My grass has been beautiful for the last two years

If you want to have at least 9-10 calls a day for at least 30 days after getting just a quote, then this is the place. We asked to not be on the call list and they did it anyways. Then after that, we asked to be removed from the call list and they said they would have to wait 30 days.

Unfortunately my grass got treated by tru Green I did not order service for my grass to get treated because I treat it myself. almost all of my grass is dead.I do not know what was sprayed in my grass or on my childs toys Im very upset.I tried multiple times to come to a solution to fix this but employees just keep denying it is from there spray.Now I am forced to go another route and take legal ACTIONS

What an awful experience! TruGreen came out and accidentally treated my lawn with who know s what completely destroying our yard! My neighbors have an account with them and yet as big as my address is on my house they still treated the wrong yard. We reached out to resolve the matter and TruGreen sent a manager out while we were away from home. Didn t set a date, make a phone call or anything to actually address the issue. Left a note in the door stating the grass is suffering from a drought.

Happy with professional services!...dont like 30%+ increase in price!

Had a random guy pull over in his car on the road and get out and stop me on the side of my house while I was walking in from my driveway saying he d provide a free lawn service for me, while vaguely gesturing with his hand towards the side of my house where I wasn t able to edge just yet, for this summer and didn t even specify if he was true green or not just kept repeating how it was free. After, he drove off in his unmarked black 4 door (just saying it was not a true green van or truck) and I never saw him again. I was confused why but didn t ask and said okay. Suddenly I m getting bills in the mail from true green for repeated services of weeds and additionally bug and pest spraying and they re addressed to some random man name Ronald whoever that is, it s not anyone who lives here. True green employees are apparently running scams?¿ to try to obtain customers by offering free services to get an okay and then trying to charge them for reoccurring services after otherwise I have no idea why this happened. zero out of ten I will never recommend them (I even refused their services previously I won t pay for truegreen they re pointless) and I ll even go as far as to advise others to avoid using them. The customer service lady I spoke with was rude and condescending and kept trying to speak over me while I was talking to her and it was all to tell me she couldn t provide any info to me on who approved of this or if there was a contract that had been approved and signed off on, because there is none and she knows it. Horrible experience if I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. TruGreen destroyed my lawn by having someone aerate my lawn on an almost 90 degree day in July. Ive sent pictures to prove the issue and cannot get anyone from TrueGreen to respond or come to my home to solve the problem.

Not worth of money. Either Weeds and grub control treatment does not work or technician just come to put service documents on your door. Having problems due to their non working chemicals or techs this year. Not going to recommend at all. Keep your eyes on your cameras when they come to do treatments for your lawn.

We have been with Trugreen for several years and I am so delighted with the service itself, the beauty of my lawn and the customer service representatives. Today I spoke to Taffony to put my self on hold for a while but after speaking with her for a brief moment, she convinced me to keep my service with her pleasant nature and professionalism. Also, Lance and Lamar are some of the topnotch service men. They always have a warm and professionalism disposition. I highly recommend Trugreen in Michigan.

I get the lawn service, the tree service and the mosquito service, and they work. And if I have an issue Dana, the branch manager, takes care of it.

I am happy with all the lawn treatments I am signed up for but especially happy with the techs that do the treatments. They are always wonderful, personable, and very helpful. Today was Donte L and he was super!

Brad the route manager (door to door salesman) didnt use my driveway or sidewalk, he just walked through my yard. He rang the doorbell and it woke up my napping baby. There are no soliciting signs in our neighborhood but these people come around once a month. Stop coming to my house.

Peter is my favorite person that comes to my house. He explains everything fully to me more than anyone else. I would prefer him if so am able to, as Jeff was here today.

He always leaves a detailed description of what hes done as well as instructions on how long to stay off the lawn and when to water. We are very happy een with Kyle and TruGreen services. I just counted, three piles in the yard...it gets cleaned multiple times a week, especially prior to mowing... This is the third treatment. The first two the fertilized and the weeds grew like crazy, the guy said they didnt put weed treatment down yet because of the temp - yet the temp that day and surround that day were the same as when they put down the other treatments. Needless to say i had the worst looking lawn on the block because my weeds were fertilized and a foot long.

I dont think they are actually applying chemicals. Three treatments in and my lawn looks NO different that last year when I didnt have any services.

