Honestly great service hands down in the area I would have gave them a 5 accept they have quit showing up to my house and I do not know what I have done. I do not owe any money. So I’m confused on why I was tossed away and being I’m black I truly hope that has nothing to do with it but it’s Rochester mn. Let’s be honest. No call back no answering my calls now and no follow ups after I was told previous customers did not have to reassign to calling in April beginning of April for backed up service. I even went to their website and did another estimate went through my emails I can’t find nothing not even a complaint. So I honestly do not know why my services were skipped without a notice or anything. 🤔 So I’m confused at this point ruined relationship for what reason I do not know I haven’t even gotten a notice of service cancellation it is now June.

RG manages lawn and snow removal for our Common Interest Community. Darend and Ryan (and crew) have been conscientious, professional, and responsive to our feedback regarding our specific needs. Darend is quick to communicate when asked a question and is happy to meet in person to walk over our areas when asked. I appreciate his quick communications, can-do attitude, and ideas on how to make our community look better.

I hired Rochester Ground this year for weed prevention and fertilizing and to put down several yards of mulch. I have always done mulching myself and was a bit concerned the company might not take the same care I do around perennials and some delicate annuals. I was really pleased when I came home to see that they had done a fabulous job. The natural mulch itself looked great and they had clearly taken the time to place it carefully around the flowers and keep it all within the borders of the flower beds. Very satisfied customer!

Darend and his team at Rochester Ground are very professional. They have gone above and beyond time and time again to provide great service and to make sure our facilities look great!! Recently they worked the weekend at our Stewartville facility to get it ready for opening day on short notice. Great Business Partner!!

Rochester Ground Services is a Five Star Company! They have done our weed control for our 4 acre yard for years now and we can't be more happy. Professional & reliable company and reasonable prices.We have also had cement work done to our Shop/Shed with no complaints. We can't be more happy with their services. We will be giving them a call in the Spring.

I've had these guys level out a area and bringin fill for an RV parking pad. These guys did excellent work!! Mr. Yetter not only leveled the area, he layered a vegetation barrier, Large rock, and finished it with gravel. He then leveled it again. I am so happy knowing I should never again get my RV stuck in mud. They also made a level area on my property for a new shed that I plan to build. On my property, A level spot is a rare. Now I have over 1500 sqft of level space. :)
