I am very impressed with how skillful Green Meadows lawn care professionals are when they quickly, efficiently and carefully make my acre property look fresh and well cared for.

Have to say I have fired 2 companies within the last year. This company is on point! best lawn service so far. The yard looks great!!! Ty ty

This company is so wonderful. I needed to be sure that my dog was in the house before they came into the fenced in back yard because they are a runner. They were so very careful to be sure he was in before they came in. Their service is worth every penny!

Affordable service

The worst company to use not only did they charge for a full month to end service I had to pay a extra 80$ which I already did to cancel when I call the lady she seems lost and so does the whole company do not use these guys

The customer service I received from this company was the worst I ve ever experienced in all my years of working with lawn companies. They don t deserve any business. They are extremely rude and unorganized. Just based off a 3 minute conversation I would never use them nor will I suggest them to a neighbor.

This company has a history of causing property damage and not repairing it. Stay clear!

Very unprofessional. They scratched my moms car with their leaf blower and have cut flowers down INSIDE my flower beds multiple times. They have torn up my grass and left a huge mess. This is ridiculous.

What wasn t addressed was the rudeness of the woman I spoke with. I had no issues when talking to Jim, he was professional. Karen or Sharon, i cant remember her name, customer service is not her strong suit, not professional and very rude for a family run business, especially after I said I m not going to be using your service the next season and she said good . If the clerical error has been corrected in a faster manner I probably would have kept the service. The men that actually did the mowing were wonderful and did an excellent job, the customer service end of it is absolutely terrible. They cut my lawn and my mom and stepdads lawn who live right next door me, I understand this could cause confusion billing wise but some of my payments were mistakenly put on my moms account. Ok, no big deal we ll get that straightened out bc for some reason their address and information was on my online billing account, to which I was accused of paying the bill wrong online and when I said I there Is some miscommunication I was I was the problem of miscommunication and that my stepdad is a much more pleasant person to talk to. I am not an angry person, I have never complained about anything, I dont send food back at a restaurant if it was wrong when brought to me, if I had my hair done and completely hated it I would not complain and over tip them as I usually do. I send a screenshot of my bank statement to show I did indeed pay and she says she will look into because there may be a problem on the company that deals with the online payments end. Never hear back, I assume everything is fine. A couple weeks later I get a call from the same woman saying a bunch of invoices were accidentally shredded and they re not sure who paid and who didn t, I again send the screenshot that I did indeed pay. This was in February. Now, mid-June I receive ANOTHER bill saying I owe (What I already paid) and that if not paid it will go to collections. I cannot escape this company. I bought all my own lawn equipment just so I wouldnt have to deal with such awful customer service.

I echo alot of these negative reviews. Good service from the lawn team that comes out, however multiple issues with getting what we asked for (spray for weeds and lawn services front & back) since the start of the year. Issue stems from poor office systems and they have terrible customer service. Bad attitudes. One positive experience out of 6 when calling. One man was absolutely rude! Its a shame, because I like the results, but its just not worth the headache. Ive never had such an issue with a company and will be looking elsewhere next year.

Great lawn service and wonderful customer service!

A very inconsistent and poorly ran company. The services are fine, but when it comes to paying a bill they are completely inconsistent. Imagine only being able to pay via credit card with a 3% markup or through sending a check. What is this, the early 2000s? And to make matters even worse, I was not getting charged the 3% the last few times I paid by card. This last time I did get charged the 3% and was not even told that was going to happen. This company also does not care about loyalty. They increase their prices to current customers consistently because of inflation . They ve also been promising a website for the past few years that I doubt will ever come to fruition. I will definitely not be using this company next summer.

Trash company with horrible customer service.

They caused damaged to my home May 2023 , owner told me it is my fault there is no barrier to protect my home he was rude told me to Stop talking, he knows nothing about damages to 7-10 homes where I live. Report this company to the better business bureau! I am going to small claims court also.he continued to harass me by calling back and leaving rude message.

