U.S. Lawns- Rock Hill in Rock Hill

Since US Lawns has taken over the landscaping and turf maintenance of our facility, our turf areas look better than when the facility was new, 11 years ago. We were told by previous landscape companies, you can't grow grass with that soil, they were wrong, we have very lush and full turf areas. US Lawns also responds to requests quickly and has been very consistent in their delivery of services. We have added a great partner in US Lawns

US Lawns Rock Hill team is responsible for maintaining our single family home community and it looks great. We are very pleased with their work. 5 Stars for exceptional customer service and quality work! My experience with US Lawns Charlotte office has literally been a transforming experience for my apartment community. I started working with Jodi and David last July/August. I communicated my concerns, budget and goals for the property's landscaping and based on that information they have delivered custom service that I am truly happy with. The community is looking great and springing forward!

We trimmed our crepe myrtle trees and stacked the branches and brush at the street. None of the branches were any larger than 2 inches in diameter. I called and Left a voice message requesting a pick-up of the brush from US Lawns who provides lawn maintenance for our neighborhood. I got a call back the next morning from the account manager, David Tadlock. He let me know that tree trimming brush cleanup was not part of the service they provided to our neighborhood, but he would drive by to see exactly what we had and get back to me. A few hours later Mr. Tadlock came by and actually cleaned up the limbs and hauled them off himself. Kiddos to him for customer service that goes above and beyond.

Jodi and David are very responsive, pleasant, and helpful. They are always willing to do what is needed to make our experience with US Lawns a great one! I highly recommend them!

In the summer of 2023 an employee of US Lawns accidently struck the bottom of my screen on my back porch. A small (2-3 inches) cut was left behind. At around the same time a US Lawns employee struck the lower part of my siding with a lawnmower and left a gash. We called the office and they sent someone out to inspect and evaluate the damage. At that time I was told they would take care of the needed repairs. On December 29 I sent a follow up email reminding them of the still unresolved situation. On February 7 I reminded them again that the repairs had not yet started. On February 28 I reached out to the Landscape committee of our HOA asking for their help. The screen was finally repaired acceptably on March 2 after contacting their David Tadlock , who by the was excellent in his follow upon that repair. I still haven't heard what is the status of the siding repair.

Happy New Year US Lawns Rock Hill Team Thank you, David, Jodi and all the Rock Hill Team for the great service that you all provide to our community along with excellent communication and dependable. Our community isn’t the easiest community to service since we have 164 homes that majority of the yards have rolling topography along with half of the backyards is fenced . At the end of our service day the curb appeal is awesome. Our lawns are well manicured. Something our homeowners and you all should be proud of. This is how U.S lawns have left the back of my apartment complex for the last few weeks they do such a poor job anytime they come. I will be leaving a review every week they come because this unacceptable.
