They came in with a full crew cut down the 3 trees I asked for, trimmed another all in about half a day. My yard wasnt tore up, they cleaned up the work areas. The cost was way less than I anticipated. Id use them again in a heartbeat. About 6 years ago I used an unamed tree service as soon as the boss left the guys sat on their butts smoking not doing any work. It took them 2 days to do what morning wood did. Thank you Steve. Short notice they were able to remove a tree and my old bush. I love my front yard. It looks bigger trimmed. They were in and out quick and did a great job cleaning up. They gave some guidance on future planting. It was just the tip I needed.

Highly recommend these guys! They showed up ready. They took down a large dead tree for us. 30 min. It was all down and cleaned up and over with. We also had them take out a ton of stumps. And we are super happy with the results. Mowing will be much easier now.

Excellent work from the day the bid was done until the job was finished. Even though it was the highest heat index of the year, the team worked continuously through the prep, cutting, and removal of our two rotten mature cherry trees and trimmed 2 other trees. The man climbing the trees was masterful in cutting and in the safety precautions taken for himself and those on the ground. He,also, took great care to avoid damaging our ornamental trees, bushes, flower beds, and electrical boxes as well as those of our neighbors. There was some confusion on how much to trim off a rotting area of a third tree. By the time a final decision had been made, the tree climber was back down on the ground, thinking he was done. When it was determined that it was ok to trim more from that branch without disturbing the balance of the tree, the tree climber went back up even though he had to put on all his safety equipment again, climb the same tree again, and cut off more of the same branch that he had just worked on. The supervisor and assistant supervisor managed the removal of the trunks, branches, and yard waste. I think Anonthy put in twice as many steps as the others. He was in perpetual motion, getting large and small debris back to the trailer and chipper as well as directing others to do the same. Another of Anthonys skills was his ability to untangle the very long safety ropes and rewrap them so that they could be used more efficiently. It was mesmerizing to watch him at work! We are very happy with Morning Wood Tree Service and thank them for all their work! We can recommend them for tree service without reservation.

Called Steve at noon today and he came over in about an hour to look at my tree that had partialy blown down. Gave me a good price and asked if I wanted cut down and cleaned up today. My tree mess is gone and cleaned up. That is real customer service. Thank You

Anthony and his team showed up on a day that forecasted a high wind alert to cut down a large tree behind my garage. It was touch and go trying to work around the severe wind gusts but like the troopers they are they managed to overcome. Then the rest of the crew showed up to do all of the cleanup. The winds were so powerful that it blew the roof off of their chipper truck! During all this everyone had a job to do and they did it admirably fighting the wind. The cleanup was phenomenal! If you need any tree service you could do no better than Morning Wood!

I told this place when I would be available at home and they showed up when I was at work. They said they would mail an estimate to me without me showing them what I wanted. They were leaving my house when my wife was coming home and drove off instead of talking to her. Dont use them as they are just full of lies

We were very impressed with the thorough job Steve and his crew did, cutting down a large tree and various limbs, along with removing a large amount of branches that had accumulated on the ground. Steve was polite, fair with his pricing, and did everything he said his team would do including cleaning the grounds very efficiently. We plan to use his fine company again in the future. Again got quick response Im sure they will take care of that Saturday or Sunday at the latest. They didnt show up either day. No call. No text. Probably busy on other jobs, maybe larger jobs. I get it. They did finally take it August 2nd. The day I had planned to cancel and do it myself. Did a good job. Left the area clean. I get it stuff comes up. And Im all about being gracious. But when we mess up, we have to at least acknowledge it and apologize. Just a simple: sorry for the delay is all it takes. Only reason for the 2-star review is the simple reason that no one from the company bothered to even acknowledge it. The first round of lateness or the second. Im sure theyre a great company. Most reviews are positive. Im sure I was an exception. Wish them nothing but the best.

This company was the bright spot in the recent damage we suffered from the derecho/tornado on August10. We had to take down two beloved old trees that our grandchildren had swings in for 23 years.. that prom and Homecoming pictures were taken under. This company is ethical. They left wood at a job site with permission of the neighbor who wanted firewood. The tree company thought that wood was oak. It turned out that it was not oak but instead a lower quality firewood. When this was brought to the companys attention they promptly came and picked up the unwanted wood. This is clearly a business we would like operating within our community. Highly recommend.

Great tree trimming done yesterday, on an extremely Hot Day! The four workers who were here worked their tails off, and for a Huge Tree Trimming job, they were trimming, hauling & raking constantly for Two and a half hours, only taking a Couple of water break. CALL THIS SERVICE, YOU WON T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Just make sure you dont pay these guys until you thoughly inspect the job. if you dont, any problems are yours, they wont stand by there work. Well thank you for the business lesson. However, you couldnt take the time to call me or stop by like your office manager said you would after your supposed heart attack to address any concerns with the job. If you had, the problems would have been taken care of most likely with just a conversation. No worries, but you can forget about the 2 referrals to my neighbors for tree work and the seal coat job on my drive. I am sure your competition can use the work. Have a good day.

They did an amazing job taking branches off of a hard to get to dead tree. Other companies couldn t/wouldn t attempt the job. Morning Wood Tree Service did the job and did it well. They cleaned up after the removal and checked in before leaving to confirm I was happy with their work. Their response to estimates, scheduling and follow up was very timely.
