These folks are a small, but dedicated team. They have been caring for our landscape for about 15 months. My favorite thing is that they show up consistently no matter the season. Each time they come they do something. They are responsive to any special requests, but understandably may need a lot of notice to get extras done because they don’t have a ton of employees. I have been very pleased with their work and know that a couple of neighbors have signed them on too and their lawns always look great.

Customer for 10 years. Professionalism and fair price won our loyalty. Intelligent and kind owners. I don't have worry about things. Responsive to occasions of special needs.

I contacted this company because they had great reviews. Not sure how they have great reviews because i have had less then good service i called to get a quote. Someone took my information and i didn’t receive a call until two days later they claimed someone came out to the property which, they did not and gave me a quote. Price still seemed fair, although slightly expensive from others. Tried to contact someone back to get the services started and both numbers straight to Voicemail the whole day contacted next day still no answer. If I’m going to pay services that are slightly higher then the competition i would expect stellar service and someone to answer the phone. I haven’t even started the services and already i have a poor impression on this company. Just going to go with someone else.

My husband and I have used Green Lizzard for 2 years and on 2 different homes-- same great service! Always on time, same day, leaving our yard looking great for when we get home. The staff has always been super friendly and would be cautious to not let our dogs escape the yard as they did their work. Cant go wrong with this team

Like the others, I believed the testimonies from another site. The billing was incorrect in the beginning but grace was given and thought we could get past it, They did not show up several times and gave numerous excuses and thought it was resolved but when my realtor suggested I get lawn care recently, I was in shock, I explained that I was paying for lawn care and she said the yard was unmown and the shrubs unkept. I have emailed NUMEROUS times, talked with their phone service numerous time and yet when they are suppose to be open, have been unable to talk to anyone. This has been the worst lawn service I have ever received. Everyone has bad days or even weeks but this service started off poorly, proceeded to get worse and ended with a HORRIBLE review. Find out who your neighbors use and I would not recommend this service. (This is the first bad review I have given on the internet if that tells you the quality of the service)

I needed lawn care service for my residence and decided to try Green Lizard due to some good reviews on other sites, their good-looking website, and they have a cool logo (didn't hurt)! When I called, I gave them my information (name, address, work and personal phone numbers) and was informed that they would look at the property and provide me with a quote. Great! Or so I thought. 48 hours later with no call and no messages on either phone, I called them back and asked for an estimated time for the quote (I just needed some expectation management - perhaps it would take a week, right?); I was told that they were "out in the field" and that someone would get back to me. Two weeks later, and no communication from them. Now understand, I am a very loyal customer when I find a good product or service. I've purchased the same make of vehicle since I was a teenager, get the same brand shoes (yes, I do mix up the style sometimes), and the same goes for the rest of my acquisitions. With that said, Green Lizard could have obtained a loyal customer that would have provided a source of revenue for years, however, starting a relationship with a company on such a sour note has turned me to the competition. Perhaps I am not a big business with multiple properties - maybe that's why there was no concern or consideration in getting back and providing a modicum of customer service. Whatever the reason, you can stick to your big accounts, Green Lizard, because you've lost this customer.

I had to fire this company for absolutely ruining our yard. They were using a riding lawn mower to cut hills and were shaving off our grass completely down to the dirt. Every time they came to cut our grass it was like a race to see who could finish first they knocked over all the edging of our landscaping and didn't even bother to pick it up. They were unapologetic about it so when we cancelled their services they kept billing us! They use an answering service to answer all of their calls and never returned any of my phone calls! Buyer Beware...
