Aron is such a pleasure to work with. Moved this year to Rockland in the thick of winter but they still accommodated me in their snow route even though they were at full capacity. Always responsive for any questions and executes snow removal in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
I hired them for the 2023-2024 season for snow removal services. I came home from being at the cabin in January only to find my still new air conditioning unit completely damaged beyond repair. It was hit with such force that it threw out my electrical panel so there was no heat in the house. Asked Aron to come see the damage . He arrived with another gentleman and they were speaking in a foreign language between themselves. They denied all responsibility and refused to give me the name of their insurance company. I was left having to get another central air unit and paying my insurance deductible. Plus it took 24hrs for the house to fully warm up again.
Not the best snow removal service in the area. Not reliable, they would only come by once on days with snow storms leaving us stranded the entire day… We ended up shovelling most of the time. Don’t recommend this service. The FB page used to update clients was barely used. Barely any updates where available. The tracking service did not work and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone to inquire about when the tractor would be stopping by. Save your money and get a contract with a different company in the area! There are others with amazing costumer service!
Took on Labonte for snow clearing and they have done a good job. Aron and his wife are never too far away when needed. Will be contracting them again this year. Their dates are far better than the competition.

Update 2024: Have hired Labonte that last two snow seasons for driveway snowblowing and they are prompt for coming within the hour of the windrow being left by the city plow and they do multiple visits if needed during a snowstorm. Hired to plant 11 cedar trees to form an eventual privacy barrier. Performed site survey, was very quick at providing quote afterwards, and upon quote agreed into contract (50% deposit up front), was able to establish a work performance date. On the work day, contractor showed with his crew amd all supplies ready to go and did the work within a few hours, and cleaned up at the end. Overall easy to communicate with leading to a very quick needed change to my yard.

I highly recommend any another snow removal company if your thinking of hiring Labonté for your 2024-2025 snow removal season. We hired them last season and the service was far from satisfactory. For one they didnt clear the driveway properly to its full width. For two we paid to get our walkways clean and they got done half the time and constantly had to call to get them to go back and clean them... and we had very little snow falls last winter. Last but not least they managed to damage our brand new interlock paver and do not want to take ownership of the damaged cause by there equipment.

Exemplary Customer Service! We just had an unexpected beginning of April snow fall and just as I thought we had to shovel our driveway in the early hours of the morning, I looked out my window and I saw that my driveway was already done!
