They cut down a dead pine tree that could have fallen on my house. They had the equipment and expertise to pull the tree down safely. The best part was that they scheduled the job shortly after I called them.

A tornado hit my home and have 2 trees on my roof. When I told the guy at Dependable to come and give me a quote, that I wanted the tree out immediately but needed some quotes, the guy from Dependable Lawn and Tree Service said that I should just go with someone else since I wanted several quotes first. This is very unprofessional and a little shady. Anyone that wants to know if I have insurance claim and wants to jump on it instantly without some vetting by homeowner is asking for trouble.

Discriminatory? We called and spoke to the guy about the $30k project and he said they were the one-stop place for our project. After he asked me to text him our address, which is near Jackson State, he texted me that he would pass on the job Did he pass because my address was in a minority area? Glad to know they type of people that run this business. He did not text me a reason. Bless him.

I received a quote to have 4 trees removed in my back yard. The original quote wasnt signed until 2 weeks later due to price comparison. My tree cut appointment was scheduled an additional 2 weeks out from signing of the contract. I got a call 2 days before scheduling and was asked could they move the appointment up by a day. I agreed but informed them that due to the reschedule, I will not be present. The next day, all preparation were made. I got a call from Corey while on site of my property, that due to leaves, he would have to rise the price an additional $2700 and it was a misquote for ALL 4 TREES?!?! How is that mathematically possible?! I canceled that service and he said he would send a voided contract to my email which I never received. This project literally took a full month and week from initial quote inspecton, 2 reschedules on his part, and then to a few thousand dollars increase WHILE on site and not what was on the contract.

Corey has an amazing team that comes in and does a great job. Real professional. Corey always want to satisfy the customers and go beyond what s expected. I was very pleased with his flower work and received many compliments afterwards. Thanks, Mrs George

Cory and his crew did a super job cutting down a tree that had fallen on my fence and cut down some other dead limbs around my house. They cleaned up very well afterwards and were very professional. He also gave me advice on some other issues I was having in my yard and have scheduled them to come back. My neighbors complimented on the hard work of the Dependable staff and how great my yard looked after the sod was laid. I agree! I plan on using Dependable again.

Corey and his team did a great job trimming 3 large trees in our backyard. One was hanging over into the neighbors yard and they are happy with the work too. It took sometime for him to come because of rain delays and staffing issues, but we reccommend.

Dependable Law and Tree is an amazing service company. They have worked with us for years and have kept our house looking great. No matter what is needed, they are there to help. Cutting, sod, bushes, beds, tress, etc., they have helped us with all of them. We had a tree problem in our front year that they were able to fix immediately. No mess left behind and after a layer of sod was laid, you cant even tell there was a tree there. I would 100% recommend this company.
