First time using Natural Lawn of America. Great services. Show up when they say. Lawn looks great and they were available anytime I had questions. Definitely recommend. Update: Unfortunately this past summer I was totally disappointed with my service.My lawn never looked so bad. Time to look for a new company.

This company keeps sending me an invoice for a double charged that they applied to my account DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are the worst. The workers do not add fertilizer to the entire grass. You can see the skid marks with from the buggy. There has been several times that I had to call and have them send another worker to redo my grass. Blamed it on the worker that he was new. They do not want me to discuss the truth about how they doubled charged me and when I showed them the proof, they threatened to send my account to collection for $38. Then when I wrote a review, they had the nerve to call me crying about taking the review down. The truth is the truth, this is why is important to read review before you decide to hire these scammers. They just want to collect your money and do a half azz job and send your account to collections for $38.

NaturaLawn did a great job getting my lawn back. Had cinch bugs that ate up a good section of my front yard. They treated it, aerated and reseeded now, my lawn looks great! Thank you !

Had them at 2 of my properties for 2 years and lawn looks awful. They do provide good customer service and free service to correct it but I believe the product is bad and the people applying the product are least interested. The soil test is an absolute scam, they never provide the result and if they do upon your request they do nothing with your service or is incorrect. I highly recommend getting a local lawn care service

Last year I cleared years of overgrown brush to expose a pretty stream in the back of our yard, but the process exposed hoards of ticks. After one treatment from natural lawn they were gone! We added Natural Lawn s other services and the yard looks better than ever.

No problems with the service or applications. The only thing I would ask is if they could notify a day or 2 in advance when they are coming to do an application.

This company does not care about their custermers. Double charged me for treatment that I did not approve. I had to make serveral call due to their employees rushing to do a half job on my lawn. Tire marks from the buggie prove certain areas not being treated. Casey is an erragent rude SOB. He also mentioned that he will report the extra charge that I did not approve to my credit report $38. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE WHOLE STAFF ARE A BUNCH OF AH..... Per your reply, there is no need to reach out to me because you were being an erragant AH when I shared my concern.

Lawn maintenance in general. 2022 first time I used it. Best year my lawn looked filled and healthy. Very few and small brown spots. I had one issue that was immediately corrected at no cost. 2023 will see how it goes as I plan to keep this company

I have use the lawn pest control for three years now and love it. I was referred by a friend and gave it a try and so glad I did. I have lots of trees in my backyard and a little brook that is also close to the trees. I couldn t sit outside for very long periods because of the mosquitos. I wasn t sure if the treatment applications would work because they use an all natural product and didn t think it would do the trick, and against my better judgement, I gave it a try and after about the third treatment, I notice that I was able to stay outside longer with no problem. Toward the end of the summer after about the 6th treatment, I was able to have a birthday party in my backyard without a problem and we were outside until about 10:00pm. I also use the tick treatment and my daughter s dog runs around the backyard and play and there are no ticks at all. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Natural Lawn of America.

Ive used Natural Lawn for a number of years at my old address and my new one. They have always been super professional, responsive and always there to answer questions. I feel good knowing that my kids and grandkids can be out in the lawn without worrying about bug and ticks, AND my lawn looks great!!

This will be my third season using NaturaLawn for lawn maintenance. I have noticed a fuller and healthier lawn since I started using them. I do wish I had less weeds throughout my yard at this point though. I continue to have a lot of clover, dandelions, and small white weed flowers in both the back and front. Hopefully this is something that is taken care of more this year.

We have been using NaturaLawn of America for our lawn care for many years, now. We try to use mostly organically based treatments and our lawn looks very lush and green. We do not use any pesticides and we still have dandelions (by choice) because we would prefer them to harmful chemicals. Our next door neighbors saw how nice our lawn looked and they also started using NaturaLawn of America a few years ago, too. NaturaLawn of America has many different services that they offer not only the organically based ones. Their prices are reasonable and they are very dependable. I would highly recommend NaturaLawn of America.

We had used naturalawn at our old house and our lawn looked awesome so when we moved we called them. This lawn was in bad shape before naturalawn started their program. We also had them aerate and seed the lawn come the fall the lawn looked incredible!! Never thought it would look this good. Very easy friendly service people. Highly Recommend.

We have used a number of lawn care companies and Naturalawn has been the best. Our lawn is the greenest and most weed-free it has ever been since we started using Naturalawn.

