Enrique the technician called to see whether he could do the service early. He was knowledgeable, efficient, extremely pleasant, explained what work needed to be done, and provided some options. There are many sprinkler companies in the area, but I dont bother with them because of the quality of this gentlemans work.

Tanzer sprinklers came to repair my underground sprinkler system that we havent used for many years. The workers who came were very professional, polite, showed me what they were doing, and answered all my questions. The leader of the group came downstairs to reprogram the system. He noticed that there was a small leak in the valve for the water and suggested I call a plumber. He also said I should out in a new battery because the one is so old. I took out the old battery and had a plumber come the next day. (The system worked fine that first night.) When the plumber came he unplugged the system not knowing there wasnt a battery in it. So the program was no longer working. I called Tanzer to ask them to have someone come out and reprogram the system. The person to whom I spoke said I would have to pay over $98 service charge for some one to come out. 2 days previously I paid them over $2300 go fix the system, and $98+ to activate the system. And they couldnt come out to do 5 minutes worth of work to reprogram the system??!!??? Their workers did good work but their customer service STINKS!!!!!!!

Greg Tanzer Sprinkles were recommended to me by an old friend, who uses them for few years already. When I called them and got the voice mail, I got disappointed at first, but my call was returned promptly and Joe from operations was very helpful. He explained the services being provided by the company and set appointment for property review and estimate. Mark, the sales representative came in couple of days, he called 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm the visit. Was very clear with the product, price and installation process. Signing the contract was very easy and transparent. Installers came in few days. Joe set it up really fast at convenient time. Instalation team came on time and they knew exactly what to do, explaining every step inside and outside the house. They also set up control application on my phone and showed how to operate the system if I will need to change initial settings. Before leaving Frey made sure that all zones and heads are operating properly. I m very happy with Greg Tanzer so far. Will update the review in the summer,when the system will be used for couple of months.

Elias the tech who performed the spring startup was very professional and efficient. When he finished he made sure that he answered all my questions and gave me an opportunity to turn the sprinkler system on and off so that I was completely able to manage the system.

They came to activate my irrigation system of 6 zones in a raining day so the couldnt inspect leaking from the system and offer repair according to the agreement. I brought that up to the technician thar agreed with me and said that hell add service to come again to inspect later, when I called the office to set up an appointment the lady on the ph. wasn t Pleasant to talk with and said they wont come again unless Ill pay for additional service. Because of that I stopped working with them instead I found other company which is cheaper and better customer service. Im giving 2 stars for the poor customer service and unpleasant customer service rep.

They installed the irrigation system on my property , they installed some of the valves wrong and this caused one of the pipes to burst , when I asked about them rectifying this issue they never call back or respond!!! I be called several times and still no solution they just give the run around and play dumb!

Tanzers Inc is a reliable and trustworthy. The sprinkler system I inherited from my house was shotty from the get go. Tanzers worked with me on fixing it. I use them throughout the year. They even do home lighting too.

Very happy customer. Not only did Tanzer have the best price for the installation (had 3 quotes). They also had the fastest estimate to get the job done. The work was also top-notch from the placement of the system to how fast they got the job done.

I used for winterization on the sprinklers they installed at my home. Over the winter a pipe burst and they wanted to charge to fix because it wasn t winterized correctly or pipe installed correctly. How does this make any sense - they install, they do the maintenance, it s not done right and they want more money to fix This company installed EVERYTING for the sprinklers and tapped off the water line inside my wall. Dont believe anything they say Avoid this company - RUN

I just used Greg Tanzer to install a new irrigation system and lighting for the house. It was very easy to set up an appointment for the estimate, Mark was a treat to work with, and the installation was done quick and on time. I was initially going to use a different company but decided against it as even setting up a simple appointment was a pain whereas everything was so smooth and easy with Greg Tanzer. I felt like installing an Irrigation system is a long time commitment since there will be seasonal maintenance and i strongly believe I made the right choice. Also I was debating if I should do the lighting installment but I gotta say I am in LOVE with the new look! Thank you Greg Tanzer team!

I called Greg Tanz Sprinklers to give me a price quote for installation at our home. Mark was extremely informative and answered all of my questions and extremely professional. He didnt sell me anything unnecessary- he was very straightforward and honest which is a rarity these days. My installation was on point and the customer service top notch. I would and have referred others to them since.

Been using Tanzer for a while and they are fair in pricing and always show and do the job right the 1st time.

Used Tanzer for our outdoor lighting repairs and additions. They went over and above. They were conscientious and caring and made sure the work was perfect. We re going to switch all our outdoor services to them.

They are easy to schedule. All staff from the receptionist to the technicians are knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely helpful. I will highly recommend them.

This so called provider of sprinklers and outdoor designs has no clue as to how to provide customer satisfaction. They have no idea how to make or keep an appointment. They have no idea what its like to be civil with a customer and politely reschedule or explain why they cant or are not coming to perform a service. They are quick to cash the check and slow to execute or complete a task. Avoid Tanzer or be prepared to deal with poor execution and be prepared to fight for a refund. Did I say avoid?

I had my sprinkler system installed last spring. I was not told when they finish because I did not live in the house of the time. I moved in in September. I have been calling trying to get them to come and teach me how to use the system but they are refusing to do it without payment. And I understand if I was taught and I forgot I would gladly pay. But I was never taught. Thank you tanzer for a wonderful experience.

One of the worst companies Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. Rude, flippant customer service reps. Inadequate technicians that you have to shadow in order to make sure theyre doing their job correctly (and even then, theyre not). Ive been leaving the manager/supervisor messages everyday for him to call me back and discuss my issues and Ive still have not heard back after two weeks. All of this and the prices keep rising. Horrible. I cant wait to switch to a new sprinkler company, people that actually care about their work and their customers. Greg Tanzer and everyone who works there can go to hell.
