My HOA Association contracted Gearin for 2024 and we couldn't wait to sign another contract going forward. The team is responsive, handles concerns quickly, is pleasant with all the homeowners, and just generally does great work. They handle all of our landscaping, mowing, snow removal and spring clean up needs and they do it all well. And as a small association, pricing is right in line with our expectations. Hopefully, we'll be contracting them for many years to come.

First time using Gearin and I requested fall leaf cleanup for a large yard with many trees. Sam and his crew did an excellent job and I couldn’t be happier. Good customer communication throughout the process. A job that took me days and days to complete was done in a few hours at a reasonable price and it looks wonderful. I will use them again and would recommend to anyone.

Tyler and Spencer are a great team! We had them dig a trench for us for some electrical work we did and it could not have went better. I am the treasurer for our office condo association. We have Tyler and Gearin Outdoor Service do all of our lawn maintenance and snow removal services. Tyler was instrumental in working with the board and our management company in getting the property looking great. Tyler works directly with our management company seamlessly and keeps our involvement to a minimum, which the board appreciates since we are all on a volunteer basis. The crew does a fantastic job with both the lawn maintenance and clearing us out after any snow event. They do an excellent job of minimizing parking lot- loss for snow storage as they use a blower to get the snow off the parking areas. I highly recommend Tyler and his crew in whatever your lawn/landscaping/snow removal needs might be.
