We hired Clients First Landscape Solutions to design and install landscaping around our outdoor patio and spa area as well as set stones around our front yard planting areas. We love the project landscaping and could not be more satisfied. Johnathan was our main point of contact and worked with us throughout the whole project. He communicated with us during the whole project asking if we saw any issues or concerns and likewise, he came to us when they ran into an unforeseen issue. The field team was great and consciences. Anyway, we absolutely love the stone that Johnathan picked out for our front yard planting beds. The stone compliments our home brick/rock. We also particularly like the plants they put in around our spa. Again, those accent the spa area and create a secluded feel to the spa area. Johnathan did a final project walk through and we identified a few things his crew could fix/improve. This was not an issue and Johnathan certainly cared about the project quality. I do recommend Clients First and will reach out to them for future projects I may have.

Clients First has been great to work with. They manage several communities for me and they are always super responsive when we have irrigation needs. I hired Clients First to do an extensive front yard landscaping project on my home after a very bad project mgmt and installation with another very well known landscaping and outdoor design company who does work in the Dallas area. I have to say that Clients First was SUCH a positive experience. Jonathan was my lead contact. His professionalism, creativity, and knowledge earned my trust in our very first meeting. Jonathan created 3D renderings of my home and yard, using it to build me a high quality mock-up inclusive of not only my front yard, but his recommendations on a future backyard patio/kitchen I want to build. His estimate was detailed, clear, with prices that were competitive. It was an easy decision to go with CF for the work. When I mentioned, in passing, that my pregnant wife was due in a matter of weeks, he accelerated my project to be installed within 48 hours of signing my contract. I found it incredibly kind. The crew doing the installation were highly professional and competent. The finished project is beautiful. When its time to do other projects at my house, Im definitely giving these guys + Jonathan a call. They saved my yard!

I used this company for about a year on a commercial portfolio. They were always hard to get a hold of and I had to stay on top of them to service the properties. I had to constantly send them pictures of overgrown grass, not trimmed weeds, missed entire rows of bushes. When we stopped service, I had to pay a new company clean up fees as this company was not properly servicing properties and they were not performing the services outlined in their contract. I would not use them and not recommend them for a commercial portfolio. They may be fine with residential / landscaping project type work but for standard service agreements, I would steer clear.

We were very pleased with the work that Clients First did in our front flower bed. Jack Easby was our consultant and, boy does he have great ideas! He was so helpful to us in telling us how to care for our new plants and even our lawn. Very professional young man who seems to know a lot about his subject. We would recommend Jack and Clients First again to anyone! 5 stars!

I would not recommend this company, nor would I ever use them again. Our project was for an outdoor covered arbor and landscaping. It started badly, never recovered, and seemed to get worse as the projects progressed. On the arbor, they didn t start when they promised, didn t finish when they agreed, and kept requesting progress payments when none were warranted as very little progress was being made and not required by the contract. They did not fulfill contractual obligations of a gas firebox, installed a cheaper electric insert instead without consent, a model of which the manufacturer doesn t recommend for outdoor use, and still expected full payment for the gas model in the contract. Subcontractors were constantly showing up unscheduled, unannounced, and unsupervised, on weekends sometimes, not knowing exactly they were supposed to be doing forcing me to manage the project personally. (Overall, we are generally pleased with the result, except for the firebox.) The landscaping was even more frustrating. Again, no adequate supervision led to multiple corrections having to be made, and it is still wrong. They don t even honor their inadequate 6-month plant warranty in their contracts. The choices they made for the walks were ill-advised, and the bed preparation was sub-standard at best. We really dislike the result, especially considering the cost incurred. The entire process was an awful, arduous expensive endeavor that we regret undertaking with Clients First. Addendum to owners comments: There is no fire hazard to installing a ventless gas fireplace insert in wood framed outdoor wall. These inserts are installed in dry wall inside houses all the time, especially in bathrooms. with no fire hazard. And your solution to this risk was to install an electric one not recommended for outdoor use?? You also state your framer and electrician recommended the electric fireplace insert. Who did they recommend it to? Certainly not to me, they just installed it and hoped I wouldnt notice. There was no recommendation or discussion with me at all in advance or afterward. The only reason you installed this was motivated by profit. Your sales rep kept whining about how you werent going to make any money on this construction, and electric inserts are much less expensive than gas ones that the plans and contract clearly called for. You ran a gas line to fireplace, the plans from the outset called for a wooden wall and gas fireplace insert, that never changed. Why did you just discover this potential fire hazard at the end or construction and never discuss it with me? The discount we agreed to was $1500 on the $3000 in the contract. And Id still rather have a gas fireplace, an electric one with provide no warmth whatsoever. Your sales rep did come out and replace one plant when the final check was delivered. Unfortunately, there were several plants that he agreed needed to be replaced under the warranty at this time. I was told the nursery you get your plants from were out of the ones needed and it was implied that they would be replaced later. To this date, they have not been replaced, violating your flimsy warranty.