Who on earth is still using Trugreen? They re literally spraying carcinogenic chemicals all over your lawn for you to breathe and track into your home not to mention what it does to insects, birds, your pets.

Wanted crab grass spray and pesticides only. Called for service, and was told could only get the crab grass spray by purchasing their partial lawn service, which contained both fertilization and a crab grass/weed spray. Ok fine, I purchased. What isnt clear, was that these were going to be two separate visits. No where in app or on phone did anyone mention this. So, when technician didnt perform crab grass/weed, and only did fertilization, I called to see whats going on. Cause again, app didnt say anything about still needing to do crab grass/weed. Thats where things went really south. They use a call center presumably located overseas. The call center took what I was saying to mean the guy should come right back out and do the weed/crab grass. Which I assumed shouldve been done so thats what I was asking about. Apparently they usually wait til a month later to do that (April). The call center scheduled the tech to come back out a 2nd time (March). Learned later all they have on the truck in March is fertilizer, which he already just did, and mightve killed my grass if I didnt catch it. I realized their mistake sending the guy out again when I finally spoke to someone at the local location. No idea how I got thru there. Maybe I said I was signing up for new service? Idk cant remember. Wasnt my first time trying to get local office tho. They realized the call centers mistake and fixed the whole thing, or so I thought. About a month later (April) when they should now at this point put down crab grass prevention, the guy showed up, and then left without doing anything. No explanation on his report as to what he checked and why he didnt do anything. I assumed he tested soil temp and it wasnt ready for crab grass prevention. So I waited and waited for him to come back. 3 weeks later, I called them again, and got call center again. They could tell me why he didnt do anything and explicitly stated he shouldve sprayed weed and feed with crab grass prevention when he was there mid April. The miscommunication between their overseas division and their local office caused me such a headache. For my full refund I had to call the. 6 times yesterday before I could get a manager, cause each time I asked for a manager the technician hung up on me. Good luck with their service

TruGreen has my lawn looking beautiful like a green carpet. They know when to come and what to do at the right time. One less worry for me.

We recently bought a property and enquired about service a few days ago. During my initial call, I specifically requested an email of the quote and SPECIFICALLY mentioned I have to discuss it with my family and get back to them. The initial representative I spoke with SPECIFICALLY asked me tat if I decide to go ahead, to make sure to use that link on the email so he would receive credit. Mind you, in the email, the quote expires next month. The following day, I receive another call from another representative claiming they can get us an even better deal. I again SPECIFICALLY mention that we havent decided yet and to email me so I would have the numbers to show my family. After that, I receive numerous phone calls the next day which was frustrating. It hadnt been a day since I spoke to the previous representative and I picked up the phone to another female representative. I requested the constant calls to stop and she stated that I am denying the quotes and that they are calling for me to confirm. Then I requested the calls to stop and that I would call back as soon as I made a decision. Now what brings me to this terrible review is my call today. I called today asking about the price differences if I removed/added a service. Initially the representative was very professional. The price was much higher than my original quote (WHICH AGAIN< IN THE EMAIL, it says that it doesnt expire until June 8). The representative asks about my previous offer than voluntary says they will speak to a manager to see what they can do. When he gets back on the phone, I receive a new quote. I request that it be emailed to me so I can look it over to which things take a turn. He refuses claiming that they have already emailed me 2 quotes. To which I state I have to decide with my family, and again he claims, no, this will have to be done now. To which, I request if I can call back today, and again, he refuses claiming he will give me 15-20 minutes right now to decide with my family and claims that I had already accepted an offer before (WHICH I NEVER HAVE). I was trying to explain that I never have accepted an offer and he refused to budge to which I decided to look for another service provider. NOW AGAIN, I had never accepted an offer. I specifically explained my situation and had even explained that I have 0 experience with lawn service to the Initial representative. AGAIN, the INITIAL representative specifically requested that IF WE MAKE A DECISION, to use that specific link and to not call back to confirm since he wanted credit. There was no confirmation and the way I was treated today was unprofessional and disrespectful. We recently bought the house, we are still trying to figure out all the new maintenance, and to be treated like that is ridiculous.