Green Meadows cuts my lawn and the crew does a great job, especially the man who does the edging. They recently did a fall clean up. I had a ton of leaves and lots of wilted hosta leaves in my flower bed. I had been gone all day and came home after dark and didn t notice they had done the clean up until the next morning when I looked out my window. Like magic, the yard was clean, not a dead leaf to be seen. They saved me HOURS of work and probably a hundred bags filled with leaves.

Solid company very nice job with lawn mowing trimming and maintenance. Respectful crew that is hardworking.

They are very competitive in price, dependable and do a very good job with cutting my grass and edging my sidewalks. I highly recommend them!

We have used Green Meadows for the past few years. They have been reliable and do a great job with our yard even during the muddy season. The crew has always been professional and always makes sure to close our fence gate when they are done so we dont have any mishaps with our dog... that is appreciated. The pricing is good and they have been nothing but pleasant to deal with.

The quality of the cuts got really bad. One time I sent pictures of how much of the lawn wasn t cut or trimmed to Spencer. After viewing the pictures Spencer questioned if they even cut the lawn at all. He said the crew would be back out either that day or the following day to do the job right. They never made it out. Which is actually understandable given how difficult it is to find labor in today s economy. However, they could have at least discounted the cut given they planned on coming back out but never did. I called to speak to them about it and spoke to Jim. He acknowledged it was a poor cut but offered no discount. Jim also got very frustrated with me on the phone and became unprofessional. He raised his voice at me and repeatedly cut me off during our conversation. I can forgive a few bad cuts but I had to call it quits after Jim s behavior on the phone.

I called Green Meadows earlier this week to set up them cut my lawn because my mower was broken. They couldnt tell me when they would come to cut the lawn but they had not preformed any services yet. My situation changed since then and I didnt need a lawn service anymore so I called to let them know. The owner had an attitude immediately and started yelling at me. He was very unprofessional and Im glad I found this out before I used his services. I cant believe how rude and unprofessional he was right of the bat. He tried talking over me and cutting me off he wouldnt even let me explain that it was not my intention to cancel but unfortunately I wouldnt be able to pay for them now that something else changed in my life. Im a single mom with 3 kids and my financial situation changed so I needed to cut costs not that its any of his business why I had to cancel anyway.

They park theyre lawnmowers in my driveway, and Ive been late to work SIX TIMES now. Ive asked them to move the mowers so I can leave and they ignored me.

These were taken today, they parked right in front of my driveway and took 5 minutes to even acknowledge that we were trying to get in our driveway. I have called the owner several times and he refuses to give me a call back. Update: Ive called the owner 3 times now and no answer. Im contemplating taking matters into my own hands considering they leave them running in my driveway.

Holding up fuel lanes with multiple trucks is unappreciated can t get fuel been waiting over 20 mins either ya buy a big tank to fuel your fleet or stop sending trucks every 5 mins for fuel make enough money to afford a big 100,000 gallon tank and keep it on your lot

Worst experience ever truly don t know how they have business!

Ive used Green Meadows Lawn and Ferritization care for the past 3 years and Ive been pleased with their service. My yard looks great thanks to their service.

I have been with Green Meadows since they opened many years ago. I dealt with Tom and he has never let me down. Great prompt service and goes above and beyond with their cleanup services after the lawn service. I have recommended my friends and they still have their services.

Pleasant and conscientious workers. Work performed professionally. Last year they worked their schedule around a wet lawn problem.

No fuss, guys come weekly on time and get my lawn done quickly and nice. Great price too.

I used this company for one season and it will be the last. Very unprofessional and rude. Called in early October of last year to tell them to stop cutting and I was talked to very rudely and told I can t stop them. I reminded him that I don t have a contract and will not be paying for any additional cuts or for fertilization. He was nasty and so I hung up. 1 hour later I get a phone call from Dan supposedly the owner and he apologized and said he will finish the season for free so I can consider returning to them next year and he gave me his wife s phone number to call if I have any problems. Well they billed me and I have called and left 3 to 4 messages for the supposed owner but he won t call back. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

The team is reliable, and cleans up the clippings well after cutting and edging.

