Wendel Tree and Landscape LLC in Rochester

Wendel Tree removed a large tree in our sub and did an excellent and professional job for a fair price. I happened to get to talking with Scott (who was there helping the team) and he kindly agreed to cut 2 circles for me from the large trunk and also added his great knowledge of the different woods. What a great company on both a professional and personal level.

Scott and his team did a great job for a fair price. The skilled team was amazing and knew what they were doing to remove every bit of a very large tree. They were careful and respectful of our yard and did a great clean up. The tree was very close to a wooden privacy fence and nothing was damaged or went in our neighbor's yard. The job required navigating large equipment and tree parts through a small ally and communicating with DTE about electrical issues, all of which was handled professionally. The office staff, estimator, ground crew and owner were all very personable and nice to work with. Highly recommend!

My family hired Wendel tree company to remove a large tree from our yard. Interactions with Carla on the phone and Scott in-person during the project were kind and professional. The work was done to a high standard, where Scott and his crew went above and beyond in the cleanup of the site following the tree removal and stump grinding. Also, without any prompting, they fixed a patch of grass in the neighbors’ yard following their work. Overall, it was a great experience, and we are happy we chose Wendel.

We had a large maple that was dying and decided to have it removed, and the stump ground. We got three quotes. Wendel's was not the least expensive, but by far had the most detail. In addition to line-item-level specifics, the quote reflected their understanding of our plans for the area after removal. The team arrived on time, protected the sidewalk and lawn appropriately, and had the tree down quickly. They proceeded to perform extensive stump grinding in the root area, which will enable easy replanting in the future. They also noticed a couple of trees that would be in the way of a replant delivery vehicle and trimmed them. Their cleanup of the lawn and root area was very thorough. Wendel provided the services I needed at a fair price, did what they said they would do, plus a bit more.

We have had Wendel Tree Service for many different occasions and their work has been consistently the best. I can't say enough good things about their team and I would refer their service to anyone who likes a job well done.

I had Wendel Tree remove 5 trees from my property in Rochester Hills. Three of the trees were very large and had extensive root systems. Some of the roots had blocked my underground sprinkling system. Wendel did a fabulous job on all fronts. The crew worked very hard and wrapped up the job in a weeks time at a fair price. I would hire Wendel again in the future. Scott Wendel visited the site often and sometimes joined in running heavy equipment with his crew.

Wonderful people. Gary came to look at my trees when he said he would. Arrived on time. Very professional. Very likable guy. The crew arrived on time on the day they said they would. Worked straight through all day til they got the job done. Very nice people. Very careful. Danny, the man up in the basket, trimmed the trees with an artistic touch, just the way I wanted them trimmed. I was very happy with the results. And the crew cleaned up the yard better than they found it! Couldn't ask for more and I would recommend them to anybody.