This is the second year weve used Natural Lawn of America and we are very satisfied. We bought our house 3 years ago and we were not used to having a big yard so our first year didnt go so well. Seen an add for Natural Lawn of America and since then, our lawn is so much better. We had an issue last year with crab grass after they did a treatment and we called and they came right out and retreated the lawn in a very timely manner with no hassle. We are very pleased with their service.

Two years in and I feel the lawn is getting worse. I opted for the organic treatment and it mine as well be dirty water. I have more broadleaf weeds throughout my lawn now than ever before. They sprayed certain spots to kill clover and not others. Just frustrating especially when I get a $354 charge for lawn treatment and tick control on my 1/2 acre lot.

We feel confident that the lawn care is safe for our pets and grandchild.

I had Natural Lawn treating my lawn for 2 years, before this I maintained the lawn myself doing my own fertilizer and weed treatment and my lawn always looked great. I had 2 complaints the first year about weeds in my yard, called the company and they sent someone right out so do another treatment, this did nothing but the company insisted that it took time to get the weeds out so I decided I would give them another chance this following spring/summer. Well after having them treat up until July of 2023, I had enough of them, my yard has never had more weeds and bare spots then It does now and it looks like absolute trash. This company is a waste of money and scammers. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR EXCUSES. I will be treating myself once again.

Getting them to show up as impossible. I used them for mosquito service and lawn care. I was often skipped or forgotten about and had to call for scheduling. On some days that they were scheduled to come they never showed up.

Ive been using NaturaLawn for 2 years now. Very happy with service and results.

Not seeing the results I was expecting. Condition of my lawn have actually worsened over the last 2 years. First appointment seemed promising, as the technician was very thorough with the first application and they even did a soil test. I assumed they would modify the program based on the soil test results. I was wrong. The company offers the same generic plan for all types of lawns. I left several messages requesting to speak with management. I even asked the tech to relay the message to their front office. Never got a call back.

I have 3 properties. One of them was not seeming to be doing well. I asked for an analysis visit. After several assurances I would get one, I gave up without a recommendation though I have to say the lawn seemed to recover quickly after my complaint.

my lawn hasnt looked this good in years

We ve been getting the tick treatment for years, which we love because it s natural and the kids can go back on the lawn almost immediately. If the tick season is REALLY bad (like this past spring) we may have one breakthrough, but after a re-spray we were 100% clear the rest of the year. Normally, we see no ticks at all after they spray and we live in wet woods. We ve also done over seeding and the grass is looking great! Thank you!!

Its only been a few treatments and what a difference! My front yard is beautiful, lush and green. My back yard is showing a very noticeable improvement -- it was so terrible it will take some time. If this is what a few treatments do I cant wait to see what a full year will result in. Im more than happy, Im ecstatic!!!

This company is a joke. Having the same experience as all the others who have recently wrote negative reviews here. Their products do not work and my lawn had weeds and grubs all year long. The last visit was it for me - one stipe on my side lawn, put lime down on half of it - they apply before the rain, after the rain and applied limestone when my grass was soaking wet. When I signed up over the phone, I was told it would be cheaper verbally than what they charged me over the year. This company is a big time scam and money grab - I ve hired Root Development for next year for anyone reading this looking for a better company. Taking a shot with any other lawn care company would be better than trying these people

I started my lawn service with NaturaLawn of America this year. My neighbor started their service last year and by the end of the year, their lawn looked so much better than mine. I have been very happy with NaturaLawn. My lawn looks great and I am pleased that their treatments are organic based, which is important to me. Their customer service is outstanding. They have gone above and beyond to schedule my aeration after I marked my sprinkler heads and the last fertilization after my Halloween decorations were removed.

No questions asked when I asked them if they could come out and re-seed my lawn after an unexpected 3 inch rain storm washed the grass seed away that was applied a few days before, and did so within a few days after making the phone calI, I recommend using NaturaLawn of America and will continue to use them! 10 out of 10

The NaturaLawn team did a great job with our yard this past season. They notified me a day in advance each time and spot treated some clover issues during several visits with no extra charge. We were looking for a natural approach to lawn care and our lawn really appreciated it! The lawn looked great all season.