I would avoid at all costs... these guys promised to update me on treatment days so I could water. They did not, and as a result, much of my lawn was destroyed. They eventually offered to fix it (only because I was withholding payment) and the soil they brought for the repair was loaded with gravel, so to this day my lawn still looks pretty miserable and the gravel flies every time I mow. It will now cost thousands to fix this which I don t have. Thanks guys!

Professional service, fast and efficient

Well I had them cut a tree and trim a tree! They cut down the wrong tree? Waiting for them to fix the problem and give a new tree. Its been over a month now! Still waiting

They did our front landscape and it turned out awesome! Unfortunately 8 trees were planted in the back and 6 have died. Other companies have told us they planted them to low since we are on clay.

Terrible. Unreliable,unprofessional never call back. Have had mulch on order for 3 months and still not delivered.

My car was damaged by their crew. My window was broken and they told me that they are not responsible for rocks that go out into on going traffic. They didnt care.

This company caused damage to my vehicle over 3 months ago! I contacted the day after it happened (that was when I first left the house) and made them aware of the incident. I spoke with a guy named Patrick that told me he would make sure to get my window fixed. Time went by and he had a few different excuses of why I hadn t heard from the company that was suppose to fix my window. After about a month and a half he stopped answering my calls and replying to my text messages. I called from a different number and he answered; this time I got another excuse and was told the car would be fixed. Now here we are over 3 months later and my vehicle is still not fixed and he is not responding anymore.

Not professional at all and not respectful and very rude and I don t recommend them at all dont even try to bring them such a bad company

They did a wonderful job on my shrubs and trees. I would surely recommend them. I have used others in the past but they didnt do as good as Green meadows

I have used green meadows lawnscape for the last 5+ years and have been completely satisfied year after year.

I have been with Green Meadows for 4 years. Green Meadows proposed a Great price and they perform great work and it was not an intro price, Price is still great even 4 years later. I see a lot of negative reviews dating early 2019. There was record rain in Spring 2019 due to rainfall. Everyones lawn was a mess, Green Meadows sent out a letter stating what there plan was for catch-up in May and they answered my phone call as well.

I have been working with them for three years now. They now and fertilize my lawn. Every since they took over it has looked remarkably better than when I did it myself. My wife and I could not be happier.

I have been trying to get my lawn cut for two weeks now. It is way overgrown and when I call, I am told the rain is the problem. It hasnt been a problem for my neighbors who have their lawns cut. I was assured yesterday it would be done today. It ws not.

Our grass has not been mowed for over 3 weeks. In some spots it is over 12 inches high. The whole complex looks horrible. When I called (3 times now) I was told the rain is the issue, that it has put them behind ... I say 3 weeks behind? That s not a way to run a company. Every other complex around ours looks pristine, and I believe the buildings less than 100 yards away from our got the same amount of rain.. yet our complex looks horrible- thanks to Green Meadows. Would never recommend them-ever. If I could give them zero stars I would.

We love this company and have had them for years. Our lawn has always been the talk of the neighborhood. The last three weeks however major delays. I will admit Jim does a great job apologizing and the teams always do great. But I m not wanting to spend my summer with tall grass. I m not sure if they need extra workers but I would be glad to share that with social media to keep our lawn looking great.

We used them last summer (2018), and overall things went well. This year though (2019) has been a total disaster. Now, fair is fair, so I will start with the positive. They charge $25 a week for weekly lawn cuts. Overall, that is a good price. Now, that bad stuff. The treatments they do for weed control are completely unreliable. Its funny, in our subdivision, you can see the houses that use a different service; half the lawns are covered in dandelions and crab grass, and the other half are nice lawns. The customer service is terrible. I get that weather happens and that can delay things, but when a company messes up, the right thing to do is make it up to the customers. They didnt show up their normal day(s) (they come cut my city Fri/Sat), so I called Sunday. They said they would be out Monday. No Show. Called Monday, said they would be out Tuesday. No show. They have been out here exactly one time in the last four weeks, but no one can give an ACTUAL answer on when anything will be fixed. I am actually switching services this week. I would not recommend this service, unless you like really bad customer service and high grass.