TruGreen was the worst lawn care company I have experienced. I was repeatedly charged for services that went unprovided and when I called for a resolution, their only response was to offer sending someone out for a recovery service. After watching my home security cameras, I was able to see the dispatched individuals come out for their recovery service and spray a single tree on my property and leave. I had called advising that I had proof of their negligence, seeing as I had paid for pest and lawn care on my entire property (front and back), not just a single area. I was again offered a free recovery service, only to see the individual come out and place a receipt of services rendered on my door and have my credit card charged. Every time I called to cancel, I was advised that they could not cancel due to the contract I agreed to. After reporting this to my credit card company and blocking them from being able to continue to charge me and 6 months of repeatedly calling the TruGreen customer service line, I was finally able to cancel and request a refund for what I had already been charged (which still has not been processed). TruGreen will happily take your money with promises of a better lawn and then fail to render the services that you ve paid for. Please beware!

He is also super friendly and very patient when working with me to answer my questions and providing me advice on how to maintain the lawn between his visits. The tree service is satisfactory, but Im worried about the health of the workers. They should have proper gear, like face masks, especially when using chemicals. I couldnt see them wearing any protective equipment while spraying chemicals on the trees. Please ensure their safety.

Always prompt and courteous. Love the phone call a day or two ahead of scheduled visit because I have a dog and want to make sure he is safe during the lawn treatment. Billing service is pretty nice too. Just go on-line and take care of the bill whenever I am ready.

I was looking for a quote. Now they don t leave me alone. 3 texts already today. Talking to them is like talking to a bunch of used car sales people. This may not be fair to this business as this was thru the TruGreen website. I didn t finish the application because I didn t want you contacting me over and over. I wanted a basic price.

Awful company. Reps are negative,pressure sales, they dont call before they come out. They dont leave any signs on the lawn. They charge my card for a service I didnt ask for. They came out and sprayed mosquito chemicals on my lawn and I never ordered it. The guy never knocked on my door. They never called me and then they charged me for a service that I never asked for. Last year. They never aerated my lawn when they were supposed to. Its a horrible company. Theyve gone downhill in the last 4 years. Very unprofessional

Waste of money First, they provide very basic services you can do it by yourself. Most importantly, they keep coming to collect payments even after I called them 3 times to stop the service. DON T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Im not sure if the amount of treatment applied to the lawn is equal to what is being charged. Yellow spots are in my lawn from unevenly applied treatment.

They have ups and downs on lawn care, but Id never recommend working for them.

The company will spray fertilizer during a rainy day which leads to runoff. They will also overspray in the neighboring yard that has a dog. Now the neighbor has to walk their dog in the rain. I do not recommend this company

I had to come here and read reviews before I called this company a scam. I was right! They are using technology to pretend that they are servicing you. I got a alert the service was complete before he even stepped out the vechicle. If you dont have a ring doorbell get one by the way. I called these people twice last month about not receiving service when they claimed they serviced me. They promised to send someone twice never did. I chalked it up and said let me see what they do next month. Im literally sitting watching the guy spray 1/3 of my grass in the front never going to the back mind you with the preprinted report in his hand the whole time and left it on the door handle saying he knocked on the door to talk to me about the service he didnt he just put the note on the door and walked off. This company lacks intergrity. I prepaid (which I will never do again) but once Im done with them I will never use them again. People work to hard for their money to have companies like this stealing. Do Not Use Them.

I struggled to get my first of six lawn treatments in April. The first two times they never showed up. After calling 6 different times, I got a person to come out and complete the first treatment. On the second treatment, they sent me a notification the tech had arrived. I waited out front for 30 minutes and he never showed up. I then received a notification and invoice that he completed the service. I am now going through a second round of calls to rectify. Please dont use this service. You will pay for a huge headache. 5/20/23: I have received feedback from their corporate customer service that their map system was sending their field team to the wrong house. They say it is now corrected. I have raised my review from 1 to 3 stars. My next application is mid June. I will update this review based on my next experience. Update 7/18/2: I have received my next application in June. They July was cancelled due to weather (although it was not raining). I am scheduled to get the July application today. I have raised to 4 stars based on their communication of whats happening through text and their app. If they fail today, I may have to take down to 3 stars again.

Service was done on time and so quietly and quickly that my dog did not even alert!

He did not have a rider, but he walked the whole grounds back and forth , side to side to make sure he completed his job, best I had so far. Very pleased. Fertilizer got my money worth.