We worked with Jonathan Moore who was very professional. He listened to our needs and came up with the perfect landscape design. We feel like we are living in a new house. We can t wait until the spring when everything gets completed and plants begin to bloom. It was a pleasure working with him.

From start to finish Clients First were wonderful. The crew s were kind, respectful and hardworking. My family loves the transformation of the backyard.

CFL installed a french drain on our property and they did an excellent job. The trenched area was resodded and they did some work on the uneven grade at our gate. I would recommend them highly!

Zach was so thorough in his landscape design and really helped my project come together. Chris and Thomas and the guys showed every morning on time and worked tirelessly. The end result is some seriously impressive landscape architecture and my family is loving it! Ive already referred two friends in Frisco to them and will to anyone else who asks.

I had them pull out several tall, overgrown shrubs and plant around 22 new smaller ones. They did a good enough job and said the plants came with a 6 month warranty. The plants were all rated to survive at -10° temperatures. The six months were approaching, but I could not yet tell how the plants made the winter. I asked about the warranty and suggested I might need a few plants replaced later. They summarily dismissed my query with act of God verbiage even though the temperature only dropped to 0°. No offer to provide any support, whether or not it is really needed. They charged 3-4 times what the shrubs cost in nurseries. I was somewhat ok with this given the warranty, but very disappointed that they wouldnt follow through. I find this ironic since I read an online article where one of the owners talks about other companies not providing good follow up for concerns and backing up their warranties. They are no different so I cannot recommend them for landscaping services. UPDATE: Per the owners reply I DID NOT say in my email that I would leave a bad review. I mentioned in this review their work was ok, it is just based on value received for the cost which I later decided to share. I do want to correct the 3-4 as an exaggeration of memory....the plant cost was closer to 2.5 times retail. Regardless, outright refusing a warranty that might not even be needed (still hopeful for spring) is not my definition of Clients First.

Mike and the team done a great job in our Courtyard, Chris the foreman is a good guy and had the time whenever we needed to speak. I ll be using them again on other projects in the future. Keep it up guys!

Watch out, these guys will quote INSANE prices! Make sure you get other quotes, dont blindly go with these guys. They quoted me a project were nearly two times the cost of the other professional paver/hardscaping companies for the exact same job. The salesman was definitely trying to scam the Californians with money to burn in their pocket. Edit: Doesnt seems very Clients First does it if you cant quote somebody a fair market price. Just no bid the job. Dont waste my time and yours.

Not great to work with. I called to ask about my yard getting leveled and having additional landscaping work done, and their client first approach was not readily apparent at all on the initial call. The woman on the other end of the phone was very rude, essentially looking for an excuse to get me off the phone because I was asking her questions on how they provide their estimates. I honestly think she got the impression that my project might not meet their 2500 dollar threshold (which I believe it would, but wasnt sure how to properly estimate which is why I was calling in the first place) so she was looking to get me off the phone instead of providing service or explaining what they offer or even hearing what my project entailed. An altogether rude and abrupt experience over the initial phone call is not how I expect business to start with a company I plan on paying thousands of dollars for their services. Ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience! We had a small retaining wall and drains installed due to years of erosion. Outcome was so much better than I expected and our yard looks pretty again! Zach and his crew were easy to work with and answered all of our questions.