The lawn crew is great and do a nice job.

They cut the grass after a delay because of the rain but I never seen my lawn this bad. Hopefully I see an improvement soon.

Absolutely the worst!!! Have only cut our complex twice no edging the trimming is not done and the beds are full of weeds. Rain could b an issue for may but it is mid June!!!

So when it rains on the day of my scheduled cut they just skip you for the week. Not cool!!!! I bet the managment and owner have their lawns nice for the weekends.

Terrible experience, there is no formality, service was cancelled, they started cutting grass, it was mentioned that it had been canceled and three months later an invoice arrives for the service that was not taken care of, ask for your written contract if you hire.

Multiple calls without response

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THEIVES!! Overbilling, theft, attempted intimidation, harassment!! This guy and his outfit are the worst kind of business. They lie, they cheat, they steal. Multiple complaints for various reasons! Fired them three times and still kept trying to send a truck and then double billed for no services. Totally just making up visits and billing. Had to threaten to sue to get rid of this scourge! AVOID

Not sure what their service is like. However, I did just witness one of their trucks blow past a school bus stopped (red lights and stop sign) on Cherry Hill between Haggarty and Lilley with kids getting off it about 8 minutes prior to writing this. So I cant say that inclines me to ever use them.

I d give -5 stars if I could! I live in a townhome complex that has hired this company and they come at 8am Friday mornings which is my only day off and only day to sleep in. It doesn t matter if they came the day before or even two days before, they ll be cutting at 8am! At the beginning of the season they didn t cut for 4 weeks leaving us with grass 2 1/2 feet tall, but in July when all the grass is dead they come through and blow dust everywhere.

I had green meadows cutting my grass for 3 seasons before I realized they fertilized also. I fired lush lawn and hired green meadows. The service was excellent, grass was greener, with no weeds. They are also a full service company and I will be having them install my mulch and flowers this season. I would recommend to anyone.

Horrible customer service! I used them for 1 year and they did an OK job, but left frequent tire marks. They whip around like maniacs and get the job done fast, but not quality. I called them to cancel this year and they claimed rudely and repeatedly that they can only cancel with written authorization! Since when are you in a contract for life with a lawn company. Any other outdoor service Ive ever used was for one year only, never carries over to the next year. I never signed any contract to use them in the first place! Will never use this company again.

Green Meadows Landscape has fit the bill. I have great communication with office staff and the crews that I have met with on job sites have been terrific.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! I started using this company for lawn cutting & fertilizer mid summer last year. I recently called a couple days ago to cancel service with the company and spoke with Sharon (Ive spoke with Sharon 2 other times before this and both times she was rude, but I was able to overlook it). I told her I would like to cancel the lawn service (but I was still keeping the fertilizer service) at my moms house. She rudely asked me why (which Im ok with, its understandable to ask why your leaving a company). I told her I found another company. She raised her voice and rudely asked Why would you do that! I told her that this is the third time I have talked to her in less than a year that Ive had their service and she has been rude every time. She was yelling at me about calling her rude and telling me that they are very loyal to their customers. I asked her if I can speak with Jim (one of her very nice employees) and she said you will not talk to Jim! He is not the owner, I am . She continued to say that Jim is one of the rudest people she knows. Im not really sure why she was throwing her own employee under the bus, especially when he is actually very polite and easy to talk to, regarding the service. While still yelling at me she told me to go back to bed and that thats whats wrong with the world, people complain about the stupidest things. I honestly couldnt believe the owner of a company would talk to a customer this way. I told her she has the worst customer service and that she should take a class on that, with that being said, I will be cancelling my fertilizer service as well. I no longer want any of their services. We hung up, and I was very upset, of course. About 5 minutes later I received a call from Green Meadow, I thought it was going to be Jim, it wasnt, it was Sharon again. She wanted to know why I said she was being rude. I tried to answer question by saying there are 2 ways to say the same thing. Before I could continue she cut me off and started yelling at me again. I had it at that time and told her to shut her mouth so I can answer her question. I asked her if they have a phone recording system, she said yes, I told her she should listen to the audio, thatll answer all her questions. She lost her mind again and started yelling at me. I once again told her how rude she is to which she responded that I was harassing her. I reminded her that SHE called me. She continued to say she will be reporting this, that actually made me laugh and I said, are you going to call the police? She told me that I will be getting a call from her husband or son, who are also owners. I told her I will talk to anyone but her. Her final response to me was youre a piece of garbage and hung up the phone. I looked at my phone and couldnt believe this conversation just happened, she literally sounded crazy. I cant believe they let her talk to customers! My sister will also be canceling their service. As for Jim, he called me and apologized for her, he was very polite and respectful. I feel bad that he works for her and that he has to try to clean up her mess. BEWARE IF YOURE GOING TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Seems like this lawnscape company has many reports of horrible customer services, Ill just take a min to add to my experience with this company. Horrible customer service. Tried to sign up for lawn service at Green Medows, spoke to Jim and asked him a few questions. After possibly 2 questions about the services they provided he stated I dont think Id like to entertain your business, we are looking for long term customers. I was asking about contracts and how cancellation works...