Robert, my service man does an excellent job

I hired TruGreen at the beginning of the season and at times they would meet my expectations, however, I believe they have some dishonest and/or lazy employees. They keep scheduling the same individual to come to my house for my lawn treatments but he never shows up. He claims to have completed the treatments as I receive an invoice for the work he claims he has performed. The problem is I work from home and know for a fact he doesnt actually show up. I spoke with customer service pertaining to this issue and they claim they have removed this technician from my rotation. Hopefully things improve. If they do, I will up my rating from 2 stars. Unfortunately, if you hire TruGreen, you will need to confirm they actually show up to the appointments. If you are not home during the appointment date, you will need security cameras to confirm they actually perform the work. Update: The technician customer service claimed they had removed from servicing my property was assigned yet again and yet again he did not perform the service. I was told a different individual would be here today to perform the service, however, he was not sent. When I speak to customer service, they play the same old broken record. They will send someone else in a few days. Unless you want to spend your summers babysitting TruGreen, hire someone else. Update: A TruGreen technician finally came out to my house to perform a service. This was after other technicians showed they came out 3 times when they did not. I have found another service provider (family owned) and will be moving forward with them. I dont have the time to make sure TruGreen provides the services they claim to provide.

Should be shaking in your boots after that Michigan judge just awarded $88,000 to a woman who s lawn was sprayed by a lawn care service when they should have been spraying her neighbors lawn. Sounds like the time last year when your guys sprayed my lawn on accident and after the employees just ignored my questions and wandered over to the neighbors I called and couldn t even get someone to tell me what you sprayed all over my lawn AND my dogs toys. My lawn is over twice the size of hers . Best get your boys some GPS.

Saw that we were having a meeting on our deck this morning and asked if wed like him to come back later. How very nice of him to inconvenience himself to make two trips. TYVM again.

We have mostly had a good experience however after our 5th of 6 services, the sales guy called me today to tell me the techs reported finding lawn eating bugs in my yard and wanted to sell me their treatment plan for this. In previous visits none of the techs have ever mentioned or written on our report that they have seen this bugs so I was confused where this came from. I checked back and the latest report had no mention of bugs. When I questioned the sales guy he said they must of forgot to write it. The whole interaction felt shady and I will not be using them again. Feels like they were trying to sell me something I didnt need and take advantage.

This is only the 2nd visit. Our provider is professional and polite.

I prepaid (4) applications for the whole year and requested to spread (4) applications to cover spring, summer and fall applications. I was waiting for fall application until almost the end of Oct. Then I called and found out that TruGreen put all (3) application in the spring and (1) application in the summer, which was TruGreens mistake. The representative I talked to told me that she could schedule a fall application without a charge. I even confirmed with her on the phone to ensure there will be no charge. Then I received an invoice for the fall application. When I called to dispute the charge twice, the representative said there was no record about no charge for the fall application, which is a lie. Watch out if you prepaid the services.

Except for this season TruGreen has been great. I have used TruGreen for many years.

I will be canceling my service with tru green because everybtime they come out spray my yard I end up purple weeds in my grass and they empolyess dont follow directions and therer costumes service is rude

Decent results but boy are they pushy. Expect to get many cold calls and unexpected, ongoing service that you get billed for afterwards.

Spoke with 2 separate sales reps who stated they would email me quotes. Received nothing. Must not want new business

TrueGreen arrived at my house at 12:55pm and was done at 12:59pm. Steven Tinker fertilized my lawn, he walked in a circle around my house and was done. No side yard done no back yard done. I met him at my front door when he was turning in the paper work. I went outside to question his work and he says he did everything. I literally watched what he did. I also watched him do the exact same thing to my neighbor next door. I am in disbelief. I have cameras around my house and just played it back so he literally walked a circle around my house and was done. DON T USE TRUEGREEN!!! What a scam. I need a company I can trust. This is dishonest and this is not what Im used to for service. Im so disappointed about everything that just happened. My property is quite large so for him to arrive and be done with my yard in 4 minutes is impossible. He would have to be running to get it done, even myself being a runner would not be able to get quality fertilization for my yard done in 4 minutes. I called to cancel my plan and get a refund for my service. The lady who took my money said she couldn t refund me and to call the 800 number I called the 800 number and Bruce had no idea how to issue a refund. I called again and spoke to Serenity and she claims she processed the refund I shouldn t have to call twice. I am on the association board of my subdivision and I will be notifying my subdivision of what happened.

