Pro-Scape Landscaping in Rochester Hills

Highly recommend. Dan and his team have helped us keep our landscaping looking its best. We'll keep calling him back for future work.

I wish I could give Pro-Scape ZERO STARS. Absolutely TERRIBLE. My mom had a knee replacement in early December and on top of it, was widowed shortly after. The first time we got snow this winter, they didn’t even show up. After struggling to get in contact with a single person at the company, they finally showed up, days later, and didn’t even complete the job - they left the entire walkway unshoveled. This time, it’s now nearly 9:00pm, 24 hours after a big snow, and their trucks are finally rolling into our subdivision. What is the point of paying a service when you end up having a neighbor help you so you can safely leave your home? They get your money for the season, and then they do not seem to care. Unreliable and no follow through for their clients. What a scam.

Last summer I had two different people from Pro-Scape come out for two different quotes (landscaping and paver work). One (paver) went ok although I will have another company redo the same job next summer as what they said would work, did not. The second quote (landscaping) never arrived and after calling over three times asking for the quote, I decided to go with someone else. Pro-scape never called me back and I never got a quote. I would not recommend.

Been working with Dan to develop a quote "in the spring" only to have his office person tell us (after we had to call) they had no room. They are a far cry from the professionalism of the previous owners that is for certain.

With COVID halting many projects, we ultimately got on the schedule. The team came out and installed sod where we needed it. There is a little tucking to do, but I am satisfied with their work and effort. I would call on them again.

We called Proscape to come out and estimate our new construction project. Unfortunately after setting 3 appointments due to there scheduling. They would set appointment and then call and change the time and date right before the appointment. We gave up and hired another contractor.

My neighbor is a customer and they came out to clean her yard and left about 8 yards of leaves to be picked up. No one ever came to pick them up and I watched them blow right into all the nooks and crannies that I cleaned the previous day. Called and owner admitted that my neighbor getting a free service due to a crew screwups. The truck to vaccum never came because it didn't know. I understand that mistakes happen but when I asked for him to come clean up his mistake, he refused and said it was my problem! Pathetic!

If you don't want my work, at least be polite enough to answer an inquiry. I've never owned a business, but I would know enough to reply, even to say "sorry, but we're backed up right now. Please consider us in the future". How effin' rude!