Customer service was THE WORST! The bird feeders where I work fell off the windows in the winter, and due to lousy weather and timing, I hadnt had the chance to go around the building and get them . Yesterday the lawn service came. I had patients til 5, so then I went outside, and my feeders were gone. Appears that the lawn guys blew them out with their leaf blowers and then vacuumed them up. I tried to ask the workers about them, but they barely spoke English. I spoke to Jim today, asking him if they would kindly replace my feeders, and his response : it was my fault for leaving them outside. Also he acknowledged that his men didnt speak much English, saying that only immigrants will cut lawns these days. Dont hire them! They dont care about their customers!

My mom has been with Green Meadow for many years and every year I have to tell them to quit cutting the grass so short especially with this hot weather. Today I called and said, the grass is less then a inch long and its burning up. The women accused my mom of not watering...sprinklers are set to go off four times a week. I told her to not have them come next week because its that short and she said she is still charging my mom. I called several times for 2 days..finally someone answered and she was very rude, and not professional at all !!!! I will be looking for another company. I think Green Meadows has gotten to big and its lost its customer focus.

I signed up with this company to do lawn cutting only. What they did is beside lawn cutting they went and did fertilization as well without my consent. They sent me a bill for $100 for fertilization. I called them and confirmed to them that I only want lawn cutting, and still I payed the $100 because of the misunderstanding. Still a month later they did a 2nd application and sent me another bill for $100!! I was outraged, and called customer service, Jim, to see why they are doing this. Jim was rude and told me that I only cancelled the service after the 2nd application, which is quite untrue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

*Please keep track of your payments with this company. I was confidently told that it was unpaid twice in error.* In mid-August I was charged $120 for a service I had already paid for. Once I caught the error, I called the company and was given the run around by Jim, the guy who double charged me. He told me Id have to talk to Shannon, who would call me that day. Well she didnt, so I had to call Jim back and ask about it. He said she was leaving the office, but would make me a priority and call me Monday. Come Monday, she left me an angry voicemail as if she didnt believe that I was double charged! When I called her back, I got her voicemail as well. When we spoke on the phone several days later, she told me that couldnt have happened since she was the only one who took payments, but it was definitely Jim who took my payment. She then argued with me that she would need proof. She also made me give her a full explanation for why I was paying on my moms account. My mom passed away in December, so my sister and I have been the only ones paying for the past 7 months. We never got questioned about it before. She then started repeating that she needed proof, so I told her I could email her both receipts. Instead of letting me off the phone to email her, she kept repeating over and over again that she needed proof and reading off other credit card transactions that she had a record of. After a couple of minutes of this one way conversation, she then said, Oh, I see it now, so casually. No apology for how she treated me! She said she would refund me, but I still dont have my $120 back. This has been going on since August 16th. Im at a loss. Ive never experienced this from any company before. Im so mad at their disorganization and poor customer service, and Im mad that I dont have my $120 back yet. Update: I did get my money back eventually. I was told that I was acting entitled to money and some people do that after inheritance. Its my own money. I already paid for the service. Yes I feel entitled have to my own money back. It turned out that my sister also paid for the same month. I couldnt even bring myself to try to get her payment back as well. I was so upset by how Sharon had treated me. Now a year later, Im still mad about how this woman treated me. Not to mention that they still have double the payment for that single service.