They were suppose to call me back because I wanted to add a new product to my service order. I was already giving them a second chance after they had messed me up the prior year only because they made it right for me. I called them back and was told they would expedite my request for the call back. It is now three days later and still no call. I am going to check out other companies. I havent paid True Green any money. This was suppose to take place with the add on of the additional product. Highly disappointed with how they are taking care of business.

Would give zero stars if i could. I am not a customer of true green- true green has gotten the address mixed up and has now twice provided service to my home that i did not ask for. After calling today i found out they sprayed chemicals that are entirely toxic to my dog! I was then told to keep my dog off of my lawn for three days, but luckily for me this was a COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE. Again, did not ask for this service. Would not ask for this service if i knew this was deathly toxic for my dog. Not only did I have a terrible experience, I cant even imagine how frustrated one of my neighbors must be who actually was wanting this work done. Would absolutely not recommend this TrueGreen location to anyone.

Tried it for over a year to give it time, they asked for feedback and I let them know it wasnt meeting expectations and I wanted to cancel. Their response was to send someone out and bill me extra to try to fix it without advanced notice. Called to cancel and they wouldnt work with me on the service I didnt ask for. Cancelled service... Then driver showed up this season, and luckily we caught him and reminded him we had cancelled. Two weeks later they show up again when Im not home to stop them and now I have a charge I didnt authorize. I even emailed them and said I shouldnt be set up for auto service... Dont give them your info - They tell you they have been cancelled, then keep automatically showing up and billing you. Worst is... Cameras show he walked to one end of my lawn and back, not much of a service for a $50+ unwanted bill.

The grass had Dadillions which started dying the day after the application was applied to the lawn.

I signed up for service on 5/31/22 and NEVER received service. I tried chatting through the app and the chat was ended when I asked my question. I call numerous times a week and got the run around and told they d be out by a specific date and they never showed up. I then called to cancel a couple days ago and they discounted my account and then promised that they d be put on 6/17/22 to service my yard. They never showed. On 6/18/22 I called to officially cancel my account and I got the same run around as 6/16/22 and then when I refused and requested the cancellation 3 times the representative got quiet then said there it s cancelled and hung up on me. Worse experience ever.

Worst customer service ever! I tried cancelling my account a month ago 5/2022, called and said it was cancelled. Then today, 6/20/2022 I sit on hold for over 45 minutes trying to cancel my account yet again because apparently calling the first time is not enough. The person a month ago was rude! The Sales person I spoke with on the front end was not helpful and said I have to call CS. I asked to talk to a manager and she said she works from home and doesnt have access to a manager. Ive been using another company for my weed control/lawn maintenance and I have no idea how I got signed up for Trugreen. When I asked, they couldnt tell me how our account was established. AWFUL!

They are don t have a good service they are a liar when I called to deal with them they told me we are charge you $48 for each time we came and they told me if any weed grass just call us we came for free we not charge you for it when I complain about the weed grass they are coming on Plaza they charge me when I told them they said no we have to charge you this is a big scam they are big liars

Absolute garbage service. They skipped my entire back yard every time they came to preform a service claiming the gate was locked . There is no lock on my fence. When I tried to rebook they claimed they did spray the yard even though I have a full 360 camera view of my property. I have the tapes, stop lying about your service. I WOULD NEVER suggest this company to anyone. Absolute waste of money.

The absolute worst customer service we have dealt with. We square the balance up in full for year, only to be charged every time they come back out. When you call to speak to a representative, you get a person who can barely speak English. They do not notate the account when they do get it right, so the next time you call, they have no knowledge of what was talked about the time before. When asked to speak to a supervisor, they say one is not available. Unless it changes, they have lost a customer.

I called for MOSQUITO spraying and they hungup on me and called me like 8 times and continued to blow up my phone. Once, I answered again the representative then proceeded to hangup on me.

I have two residential accounts with TruGreen. Time to cancel both. Services are scheduled. I then get a text, on day of service, that service couldnt be completed, Link to reschedule isnt working. I call the local number and transferred to overseas operators. have had TruGreen since 1986. Time to cancel.

True Green is doing a great job but their crabgrass chemical is not working in my yard. After three repeated applications, the crabgrass has not died yet ..

