Promow is always professional and courteous when I talk with them.They do a great job on maintaining my yard and addressing any requests I have.

They blew debris all over our vehicles every time they mowed and scalped the sod! Left slide marks around the house where they moved way to fast going around the corners! They hit the top of the pvc pipe cap sticking up out of the ground and hit my car and left a huge dent! Owner didn't care to talk to me that Friday he was going home and would call me the following week and I asked him to come look at it nope he was going home and never heard back so I called him back and said he forgot like it wasn't a big deal to him! Two weeks go by he finally shows up I show him pictures of the car/dent and the plastic cap because I had traded my car in on something else but he didn't seem to care. He did fix the sod but with a different type of grass seed HOA wanted to fine us for it! So we let them go! They need to slow down and not scalp yards and learn how to cut different types of sod!

Richard the owner is very professional and a great guy. He came out to spray for weed control and now our yard looks so much better! We will definitely keep doing business with ProMow!!

We needed a mowing service in a moment's notice and I called ProMow. Richard helped us get set up over the phone and they took over from there. Furious!!! These guys come to my place of employment, they mow and blow the leaves. They have always been polite to us Nurses and other staff. However, My issue, and this has been ongoing.... ...and since the Administrator doesn't seem to care about the cars in our parking, maybe, just MAYBE this review will assist in the "caring" area. They blow the leaves along with rocks and every other land debris..ALL...OVER...OUR CARS!!!! Monday, 11/5/2018, in the misting rain, they blew the parking lot. They blew leaves ALL...OVER...MY ...CAR...MY WHITE BRAND NEW CAR!!! LEAVING IT COVERED WITH RUST COLORED SPLATTER PAINT JOB!!! AS WELL AS A BEAUTIFUL NICE CHUNK OF PAINT OFF MY CAR!!!! I came out to go home to my car looking like it lost the war with a rust paintball gun... this is...UNACCEPTABLE AND WHEN BLOWING WET LEAVES...THEY SHOULD NOT BE CARELESSLY BLOWN ON ANYONE'S CAR. I WONDER IF THEY WOULD APPRECIATE SOMEONE READING THEIR PROPERTY THIS WAY!!!???? I took plenty of photographs of their work and I also wonder how THEY would grade their "work ethic".
