Cherry Valley Landscape Center is a family owned business that had been in the landscape / snow removal industry for over 16 years. Opening a 1-stop shop landscape store in 2010, we carry lawn equipment, commercial mowers, snow removal equipment, and more. We also have a full service small engine parts and repair department.

Just had them service my zero turn. They had a great turn around and had it done quickly. They are very professional, called me and updated me on the progress. They handled all the recall work on it. You feel welcomed from the second you walk in the door. I called today looking for a belt in need of.a quick fix. They set it aside and had it ready for me once I got in. Very good customer service.

I had a great first experience with Cherry Valley Landscape Center. I needed service on a Stihl pole saw and they made quick work of it. They ordered parts, fixed the saw, and I had it back to use in two days! The saw works well and I will be back the next time I purchase equipment or need service. I highly recommend CVLC. Pleasant people and great overall service.

The Best in the Business
Snow thrower was under a year and was informed rudders needed to be replaced and other services were required. Estimated cost was $400. Took it to Ace and paid $30.
These guys do a great job with repairing equipment. They are honest and have prices.

After bringing my mower in a month earlier for a tune-up, I had some power issues while mowing. Called the service center at CVL, they came and picked the mower up the same day, fixed the problem the next morning, and delivered the mower back to my house by lunch. Great service and courtesy. I highly recommend this company.

Theyre quick, always fix things right the 1st time and are very knowledgeable and helpful. I stopped into Cherry Valley for some warranty work on my Echo 8010, I was greeted with willing and knowledgeable staff. I told them what was going on with it, they took it back right away. After letting them know I bought it from a different dealer, nothing changed. They agreed it is all about getting things back to working. When I got it back 2 days after dropping it off, no high pressure sales to buy other things, or added charges to the bill. We went outside, made sure everything was working and I was happy. Then a handshake and a thank you for stopping in. Check them out for sure good group of people over there!

Bad attitudes over the phone, maybe have a little tact when youre talking to customers. If you dont know what tact is, look it up!
I have been doing business with this company for about 10 years. They do a good job on tractor repair and maintenance for me, with pick up and return. They fixed my old Mantis tiller too! I like that I can purchase Echo gas powered tools here also. I guess these guys are all macho as I was the only person with a face mask and didnt feel too safe. I didnt hang out to look at the nifty new equipment. Sorry guys, I had money burning a hole in my pocket too.

Great customer service! my first time coming was to bring in my chainsaw that busted the coil, they got me in 3 weeks faster the farm and fleet and within a week, even though it could of taken longer, they gave me their honest opinion to replace it vs fixing it for cost factors. A week went by and i finally wanted to get the wood chopped outside and I decided to get it after work on a weekend. They told me with all honesty they would have to order one and it be a couple days, but I could come in and pay even though it was cutting it really close to closing time, one gentleman was willing to stay late by 5 minutes so I could come pay, and when I got there they were able to get me one that day by switching out the blades for one they had. So it was great efficient customer service that I have received so far, and the warranty that comes with the saw makes it even better. Sorry for the late review since im pretty sure this is over a month ago but life been crazy out there lol, just needed to share. Thanks again guys!

Purchased my Snow Way Snow plow from Cherry Valley Landscaping. Rob was great to work with. They did a great job on the install and the Snow Way downward pressure is amazing. I can carry a 500 pound plow that works like a 700 pound plow. Good guys in this place. Time to move some snow!
Really expensive and never open for bulk salt when they say they are but still get 3 stars because the people there are nice and friendly.
We get salt here for our plow trucks. Salt is treated to not freeze up like we were having issues with from other places. Great prices too.
Had our push mower fixed here. They estimated two weeks for the repair, but finished in one. $77 and runs like a champ again.

Bought a Snoway plow from them in 2011. (I tried local dealers but none offered price CVLC offered so I made the two hour drive south hoping for the best) Now its the beginning of 2012 season and just found out battery for control is dead. Called CVLC and they were faster once again than the local dealers and had a battery on hand and shipped same day for delivery next day by noon!!!
