😡🤬Scalped me in price for transportation they charge others $100 & charged me $450 🤦🏽‍♂️ I purchased 2 large kiosks from a mall & needed them 🚛transported. My friend Alfredo suggested this company because he buys🚘 cars in quad cities & has them towed back to Sterling. He said this guy will leave empty & pickup car for only $100. I was going to get the kiosks myself with a trailer & Alfredo said this guy is insured. I think alright he's going to do everything for $100 & if anything goes wrong the merchandise is insured? This is a no brainer! He didn't have nearly enough help🛗🏋🏽‍♂️ & we had to help him load the merchandise because it was way too heavy for only 3 people & none of them were in shape. After they dropped off the kiosk I heard the owner of the business say "get the money, $450!" I'm thinking $450?! what?! That's highway robbery! He's based in Rock falls, IL drove to Peru IL & came back to Sterling not even 3 hours of work. We had to help them load & unload & he's charging $450?! There's no way! I could've rented a 🚛U haul, Hired workers👷👷‍♀️👷‍♂️ & still paid less. Easily could've gotten friends & family to help since I already had a truck & trailer. He was literally the 🙅🏽‍♂️WORST option possible. I know people that have purchased auction vehicles online from West Coast. Had that vehicle shipped from 🛻tow truck-train🚂-tow truck🛻-house🏡 they paid $500 for shipping. How does this thief justify stealing $450 for 3hrs of work with driving about 100 miles round trip?! 50 miles there & 50 miles back. My friend said he's used this company many times over & he's always charged $100 for towing a car from Rock falls-quad cities-Sterling every time. 🤦🏽‍♂️This isn't a trustworthy business & I wouldn't advise anyone to trust them. It's the principal of taking advantage of their customers & not the work performed. So if you're alright with paying way too much money for Medicare work, is your 🤑 💰 🤷🏽‍♂️
