Premier Lawns in Rochester Hills

Earlier this year, I decided that the lawn maintenance for my house was going to be too much of a time commitment for me due to a new work schedule. With the HOA breathing down my neck, I sent out probably ten requests for quotes and information. Finally, after only negative experiences with other companies, I contacted Andrew with Premier Lawns. To my surprise, I was pleasantly greeted by an enthusiastic gentleman who promptly sent his team over the next day and gave me a quote. His price was beyond fair and the lawn is always kept up in great shape and always cleaned up. It was so flawless that I actually forgot about the lawn itself. It was so on time that I never noticed grass ever getting too lawn or it burning. I would gladly recommend this company to everyone in the area.

Incredibly unreliable. Two years of service and I continue to have to contact to remind them to cut my grass. The only reason I gave two stars is that the times that they did cut last year they did a great job. This year....complete missed patches (probably because it was 2+ weeks in between cuts by the time they came) and they ran over part of my garden and destroyed pumpkins. In addition, due to the incredible inconsistency at times there was a frisbee or other small toy left (in the foot tall grass) out and rather then pick it up they ran right over it and broke whatever it was. Again was promised to be "the first stop of the day today" due to lack of service yet again and it is now 11:13 with no one showing up and a bounce house being delivered in a mere 15 minutes for a party. Disgusted.

Avoid this company!! They did a horrible job (once they finally showed up). I was home the day they cut the grass and was never consulted to determine the property lines or how I wanted it cut. After they cut the lawn and I saw how bad it looked, I asked for a refund - we paid in full upfront, big mistake! I am still waiting for my money back. Original conversation with Andrew was July 7. Spoke to him again on July 17 and he claims he was working on it, and that giving a refund is not a quick process, it's July 27, it definitely should not take this long. We ended up hiring another company (Baker Lawncare) to fix it. They would not even cut it the next week since it was scalped so severely. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Premier Lawns.

Premier lawns did a great job on a residential landscaping project, they were quick, diligent, cost effective and provided me with great advice regarding my landscaping . I also used them for a commercial landscaping job they really delivered when no one else could. They have the resources to get jobs done no matter how big or small. I really appreciate them and highly recommend them!

Disappointed. Got a winter service this year since my husband is deployed and my health is not the best. It hardly snow this year. Now we just had a snow storm in Wednesday and Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon my driveway is still not plowed. I called and asked if they would come or I would do it myself. Andrew apologized and said they would the evening of Thu which I was home since kids had snow day. Woke up at 5am Friday to get ready for work, my driveway still not plowed. End of driveway has a 2 feet snow pile that is hard like a rock that I couldn't even break it with the shovel now Friday morning. I could have done this all by myself if I knew they would not come. Thank goodness I have a Jeep to run over the snow pile. Thank you for your great service.

Working with Premier Lawn is a great experiment for me.They are reliable, doing a great job, and very fair in price, customer service. They are a finger tip away when you need them or have a question about billing or any other service. I am so happy that I have them in my back yard for the past two years. No worry at all for me, in town or out of town lawn are in great shape.

The owner has very polite when he came by to discuss what was covered in the services I wanted and the price SEEMED fair. Unfortunately, I was not home on the day they came by and half of what was discussed was basically not done, or not done to what we had talked about. Also, I would consider that a spring clean up included edging and a mow, but neither of those things were done. In the end, I ended up paying too much for too little.

Was very disappointed that the very nice young man that gave us an estimate for a spring clean up did not fulfill the job. About a third of the job was finished (removal of a bush in backyard and cleaned flower bed in backyard) front and side beds and yard was not touched. When confronted about finishing the job, Premier, decided not to do it...I suggested an adjustment on our bill ( which we already received) and was told that he had to make money!!!!!! and could not adjust the bill.......Will never recommend Premier - I do not think that is very good business sense - The work that was done was substandard and the help seemed to be more interested in their cell phones than doing the job!!!!!
