UPDATE - LONG OVERDUE, My sincere apologies!! ... in a nutshell the owner met with me so that I could firsthand show him what I was referring to below. He was polite, professional, and clearly stated that he understood my frustrations and that he heard me loud and clear. Since that meeting 2 months ago, they have stepped up their game, familiarized themselves with the nuances of a property our size and really came through for end of season landscaping and fall clean up. I am very pleased to say that they really turned my opinion around and showed me that they do care and took actions necessary to rectify the situation. Thank you, Mike and your team, for restoring my faith in Trimline! *************************************************************** This is going to be brief; I will let the photos speak for themselves and don’t want to waste any more time with this operation. Our large complex contracted with Trimline to maintain our property. They have failed miserably. After countless discussions with our property manager who assured us that they will do a better job, they continue to disappoint week after week after week. From the start of the season right up to today … the lawn looks like crap. Given my experience with contractors and facilities management around the globe, I can only assume that this operation has done one of several things. 1. Bitten off more than they can chew, but rather than admit and attempt to correct, they continue to provide horrible service. 2. Are closing their operation at the end of this season, clearly, they do not care about the level of service they are providing. 3. The owner of the operation is on a six-month hiatus and has left the care and feeding of their business to someone who is not competent enough to deliver on a promise; again, these are my assumptions given the opportunities to correct the issues throughout the summer. Look at the pictures, no need for me to describe the quality level in which they work, you can see the "weeding", gouges, erratic cuts, destroyed lawn areas ... I could go on and on, but I will stop here and simply state “DO NOT CONTRACT WITH TRIMLINE, THEY ARE NOT IN IT TO WIN IT, WASTE OF MONEY.” I can only assume that the 5 star reviews are from friends and family.
Trimline came highly recommended by my neighbors in Brighton. TL promptly contacted and quoted me. I liked the choices I was given, the detailed explanations of services and the answers to my questions. I liked being given a “heads up” for arrival times and description of what to expect after the work was completed. What really impressed me is that the owners are “hands on” guys, as accessible to customers as their employees are.
My lawn is looking great once I started the Trimline services. They show up as promised and the price I find reasonable. For me it's not worth putting down all the lawn treatments myself. I've used them for a few years now and really couldn't be happier.
For the last two years we’ve used trimline our lawn has never ever looked as good as it does now we previously used to use a national company that doesn’t even compare to the quality of service and products that The trimline team gives us they actually have employees that care that know how to treat you with respect and your property with respect thank you trimline for being there
Trimline has done a great job with my lawn! They have been doing treatments for at least the last several years, and my lawn has never looked better! I have gotten several compliments on how my yard looks because of their service. I have a dog, and I don’t like them to spray or do treatments where he goes to the bathroom. They are great about maintaining a distance from my dog’s area. Further evidence of what a great job they do is that the only area of my lawn that is not thick and green is where my dog goes to the bathroom, as it’s the only area they don’t maintain (at my request). I’m going to be moving and am leaving their information for the buyers of my home so they know who to call to maintain the yard. I can’t recommend them enough!
Lawn Service Only I would not recommend. I’m not sure if it’s a case of to big for there bridge. I’ve complain multiple times this year about their lawn service still doesn’t change. They send a manager when you complain to clean up the mess or re-cut the lawn by themselves. There managers are really on point. I use them for a lot of services , which I do not have any complaints but the lawn service this year has been horrible and stressful. No lawn should be left like this. I legit become a Karen when it comes to there lawn services.
Weve tried a lot of lawn care companies over the years and Trimline has been the best! My lawn looks great and there are no weeds. Thank you!

The Trimline crew was fantastic and Im so excited to add them to our homeowner rolodex (not a real thing though). This was our first season using them for Spring Cleanup, edging and mulching and we are so happy with the work. On top of that they had to navigate some housepainters that were here at the same time and both crews worked around each other and communicated perfectly. Maybe they even became friend. Excited to use them again!

This company landscapes my place of work and multiple times now they have blown debri all over peoples cars and have been leaving scratches and dents. I have reached out to the office and they didnt care, then called Andrew the landscape manager and he could care less of what I had to say. When I went out to ask the guys to stop blowing stuff all over the cars they were nothing but rude and shrugged me off and continued doing what they were doing. Do not recommend a company that is disrespectful of others belongings.
I hired trimline this year to landscape my yard. They did a patio and landscaping in my front yard. I could not be happier. The landscape manager Andrew was amazing. Very knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to anyone.