They were even super flexible and accommodating when we added a bit of scope after all was well underway, like most homeowners do... If you are looking for an all around landscaping solution I have found my go-to company. We have used them for 2 major projects and are never disappointed. Zach was in constant communication throughout the job and has an outstanding crew that shares his enthusiasm. My favorite thing about Clients First is that they will design your landscape project for you. They are experts at this and it shows.

Five Stars for Clients First. They did a nice job with a complete redesign of our front and side beds with a look that was quite an attractive alternative to the plantings that were used when our house was built. As importantly, they stood by their guarantees and replaced all plants and trees that for various reason did not survive. They stood by their word and replaced those trees. Additionally, the work Crew headed by Thomas & David are as good as we have had in the 33 years we have lived in Dallas. They were professional, attentive and made sure that we were satisfied with their work. Well done Clients First.

This was our first landscaping project (Xeriscape) and Clients First was very flexible with using our design ideas and making any changes before and during the work. The landscaping team was very professional, hardworking, and came to us with any questions or clarifications when needed. We had a good experience and would recommend their services for home landscaping needs.

I am not one to write reviews of service companies because I operate one myself. But there are times when the service is so bad and the promises made have gone un-delivered for so long that you must say something to hopefully help others out. Mike W. met with my wife and I about a project that was approximately 20K worth of landscaping and services. They promised to start the first or second week of May, 2020, it was two weeks later but I can excuse that. Weather can play a huge part in their business. During that time my wife and I removed most of the huge shrubs which they had included in their bid, leaving only the stumps to be pulled. Mike said he would give us a credit for that since they would not have to haul off more than 40 yards of plant material. We never saw a credit to say the least. The first week they planted half of the plants and trimmed trees. But all the plants were were delivered on the second day of the job. It was hot, dry and they just stacked them around a tree in the back yard and left them. Oh, they did come one day to water them during the two week period while they were left in the back yard. The second week week the brick mason was here and the plants sit in the back yard, no water, and after seeing them on the ground of drought, I did water them for several days. Finally, they arrived to install the reminder of the plants, a new crew, had no idea what to do, they covered up sprinkler heads, broke sprinkler heads, and yes they planted the two week old plant that were nearly dead. I have been trying to get Client First to come replace plants that did not make it under their warranty program and so far it has been 4 weeks and they have yet to show up. Folks this is not clients first as their name says! USE CAUTION WHEN CONTRACTING THIS BUSINESS.

Zach and his teams are great. They built an outdoor arbor for us complete with lights and electrical for a TV mount. Very high quality construction and it looks great. Very limited space was available and Zach drew up the perfect plan for the build out. Highly recommend Zach and his capabilities!!

We had our backyard project (Pergola and outdoor living space) done with Clients first landscape solutions last month. I reached out to several companies before I contacted them but no one was as responsive and professional as them. Zach was very helpful all the way from gathering our requirements based on the budget, planning, permitting and execution. The project was managed very well and the crew was excellent (courteous, punctual and great quality of work). Zach was also kind enough to help us with improvisations and changes along the life of the project. Overall, we had a 5 star experience with them and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to undertake any backyard/landscape projects.

I recently had some foundation work done on my house which devastated my front flower beds and grass. I contacted Clients First Landscape Solutions to give me a quote and help me with a new landscape design which included a retaining wall with drainage to prevent future foundation issues. Everything turned out beautifully and I am sure I will be enjoying it for a long time. I really appreciated their professionalism. They returned all of my phone calls, emails, and texts, kept appointments, showed up on time, gave me a competitive quote, and completed the work as scheduled. I will definitely recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends.

