I used their maintenance service. They did not finish the work but demand to be paid for service they did not complete..The owner claims that he allows his employees perform side jobs with his knowledge using his equipment and company vehicle but is not responsible for his employees actions when they do side job. Who is to know they work on the side or for the company. Nevertheless they were paid for service they did not complete. After I spoke with the owner on the phone I rec a text message from the employee stating that the owner has a car tracker on the truck and know what he is doing.. Almost to glot like nothing going to happen... Also I look up of the company Legal Name MAINTENANCE FREE, LLC Information SosId: 1489018 Status: Admin. Dissolved Date Formed: 12/31/2015 Citizenship: Domestic Annual Report Due Date: April 15th Annual Report Status: Registered Agent: They are not suppose to do doing work in the state of nc. Stay clear away from these people.

Company did excellent work at my home. I contacted MFLC at least 3 times to come back to my home to look at more work I needed done. I was told on each occasion someone would come to look at my problem, unfortunately no one ever showed up.

I have used Maintenance Free twice now. Both times I've got a quick response and wonderful work. This is a very professional and trustworthy business that does not bulk at small jobs. The prices are also very reasonable. Make them your first call for lawn care!
