My mom bought a foreclosure house 4 years ago and Ive been helping her to take care of it. This year I tried spring green to help bring back the lawn. They r friendly people the only issue I have is the time. They have trackers on them that shows how long they were at a property. The problem I have is both my mother and myself have been here and NOT answered the door when they knocked and they stay for bout 5-10mins. According to the lady on the phone there here between 18 and 20 mins. For what I pay it doesnt add up. They do a good job but dont do the whole yard just spots. I want to know why they spot treat things instead of treating the whole yard? Had service today the guy knocked on the door and left 5mins later how is that a full service? Id like answers.

Taylor completed my lawn care application today and did a very nice job. He checked in with me regarding leaving paperwork at my door & also checked in with me regarding my dog was secured in the house.

Xavier and Jordan performed a lawn core aeration today. They were here on my small lawn for half an hour. Ive had guys in the past blast thru in 10 minutes, which is not enough time for a proper aeration. These two took their time and did a thorough job!

She was very thorough -- did a great job! She also let me know at the beginning but she was here so I was well aware and appreciative.

Taylor was very helpful. We are having some problems with the lawn. Thought we might have grubs. She explained how to know if there are grubs and how to check for them. Something is digging holes in the yard. Taylor took a picture of one and said she d check around and see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. I felt she was very understanding and friendly.

I have had Spring Green as my lawn care provider for quite some time and the reason for that is due the exceptional service they provide. Prior to using Spring Green, I took care of my lawn and was never happy with the results. I thought I was doing everything right, reading articles on lawn care, looking at a variety of quick fixes on You Tube and other sites to improve the appearance of my lawn. Spring Green took out all of my trial-and-error experiments, going from one type of weed and feed to another trying to figure out how to get a great looking lawn with consistency. What I learned from this is to leave lawncare to the experts, Spring Green. They take all of the guess work out of the equation, make my life easier and the end result is I have an incredible lawn such that I have and continue to refer Spring Green to my family and friends.
