EZ Dayz Landscaping in Rock Springs

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They were cordial and professional during the project but at the end, they REFUSED to meet with me to go over concerns, such as dirt and debris left, rocks that remained in my neighbor’s yard, exposed fabric, and uneven distribution of the gravel (see pictures). In fact, even though I had already paid the deposit, Chris ACCUSED me of trying to not pay them, and that I would ‘not be successful in court’, which was not even on my mind as I assumed they would clean up and finish the work. I was quite surprised at the unprofessional and confrontational emails, to say nothing of the job which I view as sloppy at best, unfinished at worst. Again, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Cris and John run an excellent business. We hired them to install gravel in our front yard and sod in the back yard. They were very transparent and communicative, especially when a lot of delays happened that were outside of their control and finishing our project got pushed back nearly a year. But they showed up again in summer and installed our sod. They are a small business and new, so some minor mistakes occurred (some trash got left in our yard after the sod was installed), but when we mentioned it to John he and Cris personally came that same day and picked up all the trash. They also made things right by talking to their employees about it and apologizing profusely. John was especially patient and calm when I lost my temper with him upon seeing our sod yellowing days after installation, and instead of shutting me down, he gave me lots of helpful advice on how to rejuvenate our lawn, and it started greening again within a day. If you hire these guys they will get the job done, and they will do it right, just remember they're a new and small business, so if you're wondering what's going on with a projet jusy reach out and they always always get back with detailed updates! And be patient, they will get the work done, sometimes there may just be some delays.

Called on Thurs, and asked him to come over so I could show him what all I wanted done. He said he'd be here either Fri. or Mon. Didn't show up, sent another text on Wed. Never heard a thing, no phone call, no follow up text. Nothing. Might be a great service IF you can get him to respond.

Chris is amazing. Prompt, courteous and keeps you posted on what’s going on. Reasonably priced and goes the extra mile. I will continue to have him and his crew help us with all of our landscaping needs.