Ive had Green Meadows for 3 seasons now, doing both fertilization and grass cutting. My lawn has improved every year , over the last 3 seasons. Lawn is getting thicker, weeds are now being controlled. The guys who cut the grass, do a great job, they are in and out, and very reliable. As for the people whom got auto renewed, and are complaining, They send multiple letters out to customers letting them know what services are being done each year, like every other lawn care company. I would highly recommend Green Meadows to anybody, and I have already referred 3 of my neighbors.

Totally unprofessional. Called them to schedule an application. Never turned up on the date they promised to come. So I called another company to take care of my lawn. Three weeks later they came to my lawn and did application. I told them to stay away but they just put the application and asked for money later. Very rude and unprofessional.

Green Meadows is a good, reliable company. I am very satisfied with the work they have done for me. Recently, I had my bushes trimmed by them. The workers were very efficient and did a thorough job, not wasting any time and producing excellent results. They were very polite as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

The regular employees are great, but management (Tom (owner), Jim, and Toms mother) are extremely horrible, confrontational, rude to the point where they are screaming at you, and unprofessional. They will charge your credit card however much they want to charge you. They even claimed there was a contract to us and that they had to over charge us when a contract was never mentioned and we never signed anything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

My lawn was in horrible shape. Green Meadows came out and gave me an estimate which I agreed to and then started their service right away. I am extremely happy!! My lawn looks so much better. They come out when they say there will and when I call with questions, Jim has always been kind, patient and very professional. I would definitely recommend them!! Great company!!!

Amazing company to work with and fair prices. I have them cut and fertilize my lawn and so do a couple of my neighbors. We are all very satisfied with their work. They do a great job every week on my lawn. Best company I have had so far.

Contacted them to possibly sign up with them with a seasonal contract. The guy who picked up had an arrogant attitude. These guys use latinos for their crew and you might find it challenging to communicate with them unless youre bilingual. I see other reviewers have had a similar negative experience.

It was hard for me to give them 1 star. The fertilizing service is terrible. They do not cover the entire lawn and the perform a really poor job. We needed to do it again shortly after they have done it and when you wanted to cancel we could not get a hold of them. They never check the general email and never get back to you after you request a cancellation...they keep on showing up and charging you. The worst company ever!

I do not recommended Green Meadows. Unprofessional staff. I called early Spring of 2015. I requested quotes for several items through out my yard including fertilization through out the year. My lawn fertilization was never applied after 3 weeks of initial request and all quotes requested were never followed through. I made Several calls, talking with Green Meadows staff apologizing and promising to make it right and explaining what a great Company they are but only received one lawn fertilizer application 4 weeks late, no quotes on other multiple items I requested. I canceled service shortly after. I received a bill in the mail showing I owed two fertilize applications one which dated a day We were home all day working around our home. I contacted the company speaking with a women whom stated she was owner/part owner of the company. She stated she would take a look at the GPS the company uses to track when they have been to a site and would call me right back, just as each staff member has told me they would, however AGAIN no call was returned by the suppose owner. I made many attempts contacting the initial people I spoke with at Green Meadows. I tried to make it right, asking for a corrected invoice. I was told each time it was corrected, however same invoice was sent and some with threading notes . I stopped calling, now they call my phone every day at the same time, 6 times in a row or more consistently requesting I pay them. They have been disrespectful to myself and my son over the phone. Even after trying to recently settle the $35 dollars that they said is the final bill they continue to send me an invoice stating they will send to collections if I do not pay. I do NOT recommended this unprofessional Company!

