Massey Services GreenUP Lawn Care Service in Rockledge

John has been providing my lawn services for over a year now. He had an uphill battle as he inherited a chinch bug infestation along with significant weed coverage since three sides of my lawn are adjacent to neighbor/county lawns that do not practice lawn care. John did a nice job setting expectations on the length of time it would take to bring the yard back to a reasonable condition. John guided me on increasing my mower height settings and watering schedule to thicken the lawn and also recommended not mowing my grass after cleaning up the county area behind my yard without cleaning the deck first as it spreads the weeds to my lawn. I’ve had several lawn services through the years but John was the first technician who, through a partnered approach, achieved real results.

Massey has gone above and beyond for me! James, my pest prevention specialist was super kind and did a great job of going around my property treating for pests and taking care of problems that he saw. Delbert, the service manager, treated my property for termite prevention and was extremely sweet and personable. And William, another service manager has come out to my property several times to give me quotes. I ended up having an emergency that he happened to drive up on with my irrigation system and he was able to repair the pipe for me with no notice! I feel like someone was looking out for me the day I called Massey.

Broken promises, terrible employee turnover, poor follow-through, and now a terrible looking lawn that Massey has exclusively maintained since we built in 2018. Discontinued service today after more than 15 years with Massey/Middleton across three properties. 100% Massey's fault for the yard full of weeds that I will likely have to replace, and zero accountability from what was once a great company. Sad to see such a downturn in service and quality.

Giving a 1-star rating due to the representative missing the first appointment time that I set with the company. I took off from work to meet them and they did not show. They did not even call or text me that they were running late. I had to call the company and ask. I was told that he was behind and running late. I stayed 1 hour after the appointment window and went back to work. The rep called me over 2 hours after the window to say that he was at my home. I had him do the inspection and told him to proceed with the service, but they are on a 60-day probation. I will evaluate my yard and see where we stand.

James on the pest prevention is fantastic. James is very proactive and early do I ever have issues with pest inside my house. He efforts on the mosquito abatement is something I never believed was possible. My entire yard is mosquito free year round. James is the best ever.

Friendly and punctual services. I always enjoy seeing these guys from Massey coming to my house for termite prevention and pest control services. William explained my termite coverage, and the different termites we are covered for. Also my pest prevention guy, James always take good care of house and did prevention applications for pests and bugs inside and outside of our house.

William Nichols was so professional during our lawn and irrigation system inspection. He saved us a lot of money by not replacing our current sprinkler system, a small repair is just needed. My association has been also using Massey for pest control and our technician PK is excellent! We never had any issues with pests. I highly recommend Massey for not only pest control, but for irrigation system and fertilization of the lawn.

Our condo complex started using Massey Services last January and the difference in appearance is amazing. Paige Sanderlin, our rep, was key to getting us set up for everything we needed. The homeowners are pleased and would like to thank Massey and all of your wonderful employees.