Ive had two pleasant experiences with CFL in the last couple of years- we had a Lueder stone walkway installed as well as a round of river rock to top of beds around our pool. Zach and his team were professional, worked quickly and within budget estimates. We changed scope mid-job to add more rocks on our second job and the team were able to quickly confirm with Zach that they could pick up more rocks at the end of the day rather than coming back for another visit. I recommend CFL without hesitation and will have them back for future projects if required.

We had an extensive landscaping project that included a brick retaining wall, a flagstone walkway, river rock, ground cover, underground drains, drip irrigation in the beds, plants in the beds, extending the front porch, and tiling the porch. Whew!! His bid was a bit higher than the others, but I liked his stone work and the variety of expertise he had available to do this job. I am very glad I chose Clients First. The office manager is easy to get ahold of, and is great at handling everything that came up. Zach, the owner, is great to work with. He showed me a retaining wall brick pattern that I just love, and he runs a complex business well. The project team was beyond fantastic. Abel is the crew leader, and he could not have been more helpful to the men and to me. He is calming and reassuring, and he follows through. Esteban is the brick layer, if that s the right term. The retaining wall is SO beautiful!! It exceeded my expectations- prettier than I even imagined it would be. Thank you, Esteban, the brick artist!! Kyle and Mike ran the sprinkler lines in the front and soaker hoses in the flower beds. They faithfully made adjustments to fit the design. It works great! The patio is SO beautiful!! I LOVE it!! I hope to get a picture up so you can appreciate what I m saying. Several families in the area are interested in Clients First. You have to see my front yard- it s SO beautiful! And easy to maintain! I highly recommend them!!

Zach and his team did a beautiful job landscaping our home! We ve used them in the past for landscaping around our new pool. We just had them come back to landscape the front of our house and could not be more happy. Zach made excellent recommendations on plants and stone work and it looks amazing!! I love it! The work was completed in the time frame quoted and the crew was so helpful and explained all of the plants and watering needs.

We have used Clients First Landscaping for two very large projects to complete a backyard make-over. After seeing the results of the work, we are completely satisfied. They have been great to work with! They are very responsive. When I had questions, they were answered promptly and professionally. I never felt like I was completely in the dark with regard to the project plan, or the status of the work, and at times when I wasn t sure about the status of things, Zach Conti was easy to get in touch with, and responded to both text and voice mail, promptly. The work we had done included a new patio, patio cover, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, a 4 tall retaining wall, a fence, and complete landscaping; including sod. In the end, we are completely satisfied with everything! I ll admit, there were a couple of moments when we weren t happy with some things. However, Clients First responded appropriately. We came to agreement on what it would take to make it right, in a way that was mutually beneficial, and Clients First came through! I think it s important to understand that when it comes to these types of projects, there are always going to be hiccups. It s how a contractor handles those hiccups that really shows who they are, in terms of how well they will stand by their work. Clients First proved to be a great partner, and followed through fabulously on the agreements we made. I would definitely recommend them for any kind of landscaping and hardscape you need built. They communicate, are prompt, and come through to complete the job timely.

I can t say enough about this landscape company! Out of four bids, I truly felt CFL was the only company that really listened to my vision with suggestions that were in line with my ideas. They followed through in a timely manor until I was satisfied and the job had been completed. What impressed me even more was about a month after my job was completed, CFL came out the very next day after I called about a sprinkler issue and fixed the problem at no cost to me. I definitely believe they put their customers first.

After reading the reviews I hired this company to plant seasonal flowers and install grass sod---- However my experience was totally unsatisfactory----the flowers did not bloom and even worse patches of the grass are dead and the grass looks horrible. I have called several times to see how this might be improved and at first they did not return my calls and then finally said that they do not guarantee their work!! I would not hire the company to do anything ever again-----I just totally threw away $1500 for a small lawn that looks horrible!! In answer to your response: The grass sod was planted November 15, 2018 and I didnt expect it to grow until the Spring. I questioned your employees about installing at that time of year but they reassured me that it would be okay. I have been calling your company since June 2019 (over 2 months) because part of the grass was dead and not growing and the woman that answered the telephone said that the salesman would call me back-----but he did not. I called several times with no call back but finally once he did return my call but I was not available but called him back a few hours later -----but he didnt return that phone call either. The flowers were pansies planted 11/15/18 but they did not bloom but they certainly had time to grow!!! In fact I have had pansies planted for several years (by other companies) and they have always bloomed all Winter and part of the Spring. So I do not see that you addressed my issues with your company at all. It sounds like to me that you really do not care about your clients. To show how horrible this company is - when I called the number they gave in their Reply below they said they would call back but they did not. This is the same treatment they gave me for the 2 and 1/2 months when I was trying to get help with my grass not growing in several places. I would not recommend this company. They not only do not stand behind their products and work but are very rude and demeaning.