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars...Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Most intelligent people know not to cut the grass when its raining. They show up to my house at 7:30am on my day off, and start cutting the grass while it is raining outside. Because it was raining, their weed whacking caused dirt and mud to fly everywhere, especially covering my white car...and they somehow missed a bunch of weeds standing about a foot tall in numerous areas of the lawn. I requested them to bag it, since my grass was so long from not being cut recently. Sadly, they bagged a small portion and left the rest. A couple days later my grass was fried since it was cut so short and it was so hot out. I figured I would give them another shot. They came a week later at 7:30am, and even though my grass didnt grow since it was so burnt, they cut it anyway! No common sense. Lets just kill the grass all together... I also have two wooden picnic tables in my yard. I am a female, and in no way can I move them on my own. They moved both down a small hill in my yard, and didnt feel like putting them back. I was pretty aggravated, so I called to talk. I mentioned the dirt, and them moving the tables, burnt grass that could have waited another week to be cut (most companies will drive by and see if it needs a trim), and asked if they could come in the afternoon. The man apologized and said, of course!! A week later they came back and started cutting my lawn at 8am...(thats not the afternoon), still burnt to a crisp, and never moved back the tables. I had enough, so I decided to cancel their services. Of course I would still pay them. A week later, they came back at 3pm...I walked outside and told them to leave. Obviously their boss never communicated anything. After words, I have been calling the company to pay them for THREE weeks now. Got fed up and left a voicemail saying, I have been trying to reach you for three weeks to pay you via credit card. I keep receiving bills, but I cant get a hold of anyone to pay...Please return my call or I just wont pay you. Finally a lady calls me. Absolutely NO customer service skills. Claims that none of their costumers has ever complained, so I must be crazy. Tells me how dare I threaten not to pay, that she doesnt sit around waiting for her phone to ring, and that all her customers send her a check. I do not have a check book...I am not my mother... I have dealt with customer service for 6 years now. I am shocked that they are still in business. Please save your sanity and go with another company.

Everything started out great when we decided to use Green Meadows last year. This season though they have continued to mow our lawn in the rain even with repeated calls to please skip those weeks or at least mow later in the day. They have successfully destroyed most of our backyard at this point. Ive now been trying to reach anyone with the company to cancel services with no luck. No return calls and nobody ever answers the phone. Be careful if their prices look too good to be true, they most definitely are!

Had them come out and was not happy with the application coverage. Called and they sent a service tech back out. I pulled up in front of my home,as he was unloading equipment to redo the service. I watched as he half heartedly walked my property, missing about half of my lawn. Called to cancel the Service thereafter and was told they did the whole thing, but did not want to hear of what I had witnessed. They just made excuses and abruptly ended the call, with no apologies or anything. Very unprofessional customer service!

The worst company to deal with ever! Totally agree with all previous reviews. Damaged my lawn. They did not want to cancel my service. Charged me for more cuts that they actually did. Customer service representative yelled at me, instead of even trying to listen to me. None of the issues were ever resolved.

They say one thing and do another... Just plane out crooks, trust me. Listen to the reviews people dont use them.

Do not deal with this company, They will steal your money!!! They told us they cut the grass 5 times when reality they only came 2 times. I called the office several times and they dont even know how to follow up with there customers and i told there workers that dont even speak english do not cut my grass anymore. Terrible people! terrible customer service and ive reported them to the Better Buisness Bureau

The actual service isnt bad. For most of the year, we didnt have any issues. When I did have some of my property destroyed, though, they didnt take my claims seriously. When I called to complain, it seemed like I was being blamed instead of being apologized to. In the end I was told Id receive a call back, but that never happened. My issue was never resolved, even though I called and e-mailed proof of the damage. Lawn service = mostly good Customer service = confrontational and unprofessional
