time mowing, possibly to turn into a weekly agreement, for a new house we just moved in to. I was immediately told we do not do one time jobs and then hung up on.
Ridiculous customer service. Literally did not care about us. Even told us to look somewhere else if we cant wait when it has been weeks! Trust me look elsewhere.

Excellent service. Guys are very thorough and do a great job being super careful around my daughters plants and garden, which we greatly appreciate! I use them for weekly lawn care and they have also trimmed back a bunch of shrubs for me and did a meticulous job cleaning up all of the trimmings from that. Highly recommend them...I also love that he uses QuickBooks invoicing via email and I have the option to use Apple Pay to take care of it....very handy!

Mr. King and his team do an excellent job with our lawn! It really eases my mind that its done so professionally and promptly each week. Mr. King and Kings Lawn Care have been providing their services for my family for 15+ years. His team is consistent and solid. They do what they say. One of the few companies I have worked with that actually do what you ask. Mr. Kings communication is excellent via email and he always follows up. If he cannot do it, he knows someone who does. He has been a member of this community since before I moved here (2001) and has a strong reputation behind him. You may find someone a few bucks cheaper, but in the long run I promise it will never be worth it. Mr. King: I give you a big thumbs up

Mr. Kings employees do solid work but his professionalism is lacking. $45 for 10 minutes of labor by his crew is reasonable. Being inflexible regarding the customers needs and budgetary concerns isnt.

We live in Rogers. I texted Kings Lawn Care on a Sunday afternoon and Mack King replied almost right away. He came the next morning to give us an estimate. Kings Lawn Care in Arkansas is a great service that is professional in nature and expresses a great desire to satisfy the customer. I needed a cosmetic update to my landscaping as well as a more effective lawn mowing service (Turf Cuts wasnt meeting my expectations) and this company (Mack) came through timely and with great quality work for both of these services.
We have been with the rest, but keep coming back to the BEST - Kings Lawn Care! We have been with at least three other companies, always trying to get a better deal, but TRUST ME. Its not worth the work and headache that those other guys cause! Kings is quick, comparable in price to most of the professional lawn care providers, but what makes the difference is their attention to detail. They will do the job they say theyll do! So nice to have someone live up to their promises, considering how many companies in the area are just out to make a quick buck. Go with Kings - you wont be disappointed!
