Pristine Plant Healthcare came to my home the day I called to address the browning situation going on in my Leyland Cypress Trees. Jack diagnosed the problem then was back a few days later to treat the trees. It s been about a week and just as he said the brown needles are falling off and green new ones are appearing. These are mature 20+ foot tall evergreen trees which would be impossible to replace so I m thrilled to have found this company. Very knowledgeable. Pristine Plant has done better than some other services weve tried at keeping our trees and plants healthy. Theyve cured several problems weve had including root rot in the yew hedgerow. There are so many possible plant problems that its important to get it right and theyre able to do that. We also use Pristine for preventive treatments such as the dormant oil spray that suffocates dormant pests.

You know how you get a service for a few years, it s good, but in the back of your head you re not entirely sure if you NEED it? Well we were getting tick treatments for the last few years with these guys. They always did a great job. No complaints. Fair value, great service, etc. Then, we stopped for the better part of a year because we were doing some work on the yard. Let me tell you the difference between having them spraying, and not, is HUGE. Our dogs, cats, and kids were coming in with ticks on them daily. We called Pristine for an emergency service, and they came within a week, even after we weren t their regular customer for a while. We will be back on their regular schedule next year for sure, and I have no doubt that we need them and they are appreciated.

I hired Pristine Plant Healthcare to spray my yard for ticks. I was very happy with the consultation which was free. The owner was nice and the price he quoted me was very reasonable (especially compared to some other quotes I received). They came in a reasonable time and performed the service. I liked that they sent me notifications via text that they were coming and when they were done.

We were having such an issue with mosquitos in our yard. Making it almost impossible to sit outside in the evening without getting tons of bites! When we redid our landscaping we knew we had to find a company that was knowledgeable and responsive to take care of our newly planted trees, shrubs and lawn. We did a lot of searched and went through a couple of the bigger companies and we were not happy. Their tech did not know what they were doing and they could care less of your concerns, they were just going through the motion. With Prestine Plant Jack was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We had some issues with our lawn with weeds, crabgrass and red thread. Jack took care of the issues and we ve been very pleased with the results. We also had issues with our new planted trees that had mold due to a very wet season and Jack was able to take care of it. We have lots of emerald ash trees that were infested with the emerald ash border we had Jack treat some of the trees to save them. The customer service is top notch. They are very responsive and appointment was never an issue. We put our complete trust with Prestine Plant to get the job done the right way. They take care of our lawn, trees, shrub and aeration.

Removed (3) 20 foot trees, dug out the roots and replaced with new bushes to compliment the exterior of the house. Trimmed remaining shrubs and shaped them for future growth. I have nothing but good things to say about this company! They are honest, fair, flexible and very professional! We received quotes from a couple of companies when we first started looking for lawn care. The others grossly exaggerated the square footage of our lawn which of course made the price higher. We wouldnt have known if we didnt receive Jacks quote. We even asked him to triple confirm after sending him our land survey and he stood by his calculations. Unbelieveable that other companies take advantage like that! Service with Pristine has been great! Our crab grass definitely decreased in this first year of treatment and Im looking forward to what the second year does. They were very accommodating with our schedule too! Between working around our weekly lawn cutting to delaying our fall overseed and treatment until we were done with our other lawn projects, I really appreciated their flexibility. Jack is also very knowledgeable and has been open with giving us advice when we had a random question. Jayson is also very friendly when he did the treatments and Jacqui is nice and responsive! We love working with the Pristine team and trust them to bring our pitiful lawn to glory!

I am very happy with the snow removal services from Pristine Plant Healthcare, LLC. Although we have only used them so far for 1 storm, I am blown away with their communication. I received many emails letting me know when the snow removal would happen, when the driver was on the way, and when it was complete. The work was remarkable also. I feel like sometimes this type of work it is very hard to find a reliable person/company, and Im VERY happy with Pristine Plant and would HIGHLY recommend. Nice having peace of mind that the work will be done and no need to worry.

All of the above! I like the flexibility of having choice of contract type. Jack and co. work great for me as they will use snowblower on my drive as plowing isn t an option due to angle and shortness. I definitely recommend and have already passed on contact info to 2 people!

Had the owner Jack come out to talk to me about my lawn and what needed to be done. Great guy, very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to, got my estimate via email shortly after, replied with the go ahead and they came that same week to service my lawn. Very smooth transaction from the estimate to the billing, would definately recommend using them to any friend or family.

Had a very good experience with Pristine. The guy who sparayed the yard was actually the owner and both he and his wife (who I set the appointment up with) were extremely nice and accommodating. They were able to give us a pretty quick appointment and there have been minimal, if any bugs since. Will definitely use them next season for spraying and possibly landscaping.