I have used naturalawn of america for 4 years now. They do an excellent job of fertilizing my lawn and killing all the crab grass. When you need them they are always there to heip you. There customer service people are more than happy to help you. They go out of there way to make sure that all your needs are meet. I would highly recommend using this service.

They decided to seed a day before a well known major rain event and majority of the seed was lost. When I communicated why they choose that day knowing the rain was coming, they did not reply, even after multiple requests.

On time. I needed tick control and these are the folks to handle it. I like it that they use natural products that will not harm wildlife & pets.

I wanted all natural lawn care and a good value. They have a referral discount and promise no harsh chemicals. It s awful when I walk by a Chem Lawn treated lawn (sorry Chem Lawn). I wish everyone would stop with the harsh chemicals. Say I referred you for one month free. My neighbor is making the switch to Natural Lawn this year and we both get a month of service free. I believe in them so highly that I referred them to my employer also. I m curious to see they have Lawnmowing services too

I have had mixed luck with NaturaLawn. Last year my lawn looked really good until about halfway through the summer. Then the weeds really got a foothold and started taking over. The company said that they could not treat because of the heat - it would damage the grass. This is likey true, but ultimately the weeds got out of control and as we enter spring this year, my whole lawn is moss. Tons of moss. that and some weeds. I feel like they need to do better at managing the soil and being more dilligent about weed treatment. The mosquito and tick services have been good.

Natural Lawn Care has done a very good job of keeping the ticks out of our yard. Their lawn care is organic so our pets and children remain safe after applications.

NaturalLawn has been really good for tick and mosquito control using natural products that make feel sage to have my family and pets on my lawn. Their staff is always friendly and accommodating. The 2 negative marks I will give them is rescheduling, if for some reason we need to reschedule an application (weather, ground status, etc) that doesnt always happen easily. The second negative was I did use them for Aerating the yard, and I dont know if it was inexperience or what but you could tell the person driving did not pick up the spike when making the turn on the lawn, so every other strip was torn up. Those are both small things and I do continue to use the service as a whole, I think this is my 4th year.

We have retained a few lawn service companies in the past, but none that compare to Natural Lawn. Our lawn has never looked so good and technicians are always available to answer all of our questions/concerns. Were so happy that we chose Natural Lawn. You will be, too!

They seeded last year and the results were very good however after this years first fertilizer application my yard still was full of dandelions. If the second application doesn t do anything To resolve this issue I may reconsider the service.

Very pleased with the tick spraying provided by this company. With this year being extremely bad for ticks, having my yard sprayed is a must and the product they use works amazingly. Have not found a tick on my dogs or child from our yard. Highly recommend.

We used NaturaLawn care for several years, but the service has deteriorated significantly in the past year. Our lawn has gone from one with very few weeds to very large patches of clover everywhere. Worse, the company is non-responsive with respect to service requests.

When I moved in (2019), I had only dirt and weeds. Now I have a beautiful lawn that is getting better each year.

We love how healthy our yard looks! We appreciate that the service is organic-based and 100% pesticide free. The technicians are friendly and always leave a hand-written note stating what was done along with tips for how we can maintain a healthy lawn. We highly recommend their service!

Not happy

We have used Natural Lawn for a few seasons. We have continued after the initial trial because we saw immediate results and our yard looks better than it has in years. We were particularly attracted to this company because we did not want to put any toxic chemicals in our yard. Reasonably priced and reliable, friendly service. This checks all the boxes for us.

Their technician came over for lime. It was pouring on that day and he has manual spreader. He didn t spread in the entire lawn.

THEY USE PRODIAMINE AND DYTHIPYR FOR CRABGRASS COMTROL!! PESTICIDE!!! If the have to treat for turf damaging insects, BIFENTHRIN ; PESTICIDE!! Don t let the name Fool you!! There is NOTHING NATURAL ABOUT THEM!! Immature technicians. NO KNOWLEDGE. Had one guy one year and he told me he would not be staying long because of the PAY and the CONSTANT UNPAID RAIN OUT DAYS. He was being knowledgeable. Told me they only gave him 20$ a hour with over 15 years experience!! He ended leaving and I FOLLOWED HIM! This company sucks! Different TECHNICIANS, all don t have a clue and they can t identify fungus or insects. The guy I kept is now being compensated for his wealth of knowledge and experience. Said he bought a home; is living great in a SALARY. If you re going to offer HOURLY PAY, give them 40 hours! Geesh! Worst company overall. He also told Me on RAIN OUT DAYS, the manager allowed 2 guys to come in. 2 kids to milk the Clock .

