Kregg Frey's Lawn Services in Rochester

I hired Kregg Frey Lawn Service back in 2021. They did a great job while I was there that summer. They continued to do work for us up until spring of 2023. I was unaware that they were not doing the grass as I live out of state. My sister was handling the account. I didn't know that that they were not cutting the grass any longer. So I contacted Jose yesterday to discuss the the account. Yesterday I left a couple of messages that we would like to consider paying out of pocket with a credit card as the house is in probate. This morning I called to discuss the matter and I don't know who answered the phone and all the sudden we got disconnected. I called back and left a message again. I text and all I got was a reply no. Just trying to work something out with them but they don't seem to want to work with you. Jose is always been professional and courteous so I don't understand why he's not responding back to me. I don't know what's going on. I would still like to use them to cut the grass because they do a good job.

Came 2x and was supposed to be weekly, they were never consistent and they didn't show up when I called numerous times and never replied back to see when they would be here next just completely stopped showing up and no responses to my texts or phone calls VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I am very unhappy with their snow plowing service! They have not plowed my drive way as contracted. Many other plow services have been at other homes on our street but not Kregg's. I would not recommend his snow plowing service to anyone! Owner got annoyed with my phone calls, claiming he had a full time job and could not respond to my call.

Totally UNRELIABLE. Doesn’t show up, then when we call, the owner is annoyed and says “I have a full time job you know.” We’ve called and texted him today and he hasn’t replied, and our driveway still isn’t done at 9:52 am. The previous snow fall we had, he didn’t show and we called. When he came he was very angry.

Not professional at all. I paid for snow plow they never came to plow but charged me half of the money I paid. Then when we tried to get the other half of my money they took their time responded and still haven't gotten my cash back! My husband called them and they were so nasty!!

Snow plowing and yard maintenance: yard maintenance is great. There was an issue with not plowing my mother’s driveway, but they responded after 36 hours, apologized, and fixed the problem.

Gregg Frey's service was very professional and courteous. The work was excellent I would definitely recommend to all.

I recently purchased my home and my yard was a mess. Kregg and Jose have been wonderful to work with they did an amazing job on my yard. This company came to the rescue after a previous company cut two trees down and left my yard in terrible condition. They fit me in to their busy schedule and got all the tree trimmings removed from my yard. I highly recommend them for all your lawn care needs!
