By far the best sprinkler company out there. They installed a brand new sprinkler system for us. Their staff is always a pleasure to talk to and they always have an answer to your questions. The technicians are polite and walk you through what they are doing. I can t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them .

Terrible experience. The tech was rude and arrogant. Ignored homehomers on arrival. Ignored homeowners requests and concerns. At one point, stated you dont need to know, and well, I want it this way. Sprinklers were not adjusted as requested. Found one valve leaking after he left.

Precision acquire the company that I used for years, Schick Irrigation. Schick was a great company. Precision needs a name change Incompetent Lawn Irrigation - ILI, has a nice ring to it. These clowns came out twice to turn on our sprinkler system. The first guy couldnt figure it out. I was to receive a call the following morning to schedule a time with the expert. Three days later, I called them back to reschedule. The second appointment, the same guy shows up, same result - he couldnt figure it out...again. Today, I received a bill for $80 for their expert service. And by the way, one of my employees and I turned on our sprinkler system for the season. Stay away from these clowns.

I use this business last year and was happy with their service. However this year we had a different technician, who tried to upsell. When the upsell was refused, after the previous technician stated there was nothing wrong with the existing system, after he repaired some sprinkler heads installing new ones, where needed and they also did the winter shut down. The company and owner refused service when the sprinkler was working not correctly, after the this technician did the summer start up. I was also accused of interaction with the technician, when I had NO interaction with him. Fact I as a good customer called to pay a previous bill of which amounted to over 300.00 was not invoiced in over 4 months. This is the service you receive, when upselling doesnt work. I would do no stars if possible.

Dan and his helper were Great! Very professional and answered all my questions. They went over all my systems issues with me and helped me create a list of all my zones. I would definitely recommend Precision Lawn. They will be opening and closing my system from here on out. I give them 5 stars!

Technician and Office arent on the same page. He said Ill be back to fix damage County road construction caused in 4 days. Office says he and they need to write a bid before work despite my approval as Association CEO. Two and a half weeks and nothing is happening. UPDATE: Service for broken head and watering adjustments are 10 days wait. Unacceptable

I sought over half dozen bids there was the Best. Terry the owner came out and help me make a decision to install 10 watering zones on over an acre and half. In one day they completed the job and came right out for a service call that I requested a few day s later. For the price I received quality and a great value. I enjoy in the morning sipping my coffee and watching the sprinklers go off. They water all my flower beds too so important when you go on vacation. Thanks to the entire staff for a job well done.

Precision installed my irrigation system in coordination with English Garden. They did an excellent job. The app that comes with their system helps saves a lot of money. They were prompt and professional with their seasonal maintenance of the system. they even went above and beyond for me and Im very grateful for it

They are so nice!!! I cannot believe how nice these people are. This isn t a business review, more like a quality of humans review. I broke down in their drive way and two nice guys tried helping me out as much as the could. Then a nice woman came to see if I need anything (water, bathroom, A/c). And another guy came to see if he could help me and also said his boss offered me a position lol. I would trust them with a child If I had one. I really appreciate you guys and will forever recommend!!!

Terry and his crew were the best. I got 3 quotes, and theirs was competitive with way more zones and heads than the other quotes for pretty much the same price. They worked their tails off and did a really nice job. Very happy.

I highly recommend Precision Lawn Irrigation. Over a year ago, we moved into a home with an in ground sprinkler system. We used a company the previous owner had recommended. We found their service less than adequate so asked a neighbor for a recommendation, which is how we found Precision Lawn Irrigation. From my initial phone call, inquiring about start up services to the actual service, we were impressed with Precision Lawn Irrigation. The office staff was organized and attentive. We received email confirmations of the service. They were able to work with my inflexible schedule to make sure the service window was during a time I was available. On the day of service, I received a phone call at the to of our window time to let me know the guys were running late and to find out if it was ok to still come. In addition, the service man, Chad, called when he was 15 min out. Chad and his partner well surpassed our expectations. They were attentive, informative, knowledge and patient. My husband and I actually followed them around to each station so we knew where each sprinkler was and how it should look when functioning properly. He welcomed our questions all while making sure our system was up and running properly. Chad made recommendations on what needed to be fixed without be pushy. They were neat and clean, both by wearing booties while in our house and by sweeping up all areas on sidewalk where they had made repairs to our system. After working for well over 2 hours, Chad took the extra time to show us all the functions on our control panel. The previous service company had just told me to read the booklet. Chad on the other hand, explained all the functions and then set the system for us. I never write reviews, however when service is outstanding, I believe companies and people need to be recognized for excellent service. I highly recommend this company! They will definitely be receiving our repeat business!

This is absolutely hands down the most capable and with it sprinkler operation I ve had the chance to work with. They are prompt, do really great work, and everyone at this company communicates well to make sure the system is working properly and is clearly labeled and zoned. From drip lines to mist heads to rotors and special sprinkler lines for flowers, they ve installed them all perfectly and adjust them properly. I think the value is there in using Precision. Call them first if you need help with your lawn and garden irrigation.

Did a good job

The team came to start the sprinkler system and identified some problems and said someone will come back to assess the situation and give you a quote on work needed. No body showed for 2 weeks so called when I was informed that they showed up and now will give you the quote. For 5 weeks no call and no answer. No one called back for quote. I called again and was told that it was I who said that I wanted a second opinion. Imagine that I wanted a second opinion without having an estimate or quote from the first opinion. It was the most bizarre argument and excuse I have ever heard. In the meanwhile it was my lawn that suffered in the heat. The grass and shrubbery died because of their neglect. It was the most incompetent service and utter disregard of the customers.

I have used several sprinkler companies bit none compare to Precision Lawn. Very professional, great workmanship, they are the best