They come, they throw down fert and they leave. I speak to each technician before service , all very friendly and respectful. However, if my lawn has a disease, I want it fixed. I ve had back to back summers of red thread and it doesn t repair until early fall. So bottom line, is it worth 65 a bucks a service for a diseased lawn. Lastly, my neighbor doesn t use a service and his lawn is green. We both have irrigation. Now that s frustrating

They made my lawn look better in an environmentally healthy way at a reasonable cost. I was satisfied.

I think they have been average at best. My lawn is in the worst condition it has been in over a decade and I have always had lawn service, and a nice green lawn. I dont feel their product protected during a warm and dry summer. They did not contact me to tell me they felt the lawn needed something more. Unless they change something going in to next year, I do not think I will continue with the service. Also, they kind of got me to sign on with a couple of free treatments, which if you figure it out at the end of the year, ends up being more than other companies.

This was our 1st year with NaturaLawn. I liked that they were always available to answer any questions I had concerning the lawn. There is 1 weed we need to focus on and has been an issue in the past. Hoping the 2nd year NaturalLawn will get it to disappear. So far very happy with the service we have received.

I have been using NaturaLawn of America for the past year. My grass has fewer weeds and is looking greener this season than in the past. In addition I am pleased that I dont have to worry about dangerous chemicals. There seem to be fewer ticks as well. Thank you.

This past summer was my first with NaturalLawn of America. My lawn was in bad shape and got worse because of the excessive heat and drought this past summer. The soil sample showed my lawn was lacking in many areas so lime was applied. I had them aerate the lawn and seed. The lawn is now healthy and beautiful and should be in good shape to start next spring. All the technicians I spoke with were knowledgeable and very professional.

I was always fertilizing my self and never could do it right even after buying top fertilizer brands. I called Natural Lawn after reading a great reviews, btw, they been using all organic stuffs and got a quote for really good price. They don t measure every feet at your house s perimeter, else give you an estimate of your property so will always benefit the homeowner. It s almost a year since I have used Natural Lawn and my grass is better shape than before. It stayed green all summer and even now (December) still green - I don t have a sprinkler system. Also, the commutation being great. They text every time and give me heads up when they arrive to do the service. I will definitely continue using them for next season. Thank you Natural Lawn.

Having a nice lawn is not easy! I m a tech guy. I can mow a lawn (I don t) and rake (blow leaves) but lawn maintenance is best left to the pros. These guys are pros. Natural Lawn has helped my lawn look better period. At the end of of our first season we are extremely happy and plan to keep using Natural Lawn!

After owning my home for 25 + years, and attempting to control a relatively large lawn on my own, I decided to give this organic alternative a try. One season significantly improved lawn, with fewer weeds, fewer bare spots, and more homogeneous lawn type. I will use them without hesitation this next season.

In short 5 Star Service. I could not be happier with the service that was provided last year. The service technician made the company worth paying for. He was very knowledgeable. He took a couple of minutes in the spring to explain what was needed and did not make any false claims. I was told it would take several applications and months to get my weed problem under control. This is my first year with NaturaLawn. The service has been excellent. Today we had our lawn aerated and drop seeded. The tech was very thorough and answered all my questions in detail and making sure I was comfortable with his explanations. Their prices are reasonable, and we will definitely be with them next year. 5/22/2020 This is now the start of our second year with NaturaLawn. We have had the early spring application and our lawn is already greener and richer looking than other lawns in the neighborhood. We would strongly recommend NaturaLawn because of their dedication to using organic rather than chemical fertilizers. Their techs are very courteous and willing to answer any questions or concerns. 3/10/2021 Now getting ready for our 3rd year with NaturalLawn. Last year our lawn fared fairly well against the drought conditions in our area. I believe the NaturalLawn treatments helped to sustain our lawn even with very limited watering. My lawn looked way better when I just used Scotts on my own. Its nice they use no chemicals but the product just doesnt work and they never came back to address any of my concerns after emailing them.

