I just wanna thank US Lawns and their crew josh and william for doing a fantastic job on state row 524, with cleaning up the litter and trash that has been out own the road for a while. They were very professional and did the job in a quickly manner.Again thank you guys... Your work was very much appreciated

Absolute worst team ever. I live in a deed restricted community and have been here for five years now. Over the course of these five years the team has destroyed my lawn flamingos, snapped some of my Halloween fencing and poorly tried to tape it up, and have shown a blatant disregard for many of my nine and my neighbors properties. They purposely go around spots they could easily get to. Today was the icing on the cake. I had all my patio furniture on my driveway so I could wash them. I ran out of time to move out of the teams way so I tried to move my furniture up against the house so the lawn mower wouldn t blow the debris all over my freshly washed belongings. The guy riding the mower saw me moving everything but insisted on coming by anyway. Had he gone the other way around my house and ended at my driveway I would ve been out of his way but he was so arrogant he could be courteous. After seeing how dirty my furniture had gotten from him doing that I grew very upset that I had to wash them again. The team with the leaf blowers came to blow debris off my driveway. I tried to wave them on so I could hose it down as I recleaned my furniture. They continued to stand there so I repeated that they could move on and expressed how upset I was with the impatience of the lawnmower rider. The team walked away laughing and one member mockingly said loudly, oh well! That was very uncalled for and rude. I ve complained about this team several times but unfortunately my HOA continues to hire them. So if you re considering hiring them DONT unless you want your homeowners upset with property damage, slipshod lawns, and very unprofessional attitudes. I m stuck with them because my HOA is cheap. But the least I can do is warn everyone else of these careless arrogant jerks.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent work and follow-up U S Lawns did in creating and enhancing our landscape. Their service was outstanding, the pricing very reasonable and the work completed in a timely manner.

Their drivers are terrible they will pull right out in front of you with trailers and all. It s not just one either I ve seen it done in multiple cities here in brevard

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you like your jobs to be put off for bigger jobs, then hire this horrible company. Very unprofessional people work here. We have been waiting months to have work done to our property and have been put off for months now. Don t trust a thing these people say.

This company mows the property where I live, and these guys recently went crazy with Roundup, and have wiped out a small tree that Ive personally trimmed for 7 years. They sprayed around every bush, tree, around our air conditioning pads, killing the grass and root structure, and everywhere they could spray, so they wouldnt have to weed eat. They scalp the the yard and mow, when its not necessary. Theyve damaged an 8 foot privacy fence as well as running into the a/c pads, while doing 20 mph on a lawnmower. Ive filed complaints to management and hope they find another company. Lzy and unprofessional.

Chris, Brad, and the USLawns team in Brevard have been an amazing group to work with. Customer service and quality of work is a must and this crew do it right! I would recommend them to any client needing install or service for any landscape need. They will always be a part of my bid-package when hiring!

Ive worked with many different landscaping companies in Brevard and this is by far the best! They make our property look stunning. Any issues or redesigns were taking care of promptly. As secretary to our HOA, I contacted local lawn companies for the new upcoming year contracts. I contacted Shawn with US Lawns and set an appointment for the very next day to come out and look at the property that they would be expected to maintain. He also discussed options with regard to maintaining shrubbery, palms and the front entrance with flowers. We were assigned a supervisor should we have any concerns or if they had a recommendation for us, he would contact us. I would highly recommend US Lawns to maintain your property whether it be big or small.

Us Lawns of Brevard did a new landscaping install at my house, fixed some of my sprinklers and installed a few more. They did an amazing job. The guys were awesome, showed up when they said they would, and did a terrific job!! I highly recommend this company, their prices, and their quality of work. I am a very happy customer.

US lawns did some tree work for us. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up nicely after all work was complete.

US Lawns completed my landscaping job in Viera today. They did a tremendous job!!! Pete helped us design a beautiful backyard in our new home. Antoine and his crew were very skilled, professional, and conscientious. Our yard looks absolutely beautiful! We could not be happier!

I live in the Indian Oaks neighborhood that is serviced by this company. They do not do a good job cutting the lawns and edging around our houses. There is grass growing up the sides of a lot of homes and they are not edging around the flower beds like they are supposed to. They dont have enough employees to do the job. We are not getting our moneys worth. This is a reversal of my previous review. Today Duane Tubb edged my property perfectly! I had sprayed weed killer on the weeds in the cracks of my driveway and he came along today and cut the dead weeds out of the cracks! He also edged around my front flower bed concrete edging getting rid of the grass. He is awesome and deserves a big ATTA BOY, DUANE!!! I spoke to him and thanked him for his excellent service. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company. A vehicle of mine was damaged in parking lot by Brains crew. The damaged truck was addressed and was told it would be repaired only to be given a run around for a week with nothing done . I reached out to the owner Brandon Silverstein only to mislead and lied to as well. Furthermore, this company is unprofessional and dishonest. I was told by the property management company , they probably would NOT want to repair the damage because they lost the contract with this location so I guess they didnt feel the need to stand by theyre word. See you in court US lawns!!!!!

I am pleased to say since meeting with Josh, the team has been very responsive, the quality of work has increased, and Josh takes the time to contact me to ensure all went well with projects being done. We recently had our dunes trimmed and palms hard cut. I have to say the compliments the board received was the most in a long time. Has truck parking for 18 wheelers

We are a large condominium complex who have contracted with US Lawns for 1 1/2 years. I am the main contact with the crew and management team; and during this time I have found the crew led by Pete, Josh and Jake to be totally responsive, hard working and dedicated to making certain we are pleased with our landscaping service. Our property looks great! Whenever we have concerns they ALWAYS take any necessary actions to keep us satisfied. Landscaping is a tough business, and these guys are doing a great job!

US Lawns has provided a service to Beachwalk Condos in Cocoa Beach for several years. I would like to say they have stepped up their game by providing professional, courteous service with skilled management that work with the property. Their ability to develop properties landscaping through cooperative communication is something that has been a successful ongoing positive experience. Josh and Jake along with their crew are the best.

Harbor Isles II has been contracted with US Lawns for about a year now. US Lawns is always very responsive and courteous. They always makes sure to go above and beyond for our community. They are easy to work with and very friendly. We highly recommend them :)

Overall there has been significant improvement in their service since Josh became the supervisor of our community. 6 months ago He regularly keeps in touch with me and corrects any deficiencies we notice. We are very satisfied with his professionalism and quick response to our concerns.
