Found him on Facebook and couldn’t be happier. Easy to work with and more then accommodating with my needs. Clean dumpster delivered and no questions on the pickup.

I hired nick and his company to do a complete landscape bed tear out that was overly infested with weeds taller than my windows. Everything was gone and complete within noon of him showing up at 8 o'clock. I was highly impressed with how it turned out and how fast he was able to complete the job not cutting around any corners. The finished product looked amazing and to top it off he had his mowing crew stop by later the same day to lay some pristine stripes in my front and back yard making every neighbor around me jealous. I recommend PENNA PROPERTY MAINTENANCE highly and will for sure contact them for my next landscaping renovation.

I have gone with penna since day 1. For someone who works in the trade i know the difficulty of the work and there are not many people i would refer to family and friends for anything property maintenance you can think of. Nick the owner has always gotten back to me within 24hrs of requesting a quote from driveway plowing to a complete tear out of the worst landscape Beds i have seen! The best part about penna property maintenance is that he does not just tell 4 guys to go do this or that he is out there doing the work with his crew.Nick is the do it all guy and as my 85 year old grandmother would say “the big nice new truck with lots of lights was already here and gone”. I’ll start off by saying nick the owner is a great guy. Easy going and very knowledgeable. You can tell he loves what he does. He extended my driveway and did a great job. Also did some major brush clean up in my yard as well. He knows how to run equipment and is very safe while doing so. Snow removal is very good as well, he’s on top of all storms and I’ve never been stuck in my driveway. All his trucks and equipment are in great shape and never breaking down causing delays. I recommend nick and his team for summer maintenance and winter maintenance! You will not be disappointed!

Let me start with how knowledgeable Nick the owner along with his crew when it comes to the fantastic work they perform. Our house had an old original in-ground pool the was beyond repair. We hired nick to fill in the pool to gain some yard space back! Excellent job, very clean, top of the line equipment to get the job done properly and efficiently. By the end of the week it looked like the pool was never there, not to mention we finally have a backyard!!! Along with the excavation portion he plows our driveway ( how we originally found him ) top of the line service for the past 3 years that we’ve used Nick and his team.

Well let’s see, in terms of the snow plowing part of this business, if I could rate them below a 1 STAR, I WOULD!! This company has shown ZERO “Responsiveness” after I’ve made 3 attempts to call them. I hired them to plow my ELDERLY parents driveway (which is a small driveway); and shovel a path to their front door. During all 3 calls to them, I requested an approximate time frame as to when they can plow but I’ve received absolutely NO RESPONSE. I’m not an impatient person and I completely understand that when we are in the middle of a snow storm, there will be delays in service. However if I don’t even get the decency of a return phone call, that is not too much to ask; ESPECIALLY considering we are asked to pay them 100% UPFRONT, way before the winter season starts. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to respond to our customers; even if we have to explain the services we provide are going to be delayed; at least they aren’t wondering why nothings being done, and at the very least they know we appreciate their business!!! Had they called me back and said, we apologize for the delay and will try and plow them out..... , at least I know they care enough about our business and we haven’t fallen off their radar. This way I could at least have made other arrangements to take care of my parents. I guess you would call it, being Proactive with your customers and showing some PROFESSIONALISM!!!