Fertilized and always answers my questions, give great suggestions. Analyzed my lawn problem I thought were grubs but ended up being patches of drieb up bent grass. Dependable service takes guess work out of what to do.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Our lawn last year looked so ugly in all the years - like a barren wasteland. Natural Lawn came to our rescue and applied aeration & overseeding. Now it has greatly improved. However there are still multiple patches with no grass. Hopefully it will be in good shape after another round of treatment this season. We trust Natural Lawn in restoring our lawn to what it was before - beautiful & pristine. We ll see if we have more positive updates next season.

Saw noticeable difference to my lawn within weeks of starting service (3-4 weeks) Grass was greener and healthier for sure! Still had bare patches but was educated to wait it out for next year as the seed would not really survive the weed and fertilizer treatment. Still, lawn has never looked better! What s even nicer is it s organic. No chemicals like other services. I have a well and also not keen about pets and chemicals. They also did soil samples and gave me results for my knowledge. Treatment is customized to PH etc. Best part: customer service. 1 call or email and they follow up and take action. If I call/email Jeff, I would get a call by the following day and he would explain everything. Since they have evening hours, many times I could call and reach them after work (I think up to 7pm). I have had a few freebies where they came back and treated/spot treated some aggressive lawn weeds. I have used other services in the past. Honestly felt like a waste of money as my lawn either looked the same or worse by the end of the season- PLUS chemicals! I have no connection to this company just tried on a whim from a flyer. Can t wait to see the lawn next season as I believe this season is really mostly strengthening the roots/lawn. But I DO notice the change already. My lawn compared to neighbors- like a tan line! Edit 6/21/21 update I now have a thick green and healthy lawn. Everything I have wanted but couldn t achieve with consumer do it yourself products or other lawn services. I have had nothing but outstanding customer service. In fact NaturaLawn has probably gotten quite a few new customers from my word of mouth (all true). My newest venture is Mosquito Ranger. I had my first treatment 2 weeks ago. I swear the mosquitoes are extinct. I have not seen ONE since the treatment. My family used to last minutes after dusk when the whining in our ears started we would run for the house. WHY didn t I do this sooner?? It just reminded me to update this review because I got a call from my mother who just signed up for the service at her house across town. All it takes is someone to go into one of these treated yards and you are a believer! Now I don t have any ties to this company in any way I DO as part of their generous referral program get a 1x credit for any referrals, but I can promise you that I would recommend them regardless. ( I don t get anything for this review!) Why wouldn t I want to visit family and friends homes and enjoy a mosquito free yard there as well?

Using as much natural organic products as possible, they are extremely responsive to repeat treatments should they not be as effect as expected. Their team members are knowledgeable and courteous. Their pricing is a little lower than their competitors. I highly recommend them, our lawn has never looked better!

not impressed at all. This is what happens when a business gets to big, service and quality go away. I have had natural lawn for the past 4 years and the quality of work is terrible. From not treating weeds, to not showing up, to tearing up my lawn from trying to run the machine as fast as possible it came time to fire them and find a company that takes pride in what they do. I own my own business i know. Customer service and quality are job#1. I would not recommend this company to anyone. And you would think after tearing up my lawn they would do what ever they could to make it right!!! Well they didnt. And then I had to chase them for two months to refund the money I paid them in advance for the entire year. Not professional at all. Lots to learn.

Ive used NaturaLawn for several years now and my lawn has never looked better. Im sure this is a combination of their applications and the advantageous weather weve had this year plus my irrigation system, which I didnt have to use nearly as much this season. As you can probably see in the photo, the lawn is thick, green, uniform and weed-free. When Ive noticed weeds (I tend to get the nasty nutsedge) I call them and they come out without additional charge within a couple of days and treat the problem areas. I highly recommend this service.

All of my regular lawn maintenance over many years never accomplished what Naturalawn accomplished in less than one year at a reasonable cost, with little effort on my part [all that I have done is mow and enjoy my patio].

Our lawn had so much crab grass and weeds that no matter how we tried, it still looked bad. We decided to try NaturaLawn. They came out & took soil samples and started adding nutrients to our soil. When we received the results of the soil samples we saw that our soil was lacking in many nutrients that aided in grass growth. Over this growing season NaturaLawn has been coming out about every 6 weeks to add more nutrients and some weed and pest controls. Now in the Fall they also came and aerated the soil and reseeded. The new grass came in strong and thick, blocking most of the crab grass that had originally been our lawn. Our lawn is now looking great! Much better curb appeal. I cant wait to see how it looks next Spring! Thank you NaturaLawn of America for improving our lawn.
