Landtech Inc in Rockland

Landtech comes every Thursday to cut the grass in our condo corporation. Its now two weeks they have not cut my back yard. I am not happy at all. We pay to have our grass cut. They never do there jobs right. Just because I have sign that say be ware of dogs, my cat is shady too. Does not mean I have a sign saying please don't cut my grass. I do not have one. They are the worst company ever. This is been going on for three years know.

I had this company to remove an inground pool for me. They did an excellent job. The staff on site were very friendly and willing to talk with me about what they were doing. The worksite was fairly tough to negotiate, and they managed with precision. Nothing got damaged, and the job got done on budget... in fact a little less than initially quoted. There was a path that got worn into the yard, but they even backfilled that on their way out. Thanks very much to Yannick and the crew! I will hire these guys every time!

This Monday, Landtech’s crew who mowed and performed garden maintenance work at our sizeable condo site were the best of the season. They took their time to ensure the work was done carefully and completely so that the owners were very pleased with the outcome throughout the community. They are not thorough or understand how to keep grass alive. They are workers that are clearly not getting paid enough because they do such bad work. Very unimpressed.

They cut the grass at the centrum appartements, and don't use any bags, leave all the grass residue on the fresh cut grass, ends up killing the lawn. It's quite sad to see. Literally leave the roads and sidewalks covered in grass

First and for most they never ever answer there phone call. Secondly they have a woman working for them out on the field she is a very agressive driver. She latterly cut out a car when she didn’t have the right of way, stops in the middle of the intersection let’s another car pass. The driver with the right of way had to sway out of her way and nearly hit a child on the sidewalk. So the man was upset called her B she gets out of her truck yelling and screaming with kids around and her passenger a male gets out to fight the man in the car. I was walking by and witnessed this I try to tell her to calm down and have a good day she still was sour. And on top of all that she had a trailer, her way of driving is very concerning. I recommend not to do business with a company that has unethical employees and isn’t aware of there way of driving. A child ok could of been seriously hurt all due to the landtek driver.

Horrible snow removal service at the condominium I live in. Half the spots in the parking lot were not cleared and the person driving the truck was very angry spinning his tires doing a half fast job because he had to come back to our parking lot and clear more spots which he didn't finish them again. Waited 5 hours for the areas to be cleared before my son went out and shovelled the snow out of our spot and our neighbours. I strongly wouldn't consider this company for any kind of work you want done not very professional at all.

Terrible service for years. They have been asked constantly to stop cutting our grass because they have killed it over and over yet here I am again with my lawn destroyed. I do not recommend this company for any type of work. Supervisor Sebastien is extremely rude and unwilling to even come look at the mess they have made. There are do not cut signs on the lawn that they obviously cannot read and mowed right around. Please stay away from this horrible company because no matter what you do, they will destroy your lawn.