Clients First improved the grading and drainage around our house, and cleaned up a few other issues that were developing. The entire project went smoothly -- from planning to scheduling to execution.

I had a great experience getting a thorough design quote from Zachary. I heard from the company very quickly after submitting an inquiry, then Zachary was available to meet me at my earliest convenience. We went back and forth over email quite a bit since our project was a modern build and different from their portfolio of examples. The pricing and timing came back very reasonable. I feel they would have done a great job for us but we ultimately went with another company that had specific experience with modern builds and flat roofs. That said, I would reach out to them again for our next project.

I had a GREAT experience working with Zack and the Client First Team. They were responsive, well priced and did a great job. I had to overhaul both my front and back yard. It included removing trees, cleaning and shaping trees, creating new beds and many other things. I would highly recommend them!

We had a big project that included a pool remodel as well as a complete backyard redesign. Mike was great to work with and the result was better than we hoped for. He has some great team members that worked hard to get the job done right.

Just finished a long project with Clients First redoing front and back landscaping and patio extension with roof. I can t really comment on pricing because I did something kinda unusual - I had talked with different contractors but didn t get bids from each one of them. You may think that is a silly thing to do but I don t see a point of moving forward if we don t have the same vision. Most contractors I have met with asked me what I wanted then said are you sure? That s going to be very expensive! It was driving me crazy when nobody could really listen to what I want without asking me to check my pocket first. Then, here comes Zach who was able to throw in ideas and elements to give me the look that I am going for. The communication was smooth and easy through out the whole project. His field guy,Julio, always kept me updated on what they were doing. (Yes some days to a point that I felt a little too much ) there were hiccups along the way but eventually they got them corrected and done. Now, I am in love with my little yard and it s like a second living room for me. If I need to pick on anything, that would be the overly politeness of the crew! I am a pretty casual person and it gives me goosebumps every time when Julio calls me Mrs Joyce give me a break Mr Julio! love you guys !

Omg! We just got rock beds added to the front and back yard, tree trimming and a rock retaining wall completed. I ve gotten so many quotes and had people come out who were intimidated by us living on a hill. They just never really seemed to know what to do with our yard. Michael came out and quoted us and then a team immediately started work. Clients First not only gave us an affordable quote, but they definitely went above and beyond our expectation. We will use them again! I highly recommend them because they are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and affordable. Thank you guys so much!!!

July 2017 - I met with several landscapers before choosing Clients First for a significant project. I made the right decision. My experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. Zach was very knowledgeable and responsive from quote to completion, and their team did an excellent job executing our project. They engaged us regularly about our preferences and were extremely responsive to any minor concerns we had. In the end, we got exactly what we want and the work looks great! The company truly lives up to their name. Our project included the following work: - concrete pool deck & path replacement with paving stones - retaining wall rebuild - stone wall tuck pointing - flower bed edging replacement - back fill and leveling of yard - sod replacement - crushed granite path installation along fence line. I highly recommend them for all of these services! --------------- June 2018 - I want to update my previous review, because I had a settling issue with the pool deck pavers Clients First installed last July. I contacted Zach to let him know about the gaps opening up between the pavers and the cracks in the stone border mortar. He immediately responded that it was covered under warranty and provided me with a time frame for his team to repair it. They came out, added re-bar and concrete to the foundation to prevent future shifting and relaid all the pavers. Couldnt be happier with the responsiveness and workmanship. Many companies are quick to respond to problems when money is on the line, but this is one of the few Ive worked with that cares about their clients when there is nothing to gain financially. Couldnt be happier!

