Dustin is great, boyfriend is happy with the lawn finally. Called 2 days ago with concerns, he came out today and fixed it all.
I hired Massey’s to completely overhaul my irrigation system due to it being 20 years old and leaks keep occurring within the aged system. It’s been over 7 months and all they did was came out and replaced some (not all sprinklers). They just threw my new irrigation timer box in the garage and didn’t install it. They keep sending me a final bill, but has refused to do what they were hired to do. I’ve reached out to corporate several times with NO action or movement on my installation. Either they’re not a real company or are just POORLY managed. Look elsewhere if you’re looking for services that they advertise for. I’d give them a half-star rating, but that would even be too high.
I want to thank John for his excellent customer service and knowledge in lawn and shrub treatment. He's always calls the day before to see if I need anything special. My grass and plants have never looked better!!! Thanks John and his supervisor Mike!!
Unfortunately I gave this company to many chances. I've used them for over a year and my yard is still not up to standards. I've had managers come repeatedly to address it, and I even had the regional manager come from Orlando and make promises that were not kept. I have parts of my lawn that isn't growing, weeds are out of control, and had to make several calls about insects in the lawn. I reached my point when I was charged for two services at the same time that I was not expecting. (Communication before the fact please) In addition to wanting to have a technician to come a week later to put some nitrogen down (in hopes that it will grow) and charge for that as a monthly service. So I was getting charged 3 times in a two week period. I asked repeatedly if they were taking a soil sample, but instead they were just putting product down and crossing their fingers, and sending the bill. Money and time wasted, would not recommend their Lawn Services
We contracted with Massey Services in Riverview, FL for lawn care services On March 31, 2022 we paid $669.75 for the annual service. But on May 1, 2022 our home was destroyed by fire because of a lightning strike. A few days later we contacted Massey Services to cancel the service and requested a refund for unused services. On May 13, we were at the property and a Massey Services truck arrived for an application. We explained that the services were cancelled and the driver left without making an application. On May 19 we contacted the Riverview office directly and advised that we had called to cancel service earlier in the month and yet someone showed up to make an application. We spoke with the office Manager, Angie, who advised they did not receive that request and she would cancel the service in her system and process the refund request which would be credited back to the credit card and "take 4-6 weeks." On Jul 5, not having received the refund, we contacted the Riverview office again and spoke with the general manager, Michael. He advised that Angie was fired due to poor job performance and that our refund request was likely not processed due to her inaction. Michael advised us that he would submit the refund request anew and that we should expect it "in 2-3 weeks." On Aug 1, not having received the refund, we contacted Michael again and he assured us that he would personally make sure that the refund request was processed and that we should see the credit in our account within the week. On Aug 15 and Aug 24, we once again attempted contact with Michael but the calls were rerouted to other service centers. One service center advised she would email Michael directly and so we advised that unless he processes the refund request we will pursue legal action. At this point Michael has still not contacted with us, nor have we received the refund we're due so it's likely we'll need to proceed with legal action if corporate doesn't resolve. In the mean time, I would not recommend services from this office, there's clearly a management problem. Edit 10/5. Apparently someone in corporate was paying attention. We did finally receive the refund due. Too bad Michael couldn't make it happen.
I have this company for almost 2 yrs now. They offered monthly service once and is impossible to get another service as need it. Really hard to get any response from Technitian. Service is approximately a 10-12 min luckily.
Unfortunately we had a horrible experience working with Massey services. After giving them multiple chances to redeem themselves I eventually decided to work with a different company. The company is very unresponsive, unprofessional, and has poor customer service. The guy who originally quoted me ended up leaving the company and it took me having to call up to the office to get somebody to come out to the property. I had got quoted twice for sprinkler repairs because they didn’t save the first quote in the system. I then had to schedule the appointment two weeks out because they were busy which I understood. However, I already paid them to do the service I called yesterday because they were supposed to come out then and do the repairs and they told me I had to wait an additional month to get them fixed. Wish I could say this was that only bad experience however, there were way more. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