Every single service visit was a battle. Tech skipped the back as well as the side of my yard every instance I was not home to monitor them. When I called customer service to address the issue, a reservice was scheduled. The notes of the reservice stated the tech already completed the work and would not be coming back for a reservice. I have cameras all over my exterior and clearly saw the missed areas. BUYER BEWARE: This company provides subpar quality and the technicians are dishonest and negligent. Take your money elsewhere.

Been waiting over an hour for this company to call back after they fertilized my lawn...Im NOT a customer! They just did the wrong lawn and left their product all over my driveway, sidewalk, decking, and road. Will probably destroy my lawn since I just fertilized my lawn the day before. Just called the local trugreen, and the man who answered couldnt transfer me quick enough. Back on hold. Rediculous

Showed up barely treated the front of the house and then left. Not satisfied with the service, I canceled.

My lawn was taken over by weed and crabgrass and became very unsightly in a neighborhood where all my neighbors have beautiful lawns.Began my subscription in the Fall, by the time Spring came around my lawn was beyond satisfactory, greener, thicker, and almost no invasive plants. Ive even had at least four neighbors compliment it and one who even joined TrueGreen based on the results they saw from mine (we shared similar lawn issues), and another who is now considering TruGreen to achieve the same results.I am very pleased by the communication and the available app as well, the constant updates and treatments being communicated digitally is a plus in my book. Note: I dethatched before TrueGreen aerate and overseed.

Tru Green did a good job as far as weed control and fertilizing the lawn. However, sometimes get their wires crossed with communication between representatives and technicians. Dont come on agreed dates and fees dont agree with prices quoted to customer.

Im a new customer and Robert W did our 2nd service for weeds especially crab grass. He did a great job taking the time to explain the temperature of the soil if grass is cut too short inevitably creating the perfect environment for crab grass and other weeds to flourish. Very knowledgeable and professional.

They customer service group is very responsive but my weeds are out of control.

This was a huge waste of money - Ive used smaller companies which did a better job - being I work from home I saw how these folks work and let me tell you, they do the bare minimum - they say character is how you act when no one is watching, well this shows me what this company is about. The customer service is atrocious, they have no clue when things are supposed to happen and they give conflicting information around how the treatments work and what is ok or normal. Their website also shows no information around your account so you have to call and talk with someone which is a pain. Seeing how Im still going out and spot treating my lawn for weeds theyre supposed to be treating, I would say either take your business elsewhere or just do it yourself and save your money. The only positive i would give this company is that they will come out and re-treat your lawn if you still see weeds, but it doesnt seem to do much being I still have to go out and take care of it myself. o\Other than not seeing any dandelions, my yard doesnt look any better after using them and the crabgrass and spurge issues are are still there. thanks for nothing.

They constantly leave stuff on my door knob, this time they left dirty scraps of paper towel hanging on the knob. Right in the middle of a national pandemic. Way to go, guys. Absolutely ridiculous.

A 1 star rating is to high. They couldn t kill weeds last year and the first application they applied this year contained nothing to kill or prevent weeds. My lawn is embarrassing to look at. They said they could send someone out to respray but like I stated above they couldn t kill any weeds before why would it be any different. I should have canceled last year.

overcharged for the lot size. Charged for entire treatment and only spot shot at 47.00. Complete rip-off. Dont get scammed. Called and she made it seem like that was the way its done. 47.00 for barely an oz of herbicide not acceptable. Canceled service the other day, waiting for refund for services not rendered!

I purchased an annual package. I have tried multiple times to reach a local service professional that works on my lawn to provide feedback. Im routed to a national call center. I will change to a local service next year.

Got a lawn problem, creatures tearing up my lawn. Call my lawn care provider. Gentleman came out left a note. Obviously he never looked at back lawn as his comments were on. the area of no concern. Robert came out today 8/30/20, rang door bell and proceded to tell me Im watering to much. I asked if he seen back lawn? Answer no, so invited him back. He wanted a shovel, gave him shovel. Had to ask him to stop digging up my lawn???? He did not have a clue as to what the problem is. Hell tell a manager. Total incompetence, I have never seen such!

This service is nothing less than a scam. Last year was the first time I used the service and I had the most weeds on my lawn. They auto enrolled me for this year and sent me a bill for 4 applications. I never saw their guys on my lawn and never left a message stating application was performed we were all home because of lock down so it cant be true we did not see the guys in summer and our ring camaras 3 of them did not capture the service men. Stay away from them they are nothing but trouble
