We have used Weed Man Lawn Care for more than 4 years now.....they're a great company that is in a very competitive market. They are in the business of honing and tweaking their service skills....to the betterment of their customer base. Their attention to detail assures us that we will be an ongoing customer in the future..... Their customer service is wonderful.....they pickup quickly, and are willing to spend time with you addressing your question or concern.....I just wish they fixed cars too.....!!
I can’t express how happy I am with Weedman! My lawn is the healthiest and greenest it has ever been. Not only is the lawn great, but the staff and techs who come out are courteous and explain what they are doing that day. If I have a question, I can call and talk to someone in the local office. This is all unlike the former big name company I used. If you’re looking for great lawn care Weedman is the answer.
I try to not write bad reviews but I’m starting to get really annoyed. I got weed man to give me a quote awhile back for my yard and they have been calling me every single day for the past 3 weeks trying to follow up on the quote after I’ve already told them 3 weeks ago I went with a different company. There quote was very confusing and I could barely read what they wrote. Please stop calling me!

I felt like the cost and the treatment were not aligned. It's only 2 weeks out we"ll see how the results turn out to adjust up or down / edit. I wasn't thrilled with the damage and divots (not the expected holes from aeration) left behind from the speed at which the treatment was done. The areation treatment looked to be rushed and a bit haphazardly on the corners and turns. I've been working to level out a few areas and have some setbacks to revisit. There was also a lot of excess deposits left behind from the fertilizer where it seems way too dense of an application. I went behind and vacuumed 3+ cups from a single square foot of overspill.
I would not recommend Weedman. They are a bunch of liars they will tell you one price and then charge you a different price. Yesterday I had to cancel my service after only 2 treatments due to a unforseen incident. I received an email with charges for more than I was quoted and I called their office to speak with someone about this issue only to be told I'd be called back but that didn't happen. So I finally got to speak to a person, Danielle, who said she was a office coordinator and when asked to speak to a manager I was told there was nobody higher to talk to and basically it is what it is. She refused to give me a credit of what was owed to me. I did let her know that I would be returning back to True Green. I never had any problems with them and I only switched because these guys were supposed to be cheaper. BE AWARE GUYS !!!NEVER AGAIN!!
I do not write bad reviews but customer service was awful and not understanding. Don't use weed Man. We have been using them for the past 2 years and my lawn looks terrible. Trust me when I say, use someone else. My husband and I enjoy gardening and taking care of our yard and have been very patient with this company but in the end they were awful. I have been calling them for the past 3 months with weed issues and they kept telling me it would be ok but it wasn't. We we're patient as we know these things take time but the weeds kept getting worse. They would not refund our last 2 treatments that didn't help the lawn whatsoever. Danielle (unsure of what role) has been ignoring my calls and I'm told she has no direct email or phone number. What a farse! Do your business somewhere else. Crabgrass everywhere not satisfied I really wish I could show pictures outrageous amount of crabgrass as if they didnt do anything or worse Negative
Costly experience! Weed man came to do treatment for weeds. They had been repeatedly instructed not to spray weed killer on certain stone patio and walkway areas, as in between the flagstones were planted with stepables (a ground cover type plant that blooms abundantly and accents the flagstone patio). They sprayed and killed over 100 plants- claimed they were not responsible and someone else had done it! The Supervisor said he believed his employee over me. Do not use this company! They are rude and do not follow instructions or hold themselves responsible.
They missed alot of weeds and when I called in to get a revisit they told me a couple days they would be back so today I call and she said that they had 6000 customers and couldnt get me next week that I wasnt very important to them at this time

So far, so good. When I initially called, my yard was overrun with weeds. Less than a month later, the weeds are almost gone. Just in time for Spring!

The first year we had their service, it was great. But after that, we started having problems with weeds again. We called several times for them to come eradicate them. They came finally but the problem was not resolved. We tried again and were told they would be out but they didnt come. I called again and was given the same story. I decided to find another company.
I asked for a quote from Angies List from Weed Man in May 2018. Another company came back cheaper so we went with them. When they called back, I told them this. They have called me INCESSANTLY since then. It is now almost a year later (April 2019.) We dont even live there anymore! I have called the office and asked them not to call- they say ok, they will handle it. Then literally call 30 minutes later. I have blocked number after number from them. Five so far. It is outrageous. I am talking about multiple calls per day sometimes, spoofed numbers, and I only answer once I confirm it isnt them- only to realize it is them! Sometimes they leave messages, but mostly not. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME. I cant imagine owing these people money- they call me like I do!
Im paying $1,100+ a year for a yard full of weeds. I call and get the well get to it in a couple days response. Then of course, nothing happens. I probably missed the part in the contract that says, sign here if you dont want weeds.
So far not too pleased with their service. I have a 10,000 sq ft lawn and the techs are in and out in less than 10 minutes. Are you even treating my back lawn? I had better luck treating my own lawn last year and it cost a third of what they re charging me.
Horrible customer service, gave me a headache instead of services. After months of paying them for treating my lawn it was still full of weeds to a that the HOA had sent us a letter that we were going to get charged if we didnt take care of it... something that this company was supposed to be working on months ago. I kept contacting them to come back and make it right to no avail. So i dediced to take care myself of something I was paying them to do. To add insult to injury, I decided to just cancel their service and they kept charging my card... stay away from this company
I have used Weedman for over 10 yrs and they have always responded to my request. My yard had a bad fungus last year and they have went above and beyond to get it back into shape this year and trust me it has been a struggle but they have been very accommodating and I will continue to use them.
This is the 3rd year that we have used Weed Man Lawn Care & have been very pleased with all aspects of their service. Our lawn looks amazing & many neighbors & friends have complimented it. We had a little issue with our lawn this spring so we called them to mention it & the technician came right out & met with my husband to correct the problem & within 2 weeks our lawn was back to looking great. I highly recommend Weed Man!
This my first season using Weedman. So far I am happy with their service. I have to get my lawn more established and into better shape to take advantage of their applications. I will be looking into them doing a core aeration and seeding. They always notify a day ahead before they make the service call. So far Pleased.
Started using Weedman for my lawn last year after it was being overtaken by weeds. By the end of the year, my yard looked great. I signed up for this year again and look forward to a nice weed-free yard!
