This was the third person we called. Made it clear we were big on communication. Came out and said would get us a plan. Over two weeks and never heard from him!

Is not easy to find people that care for their work. YOU will not have too any more. This company takes their time to talk about every detail and them some... you will be left speechless.

We had Lasting Impressions come out and design our front yard and plant three trees we had purchased from Fannin Tree Farm, which we paid for them to do instead of Fannin. The design was just what we wanted. The work was almost complete when I made the mistake of paying the the final check on May 10th. I KNOW SHAME ON ME. They never came back to complete the job of staking a tree they forgot to stake, trim a tree, correcting an incorrect tree bubbler they installed and return our shovel they took by mistake. After numerous texts and phone calls, Harold said they would return the shovel. Which they have not done as of yet. So the moral of the story, make sure the job is COMPLETE before you pay the last check. The ironic part of this story is we had planned for them to do a very expensive backyard job for us in the spring. Needless to say, we will find another company.

My recommendation is to stay far away from the Landscape company called Lasting Impressions, Cutting for a Cure and LI Services. They are all owned by Harold Jones. He changes the names hoping his reputation will not follow him. Check out the numerous sites listing all the complaints and negative reviews about this company. I hired his company to add on to an existing retaining wall, build a smaller retaining wall in another area bring in topsoil and plant grass. The wall they added on already had the drain holes installed. LI was supposed to put in the drainage stones and a barrier to keep the dirt from washing out through the drainpipes. They lied and did not do this. Now the sand I paid for that was brought in, to level the yard is flowing out of the drainage pipes. The second retaining wall they built has no drainage holes and is lower in one area causing water to stand. The water is coming through the mortar that holds the stones in place. The mortar is being washed away. That wall will not last long. The grass that was brought in was supposed to be shade tolerant Saint Augustine. It is not and is a mixture of two different grasses. Looks like Bermuda. The grass also sat on the crates for over three days before being installed. You are supposed to plant cut slabs of grass within 24 hours. I have been hand watering the grass every morning and evening hoping to revive it. It is not going to survive. When installing a drain from my gutter downspout to help with drainage in the back yard, they busted my sprinkler line in two places. They were supposed to check the irrigation system once everything was done in the back yard to make sure everything was receiving the water needed. They did not do this. They knew they hit the sprinkler line and just covered it up and went away. They left an unwanted boulder leaning against my wrought iron fence. I am unable to move it off my fence. I have contacted them several times about all the issues. I was told that they were very busy and would get back to me when they could. I have since found out that they were on vacation. Not working at all. I have not received any response from them in weeks. They took the money and did not finish. I did not do my due diligence and check this company out fully. Had I not been blinded by the pretty website showing jobs they claim to have done and believing Harold Jones to be an honest capable person, I would have seen the MANY complaints and negative reviews about this company. Do not be fooled as I was. To fix the issues his company caused is going to cost me a considerable amount I was not prepared to pay.

Dude is full of it - and can live with himself and carry on with no problem knowing he effectively stole $3,000.00 from my family - failure to deliver all goods and services paid for - so, I define one that would do such a thing as a thief. There s another name for a guy without a conscience too. Teaching his kid the ropes and that doing business like this is acceptable? Poor kid, just an awful situation. We wonder what s wrong with this world, look no further than behaviors like this that trickle down to the younger generation. Threatened me physically for attempting to hold him accountable so had to take the time to inform Rockwall County Sheriff of the threat to get it on record. I suppose I should have known better to have not paid in full before making sure everything we paid for was delivered. Not the greatest welcome upon relocation to the Rockwall area. If a check for what was stolen from my family ever shows up in the mail, I ll take this down but the community needs to know of the propensity of this person to do such harm to his neighbors.

Harold and his team was outstanding. We recently bought our house and the landscaping had been long ignored. LI s design and work product was excellent.

I got exactly what I wanted - someone who knows what theyre doing putting together a great design and coming in and getting it done well and efficiently. We redid our entire front yard and they started and finished in the same week! Ive gotten so many compliments from neighbors and friends.

Over all was impressed with the professionalism and consideration of my time. If you want the job done right. These are the guys to call!! Great job!

Harolds done several jobs for us and the results always look great. Hes knowledgeable about all facets of his business and were very happy to be repeat customers!

Love Harold and his crew! They did a beautiful job in my front garden earlier this year. Loved it so much I had him back to landscape my new pool and patio! They took the time to do it right. Fixed our drainage issue, leveled everything with the new sod. Fantastic! Highly recommend!