I have had three other lawn services in the past. Trim line by far is the absolute best with the quality products they use on my lawn.
They graded and leveled out our extremely bumpy back yard and installed a new yard for us. It came out looking wonderful! Ive used them for annual maintenance as well as aeration and overseeding over the past years. Ive also called them with questions about my lawn and someone is always quick to respond, and if necessary, stop out and look at my area of concern. The office staff is very courteous as well. This is a well run company and they are local!!

Trimline has been doing the fertilizing and weed control for our lawn for about 3 years now and the lawn looks great!! We had them take care of our mulching this year also and they did a fastastic job. Customer service is also great!!
We use Trimline s lawn treatment program and have been very pleased with the results. They let us know when they will be applying a treatment and have been flexible with us when we ve had other services happening or needed to adjust how treatments were applied. They are easy to reach and always follow up if I leave a phone message or email them. We ve been so satisfied we re considering having them do some additional work for us next Spring.

I have used Trimline for years and they have saved my lawn. I live in Greece and have sandy soil and no large trees to shade it. During droughts i water daily. They are wonderful about coming to my house to assess my lawn if anything unusual appears or if there are ground insects. The response is quick and if im not home they call with their assessment and recommendations. With any phone call i have ever made , im always greeted in a professional manner and always listened to. Over the years i have had numerous lawn care companies but NEVER the service response i have had from them. I highly recommend them.
They do a good job with maintaining the landscape. Their plowing services are impeccable, though. They also come to salt the second it starts snowing and plow immediately when needed.
Sending mailers to people in apartment complexes. What a waste of paper, stop killing the environment and wasting my time.

I signed up for the weekly mow and paid a set price every month. There have been months where they only mowed once and it is the same price. Find a place that charges for each mow and not a weekly charge because they will skip your house for any reason and still charge you.
Terrible place, they machine messed up my car bumper during washing . I spoke to Delta sonic and their arguing with me that the blowers wouldn t of chipped my fender and I said the blowers didn t chip my fender my bumper chipped it when it hit the car and their disagrees with me even with shop Estimated. Terrible place...
In 2020, I used Trimline for mowing my lawn. They did a good job and I asked them to come back in 2021. They stated they would come in two weeks, which would have been this week (5/12/2021). They never came, or called us. So my husband called them today, and they said they had to cancel us for the season due to losing workers. I can understanding loosing workers, however why didnt they call us first. Why did we have to call them and find out they were not going to keep us as a customer.

I WILL share my experience--my AWFUL one! After 3 times telling all workers there that we need front-yard only treatment, I discover, the 4th time, that our dog is out there in his back yard doing what he does--frolicing and such! I call and get no concern or even acknowledgement of why Im so upset.

4/5 stars General Communication: The company does have the ability to communicate via email, which I appreciated. I found this particularly helpful as I work nights. I think, if I were to do it over again, I would ask them to record a video of what they see for the work to be done and email it to me since I couldnt easily make daytime meetings. Project communication: They seemed to be really clear about what the project was, and wrote down details for it in the quote. Only issue I really had was certain things not being taken out of a quote when it was modified, which just required me to follow up. Work: - There was some miscommunication between the day of workers and the project coordinators, which left a couple things undone. However, the owner came out after the fact to discuss and was excellent about meeting my needs during the follow up. I really appreciated the time and care he took in making sure I was happy with whatever direction we decided to take. I think its rare to find that in a company nowadays. - It came out to about $2k for removal of stump grinding, unwanted vegetation, sticks, leaves; trimming back ivy from house and chimney, and treating with herbacide; removing some pavers and our old shed; treating the ground bee nest (~$200). Overall, I would say that everyone is very friendly and relatively easy to work with.
These guys are truly amazing. Contract for plowing didnt start until the 15th, but snow storm hit on the 11th. Sure enough, there they were, clearing my driveway. Third year using them and literally ZERO complaints. Thanks.

Chose Trimline due to referrals by several friends and neighbors. We recently had the mosquito repellent treatment applied around our property and were very satisfied with the results. They stated that they cut the lawn EVERY WEEK in October and the beginning of November 2015. The grass is not even growing that fast, and maybe needed 1 or 2 mowings. NOT an honest company. Do not recommend.
We have had Trimline do our lawn maintenance for the past couple of years following my husbands failed back surgery. Neighbors over the past 46 years have always commented on how nice our yard looks; now they are stopping to say theyve noticed we are now using a lawn service and they want the name of that service for their own use.
