We bought pavers and stone to make our fire pit area. Isaac stayed to help me figure out what we needed based on a pretty bad sketch(I am no artist) and measurement my husband and I did. He calculated the stone we would need to fill it in and had it delivered in a few hours. My husband and I got this done in an afternoon. Great price for the pavers and stone.
The entire KDI crew was exceptionally professional, timely, hardworking and communicative. They did outstanding work on our walkway/stairs. We will be using their services again in the future!
They provided me with the materials and advice to do a small landscape project and were more than happy to assist me if need. They are very fair and helpful folks. Went on in a Saturday looking to set up a delivery of crushed stone. They helped us pick the best style for our project, and the even had it delivered in under an hour! Very nice people working here. Will definitely be going to them again for more extensive work. Thanks KDI!

Very disappointed , my husband called last week , the owner said he would be coming over, never showed up or returned a phone call. Yet, two years ago , we gave KDI a place to dump rock & soil from another job they had & they never returned to clean up that mess..

I purchased a home in Jaffrey and was in need of extensive landscaping. I found KDI landscaping online and decided to give them a try. Isaac showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. His prices are good and his crew is top-notch. I am happy I gave them a shot and would recommend them to anyone in need!

Dont show up when they say they will
It took them 2 weeks to get back to my original email. He has said he will come by my house 4 times now and has only showed up once. Meaning I was sitting at home twittling my thumbs. He has said he will get me a catalogue. That took two weeks (promised he would get me the catalogue the next day). I have been talking with him for over a month and a half CASH IN HAND to do the job but yet he still blows us off. Last night was the final straw when he yet again said he would be over at 5pm and never showed. He was very nice when we talked to him in person but the amount of times he has blown us off is absolutely unacceptable. Don t do business with them and if you do get something in writing stating when the job will be completed. If you can t trust him to show up and take your money how are you supposed to trust him to complete your job in a timely manner. I am extremely dissapointed in their professionalism especially with how highly recommended they came. Buyer beware.
We bought a home in Rindge Apr2018 and the sellers were kind enough to pre-pay KDI for some work that was needed for us that could be done once the weather warmed. It is now mid-Aug and this is the third time KDI has not shown. We had two NO SHOWS from them on previous occasions and most recently, as the sellers paid over $750 in advance for the work, I called informing them of their lack of professionalism, insisting they get someone out here for a consult on what was needed. The receptionist agreed and told me that the soonest available was today, 13Aug at 7AM. It s now 7:30 and nobody is here and nobody even called. Since KDI received advanced payment of a generous sum, it seems they do business unethically and would prefer to take the money and run, cheating their customers. I have never met such an unethical, unprofessional and ill-capable business in my life. I m contacting the sellers of our house today so that they can insist on a refund for lack of services and will be reporting this company to the business bureau. Do not waste your time.
