Harrell's Lawn & Landscape in Rocky Mount

Requested an estimate to landscape my backyard. John came out and took some measurements. Said he’d contact me in a week. Never heard from him again. Called John over the next two months and left a couple messages for him to return my call. Instead he ghosted me, never called or texted me back. Don’t trust him…does not keep his word. If you can’t be honest and at least let me know why you can’t do anything for my yard then how could anyone trust you let alone hire you for anything?

It's rare to find a reliable landscaping company that is affordable in Rocky Mount. I came across Harrell's on the web, and from the start they were professional, affordable, and prompt. I love that they do anything you need done in your yard. As a single mother, who has a good bit of property it can be hard to manage the exterior upkeep. I got so tired of doing it all myself, and they have helped not only relieve that burden for me, but they did it within my budget. I fully endorse them.
