John and his team came to complete our retaining wall installation with soil and mulch to create a raised bed. They also removed our old dead tree and installed a new tree. They were courteous, prompt, and flexible. They did an amazing clean up as well. It was like they were never there; minus the beautiful new additions to our front yard. The pricing was competitive and fair, and work was done on the timeline given to us. Would absolutely hire them again.

I want to give a huge shout out to Top Lawn Care and Landscape for all their hard work!!! I have used them for years for lawn care needs and snow removal. A few weeks ago we had a winter storm that brought about 18 inches of snow in a short amount of time. The company made numerous runs to keep up with the falling snow and did it in a timely manner. On top of that, they were in contact with customers via email before and during the storm. I highly recommend them for any service they offer!!!

This is my first Winter with Top Lawn and Landscapes LLC. The snow removal service has been outstanding. Weve had a couple of days of continual snowing and they made several trips to keep my driveway clear the whole time. Im so happy with them that Ive contracted them for Summer services, too!!

Called because no one came out and was told they did which was not true. I was charged and then the following week again no one showed but this time I wasn t charged. This makes no sense to me, it s very unprofessional and will never use this service again.

Avoid at all cost! Fraudulent activity, charged more than agreed for services they never performed and for services they haven t finished! A 3 foot stump on my property is still sadly looking at me. Made us wait for over 1.5 months and never notified when they haven t showed up, not a call, not an email, no apologies. I have prepared my garden beds fully weeding twice expecting them on dates they provided, canceled plans and wasted the whole day! Team came unprepared, brought wrong plants and wrong quantities of them. Made me drive 20 minutes on a work day to buy plants out of pocket, then tried charging me for the time their workers wasted as if it s my fault they came without supplies. Charged me 700$ extra. Ran my credit card without permission. FRADULENT company. Receptionist laughs at you when you call to ask questions and express confusion and concern. Said uhm, mr. Todd will call you back, he s busy right now. Repeated the same message like a parrot to me every single day I called! Mr. Todd never called back. Haven t responded a single email. Thankful my bank opened a dispute and returned me my hard earned money.

I have been a customer of Top Lawn for over 5 years and have been impressed with them every project. From a new patio being installed, to our beds being weeded, our gutters being cleaned every fall, our grass being cut once a week, and even them putting in a stone pad for our new shed. There pricing is fair and Todd and his crews have been nothing but professional and respectful if any concerns need to be addressed. I called Top Lawn to have a big portion of my backyard cleared out from years of neglect. They responded immediately and were able to schedule me within two weeks. The team James, John, and Mike did an amazing job! They were always happy to answer my questions and continued checking in throughout the job. I already recommended them to my neighbor who needs similar work done.

Hired them to cut the lawn, we re supposed to show up on Thursday, didn t come till Friday. Didn t cut my back or side lawn and still charged me the normal rate. The quality is pretty bad also. My 10 yr old neighbor would do better. Ran over newspapers throwing paper all over the grass. When I called they never answer and take days to call you back. Also the customer service is horrible. They act like they don t care. Save your money and pick a reputable company. Far from top lawn care. Honestly such a horrible experience.

We had 5 trees cut down during the winter and were left with quite a big mess. Todd and his team did a great job on the clean up allowing us to use our backyard again. Professional and timely. Would recommend their services.

I highly recommend Todd and the team at Top Lawn Care. His prices are reasonable and he is very responsive, which isnt something you always see when working on home projects. Todd and team removed our existing patio, retaining wall, and some concrete that we wanted to turn into part of the patio. The new flagstone patio and wall that they put in are beautiful. Morgan worked long hours to meet our deadline before our company arrived. The team also removed all materials and cleaned up behind themselves each day. If I didnt like something or wanted to make a change, they fixed the problem. I cant say enough good things about this team and would absolutely work with them again on future projects.

We went on vacation and Top Lawn Care and Landscapes was to continue mowing, blowing and trimming our property. We have security cameras in the front and rear of our property. Todd and his staff decided not to render services so I contacted Todd immediately upon our return from Florida. I explained that the lawn had not been mowed and that I didn t appreciate being charged for something that wasn t completed. Todd called this morning and said he didn t like being called a thief, and that he was parting ways with me. He went on to tell me that he has cameras on all of his trucks and that they show services being completed at my home. This is untrue. Todd then went on to tell me that I couldn t afford his services, and that I should look at the type of home I live in. Mind you, I live in a fairly nice house but for any business owner to tell someone that they are lying when it s evident his employees didn t do their job, is just inappropriate. You ll want to stay far away from this business. Todd is feeling the pressure of less staff and increased demand, and unless you want to be belittled by an unprofessional small business owner, save your time and money, and find another of the hundreds of small businesses that will gladly make good on their promise to you as a customer.

Todd and his team did an amazing job taking out our landscaping all around the perimeter of our house. He removed a bunch of bushes, flowers, plants, and stones. They put in new top soil and reseeded the area. He came back a month later to make sure grass was growing in and added more seed upon request to fill in any areas that weren t growing the greatest. I would highly recommend his team.

