When we had a large tree fall down in our backyard last year we suddenly found ourselves with a void that needed filling. We finally decided to put in an outdoor fireplace. Graves Landscap and Outdoor Living came highly recommended to us so we called. We found that his bid was much more reasonable than others we received. After he showed us different options from previous jobs that he’d done we settled on one that matched our size and budget. I was impressed by the depth of the concrete base that they laid to build the fireplace on. In addition to the fireplace they also laid flagstone, connecting it to the rest of our patio along with really nice landscaping surrounding it. The results were absolutely beautiful and everything that we had asked for and more. We had our first fire in it on New Year’s Eve and it was so nice! During construction they kept the area clean and the workers were all very polite. Wes is a great guy and is running a great company. I couldn't figure out what I wanted to do with my landscaping after several years of tinkering with it. Wes provided detailed digital illustrations with the quote that allowed us to get a good feel of what the final results would look like. He did a great job of incorporating features we already had with new ideas of his. The crew were exceptional and kept everything very clean throughout the process. We actually came in under budget and we couldn't couldn't be happier. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Im someone who has very specific "concepts" and is very detail oriented. After having 3 bad experiences with other landscaping companies, I had another 13 out to discuss what I was needing to have done to my yard. Decided Graves was the best fit for what I was looking to accomplish. There were a lot of moving parts to this, and we still have some front yard sod to lay, but overall I wound up being very happy with how the job in my yard turned out and would recommend working with them to anyone. Took a few iterations for designs to get right and then we had to do a decent amount of pros and cons of plant types, etc. Solid design process, crew works quickly and they communicate well and often. Below is the backyard landscaping, I will update with front yard photos end of Oct when we're able to lay the sod.