I scheduled an appointment a few days in advance. The day before my appointment they called to reschedule because the sales guy needed to take a commercial client meeting. I rescheduled for a week out. This time they called 45 mins before my appointment to reschedule again. This time I declined. I committed my schedule twice for them with nothing to show for it. I wasn t willing to take the risk of hiring them.

I began the project to put in a flagstone patio on my own and pretty quickly got in over my head. I called CFLS to come out and give me a quote to finish out the job with the materials that I had purchased. We had a tight timeframe because we were hosting a party and needed it to be done by then. It became apparent that the materials I had purchased were not sufficient for completing the job. They came up with an alternative solution and knocked it out within our time window. The patio looks better than I imagined and it has been a wonderful addition to our backyard!

Clients First Landscape Solutions did my neighbors yard, and I loved it so much that I contacted them for my own yard. Zach met with me 2 times to make sure everything fit my budget and vision. He has great modern taste, and the yard is exactly how I envisioned it. There were a few bumps along the way that led to my yard taking longer than expected to be finished. Zach made sure to send guys back out to fix anything that I wasnt satisfied with. Great service and commitment to customers!

Very Poor customer service. Owner threw a fit when I asked for a sketch of the installation they were going to perform. He told me that s not what we discussed previously. Wow. Never saw that coming. Refused to provide a sketch and am now going to take my business elsewhere. Client last customer service. I have to wait for a week to get my deposit back as well. Hope others don t face this lack of professionalism.

These guys do great work and have real creativity to their designs. Their install crews are true craftsmen and it shows in their work. They have a knack for blending landscape and hardscape to create a cohesive outdoor living experience.

Zack, Mike, Tommy & the entire Client s First crew did an amazing job on our backyard. Our 1968 North Dallas back yard had become dilapidated with considerable shade, little grass and massive drainage issues. We sought a landscaping company that could solve the drainage issues, install some hardscape, update our sprinklers and turn the shaded, no-grass dirt into a forest oasis. We had discussions with many landscaping companies, but then we found Clients First. After meeting with Zach he sent a bid to us within 2 hours. He worked with us to make adjustments so it would fit in our budget and the result is a great back yard at a fair price. We had our old concrete partially removed then a Pennsylvania Blue Stone patio overlaid the remaining concrete. Next to that they installed a french drain as well as one on the opposite site of the yard. Over that french drain a dry creek bed was laid. In the center of the yard they poured a new concrete patio for a fire pit area with poured concrete steps leading out to it and around the side of the yard integrating to the dried creek bed. In addition, they installed new sprinklers converting the old system to a water-conserving, drip system. Throughout the process they communicated and collaborated on every detail. They began on time, every time, always respected us and our property. There were a few unexpected hiccups which were addressed right away and solved to our satisfaction. For example, on the day of the concrete pour, they werent able to start as early as planned, but still poured that day and stayed till 9 pm to smooth the pour. I have nothing but praise for Clients First Landscaping. They are returning this spring to do the planting in the back yard and remodel our front yard as well. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone for any landscaping project large or small. They really do put their Clients First.

We have worked with Zach and Clients First on three projects over the last three years and have been completely satisfied each time. They have done back yard landscaping, concrete work, and most recently, they completely redid our front lawn in a single day, which included completely removing the old grass, leveling the ground, all new sod and a sprinkler system check and adjustment. I didnt have to do anything but write the check. Because of my bad back I can no longer handle projects like this on my own, so Ive come to trust CF because I know they will handle all the details and do it right. There are very few other companies I feel that way about. Some people I know will hire their lawn crews or I-know-a-guy-who-knows-a-guy for landscaping projects, and they are cheaper, but the work is never as good or as inclusive. Zach is great with communicating and following up after the job. Everybody Ive met at Clients First is a pro and they work very hard to produce excellent results.