I would be happy to leave these guys 10 stars if I could. Very responsive, great work, and work ethic. They are all just really good people. Ben, and Tom did a fantastic job making my yard look like a model today, and they started with a mess. The work they do will exceed your expectations, and the biggest reason why is communication. I walked the job several times with them, including a final inspection to make sure it was 100% right. I will be referring them to everyone I can from now on. Good job guys, we are very happy!

I had about 2 and a half years of weeds, poison ivy, and just general overgrowth that I shamefully neglected. Todd came out right away and gave me a reasonable quote. A week or two later, an individual came by in the afternoon ready to work. I was a bit nervous since it was one person, but within an hour he tore half of the stuff right out! Everyone I dealt with were very polite, personable, and professional. I can not recommend them enough, especially if your lawn needs a good reset !

I had a problem with standing water around my house and tree stumps ..I contacted Top lawn for an estimate and scheduled an appt. With Todd, I explained to him the problems I was having with my lawn and inmediately he told me the best approach to resolve the issue he never tried to sell me anything that I didnt need like other companies I met before that only care about profit...the work of my lawn was delayed because of an unfortunate accident Todd had.. I was contacted by Alicia to let me know a future day for the work to take place.. she was very nice and professional...Tom did a great job on my lawn he worked for hours and answered all my questions... he worked really hard without complaining for anything, now everything looks perfect!.. Im sure I wont experience any more standing water on my foundation, as a homeowner that was a big concern for me ..if you ever need landscaping services or lawn grading please give a chance to Top lawn they did a great job on my property and Im sure this wont be the last time III request services from this business....this is honest hard-working people!!!

I needed an estimate on my lawn and they came right out the next day! The team that comes to care for my lawn is extraordinary. A gentleman by the name of Dave and his helpers always come with a smile on there face ready to work. They trim my sidewalk and driveway in ways I have never had done in years past. They even go out of there way to ask me if there s anything else they can do for me if I am home. I am so thankful to have this service and talk so highly of them everywhere I go. This is the first year using Top Lawn Care & Landscapes. After using 2 other landscapers within 3 years, they were the only one who took great care in cutting and edging my lawn. They even cleaned the grass clippings off my white fence. I would highly recommend them. They do other services as well to include snow removal.

They did a great job mowing my lawn. they were missing an area with the trimming, but as soon as I brought it to their attention, they corrected it. I had knee replacement surgery and could not mow my own lawn last summer. Now, I think I will keep them for next year.

My Unilock sidewalk had settled over the years. I called Top Lawn, Todd came out for an estimate promptly. A week later, Tom, and his son Trey, were on the job. They took apart my sidewalk, brick by brick, and reconstructed it on my front lawn, so as not to lose the pattern. The sidewalk had to be raised a few inches to make it right. After putting in and leveling the under material, they brought back the sidewalk, brick by brick, true to the original design. It is solid and proper, looks good and feels good. Im happy.

Within days he came out and gave me estimates on all the work I wanted to have done this season. They have completed spring cleanup so far, as well as put mulch down and planted trees for me. Im very impressed with the fact that they do what they say theyre going to do, when they say theyre going to do it, and at a very reasonably price. Ive spoken with the guys that did the work and theyre all very courteous. They tell you exactly what theyre going to do and how theyre going to do it, and complete the task. Todd and his crew have been awesome. Our lawn is always cut on time, and when weather makes it impossible, he makes su re to get it done as soon as possible. Weve also used his other services such as gutter cleaning and dead tree removal. Our lawn cutting is the same day as our garbage pick up and Todd is nice enough to wheel the bin up to the garage. This isnt something they need to do but it proves they go the extra mile. Excellent customer service. 5 stars.

I live in the Black Walnut neighborhood in Greece and needed someone to plow my driveway after my snow blower decided to stop working. It was the last huge snowstorm and I called up Todd to come bury me out before work. He was there within the hour, had reasonable rates, was friendly and did an awesome job. I ve used his services a few times after and was just as efficient as the first. I now plan on using Top Lawn Care for Spring clean up too! Todd and his team are great!

Todd and his crew do a terrific job for both lawn care and snow removal. Whenever weve needed something, even last minute, he doesnt hesitate to get us scheduled right away. We couldnt find someone to remove snow for my elderly mother, all others that we called said they were too booked. He has great work ethic, honest prices, and great service! I contacted Todd for a quote on Monday April 9th. He came out did a quote at my house in 15 mins. Todd and his team came out on Tuesday the 10th and completed the spring cleaning we asked for. GREAT customer service provided and will be using him again shortly. Highly recommended!

Top Lawn Care and Landscapes was hired to clean up two overgrown beds and replace an old, broken, concrete retaining wall with paver bricks and they did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend them if you are interested in having a responsible and reliable company to do a great job. Top Lawn Care and Landscapes exceeded my expectations! I wanted lava rock removed and hydrangeas taken out for transplant. They replaced the lava rock with mulch and put evergreens in place of where the hydrangeas had been. This was all done in one day. The team worked quickly and were very nice. The pricing was reasonable as well. I will definitely be hiring them again to continue work on my property!

I hired them temporarily to help me while on vacation July 4th and ended up hiring them for the rest of the season including end of the year leaf cleaning (and when you have over 100 trees, thats a lot of work!). It sure freed up a lot of time on my schedule to do other things that I needed to do and fun things that I wanted to do. They were dependable as well as offering a great price and service.
