Gavino Landscaping in Riverside

Gavino Landscaping is a five-star service. On a bi-weekly basis they have maintained my yard, but also annually complete weed abatement on my property within a few days of my request. I am writing this reference due to the emergency service that Andy Gavino and Gavino Landscaping was able to provide due to a broken water line to my sprinkler system. Andy responded promptly, explained how to stop the water that had flooded my yard and had his team come within a few hours to fix the problem. What I appreciate about Andy is his ability to explain the best way to resolve issues. I also appreciate that his team is fully insured, so I don't have to worry about any liabilities due to tree trimming or landscaping maintenance accidents.

They made our landscaping go from ratty to absolutely perfection! All of the workers at our site emailed, called and texted of the huge difference this company made during there clean up project. After they completed the work, the area literally looked like they vacuumed the flower beds it was so neat and clean! They definitely have our business moving forward.

Gavino landscaping has been servicing my backyard for over 2 years now. They are very professional and very responsive. They go above and beyond what I ask. Always keeping our backyard well trimmed and clean. Would highly recommend!

Removed my previous negative review because they did a good job for a couple weeks. That didn’t last long. Take a look at this “quality work” they do on edging and the 1/2 completed bush trimming. Not to mention all the clippings and thorns left all over the ground. I can add more to the list on why you should avoid this business, but I’ll stop here. I’m sure I’ll be questioned if I’m even a customer. Seems to be the go to response. Add on: Those clippings were left over night. Your crew left them behind and neglected to clean them up. Stop making up excuses and hold your workers accountable. I have more photos of your sloppy work also. I will be turning in all photos and my notes to the HOA if things don’t improve.

Poor service and doesn’t listen to concerns from customers. Edit: no confusion here. You work at my complex and continue to do a poor job. Even when the issues are brought to your attention. Maybe you should keep a better eye on your employees and you’d know where they cut corners and do lazy work. Uneven grass, poor plant trimming, do better.

The driver of the truck with plate number 37492E2 on 3/08/24 pulled straight out of some apartments into live traffic & almost caused a collision with 2 other vehicles. So if the service they provide is anything like the way their employees drive, its terrible!

The Gavino team designs are beautiful. Definitely recommend hearing out their ideas! This photo is an example of one of the layouts they created, super aesthetically pleasing!

Gavino Landscaping created a beautiful drought tolerant design for my houses and helped me get a rebate to help with the cost. Andy and his team was involved in the whole process and made the whole process super easy. I highly recommend this company to anybody wanting a landscape makeover.