Clients First Landscaping Solutions is a very professional, and reliable company with a high standard of customer satisfaction. I was wanting a complete front yard and backyard landscaping renovation...I also had a fire pit/paver project in the works with a different company. From the initial phone call to Clients First, Zach quickly got me on the schedule to come out and provide a proposal. This was impressive as one company I contacted never returned my calls, another came out but then didnt provide a proposal or return calls, and yet another did provide a proposal but was a little out of the budge. The fire pit/paver company was also slow to respond to numerous phone calls, even when I told them I would use them for the job! Zach was so efficient in providing a landscaping proposal that was within budge and looked great on paper, that I asked him for a fire pit/paver proposal which he also provided on the initial visit. Long story short, I went with Clients First for the fire pit/paver project because of Zachs responsiveness. Zach is also very reliable. He does what he says he will do. I could rely on him to send and revise the contract, and start the project on the given date. Clients First did an outstanding landscaping job! The design that Zach provided on the initial visit looks even better than on paper! He has a great eye for design, colors, and plants in the landscaping. He also suggested a cedar post for the front, as we needed ours replaced, and it looked so good with our cedar shutters that we ended up asking Clients First to stain the shutters (as the lower half was faded due to the sprinklers.) The fire pit/pavers also turned out great! The fire pit/pavers are the correct size, and the design looks good. A good rapport was established right away with the site supervisor, Travis. Travis provided updates on what he was doing each day and how long it would take. He listened to concerns, and answered questions. He provided very good suggestions/feedback to landscaping design decisions/questions. The crew worked diligently and quickly. They also cleaned up before leaving each day which we, and our neighbors appreciate. Ill be using them again when it is time to build an arbor.

Description of work: I had a firepit built and surrounded by pavers, a stone surround on a natural gas grill installed, 6 cedar posts added to my patio and an old grill removed. I couldnt be happier with the work and level of service Zach and his team provided. They started on the agreed upon date and the crew arrived early each day to get started. Abel, Tomas, Estaban and the entire crew are very talented. I asked for minor changes and adjustments to the project as it was in progress and the crew had no problem making these changes. They came back at my request when the project were completed to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the functionality of the firepit. I would highly recommend this landscaping company and I look forward to using them again.

We just completed our second round of backyard projects with Zach and his team at Clients First Landscape Solutions. They are amazing to work with and we couldnt be more pleased with the results! They took our backyard from a plain concrete slab to a gorgeous oasis with landscaping, a crushed granite fire pit area and a gorgeous cedar covered patio. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are impeccable, as is the customer service. We worked closely with the team to achieve exactly the look we wanted and they far exceeded our expectations.

I had a retaining wall built from railroad ties that was installed by the contractor that built the house. After 16 years it was starting to show its age and needed to be replaced. I wanted to go with something more durable, such as stone, and contacted several companies for quotes on what I wanted done. Unfortunately, the quotes ranged from higher than I expected to extremely high and, in many cases, I was not that impressed with the materials they would use or their approach to building the wall. I had just about given up when a friend mentioned Clients First Landscape Solutions. I gave them a call and Zach came out, reviewed what needed to be done and made the most reasonable quote I had received so far. Most important, his description of how the wall would be built and the materials used impressed me more than any of the other contractors. I decided to give them a try and am very glad I did - the workmanship is outstanding and I now have a great looking retaining wall that should last for a very long time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done around the house.

Clients First Landscape installed a retaining wall (with flagstone steps) and a flagstone patio for us. We are very pleased with the end result! Project was completed on time, on budget, with great workmanship and attention to detail. The communication and professionalism from Zach and the team was first-class. Very polite and respectful crew...always took the time to clean-up at the end of each day and consult me for input along the way. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome and did a TON of work on our property. Stone work and landscaping combined. Both Mike and Zach are courteous, respectful and professional. They also stayed pretty involved with the projects day to day operations which was nice because sometimes you only see the contractor on the day they pick up the deposit check and then at the end to collect the final balance....We will use them for future projects on any outdoor/landscape work.
