Balitano was a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism and courteous staff went above and beyond during the construction at my home. Their team created a beautiful design for my home and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I received several quotes from contractors and Balitano was not the cheapest but their ideas and designs were exactly what I was looking for! They did an amazing job and worth every cent! They also addressed any issues we had after the construction was completed. you really get what you pay for and they back up their work 100%. Can't say enough about Balitano and the great work they did in my backyard. They transformed a terrible mess into a great space my family and friends can't get enough of. Fil and Giovanna came to the house, spent weeks with us provided detailed plans, options, materials, computerized layouts all with patience and professionalism. Once we agreed on the plan, his guys got straight to work. We were given a timeline for completion and if it weren't for some heavy, rainy days, they would be been exactly on time. I feel what sets them apart from competitors is their openness, eagerness to please the customer and the quality of their workers. His crew of many, are all great people and extremely hard, dedicated workers. They respected our space and at the end of every day, left a clean job site. They showed up on time every morning and worked straight through the day. The attention to detail was impressive and as I got to know many of them, all were open to my opinion or suggestions. As a whole, Balitano Construction was fantastic. If you're looking to do hardscape work on your property, I'd look no further. It's unusual to be able to trust and like construction companies and their people. Balitano is the exception.

About 5 years ago, I paved half of my backyard using another mason company. Unfortunately, some of my pavers started to become loose and shift. Balitano to the rescue! Fil and his wonderful staff came and cemented my loose pavers at a very reasonable price. The work was done with precision and accuracy. My family and I are BEYOND happy to have met Fil and Giavanni, owners of Balitano Contracting Co. It s a family business with a commitment to quality and communication, and they turned our dreaded backyard project from being a nerve-wracking uphill battle to being a true collaborative artistic masterpiece. They replaced and redesigned our entire backyard, and made sure that we understood every recommendation they made and that our input was always acknowledged. We learned so much about the process along the way, and have so much respect for their company. It was a very big job and they exceeded ALL expectations. I would like to highly recommend them!
Fil and team were top notch on every part of the job. From the initial design to the end of the job they were meticulous in everything they did. Utilizing their expertise, they transformed a nice size backyard into a paradise oasis. Not only did they do what we asked, they also fixed issues from a previous job gone wrong because they are professionals! We would highly recommend Balitano Contracting Company. We have done several projects with them and are very satisfied with the high quality work that they provide. First, a couple of years ago, we did a total excavation of our front yard (tiered property which consisted of four levels) and had all the wood pilings and mature shrubs/hedges removed. This was a very difficult job due to the sloped landscaping and narrow street. Fil (the owner) did not hesitate to take on this project and gave us terrific ideas on how to structure the retaining walls and landscape design. Balitano Contracting Company built three levels of retaining walls using beautiful garden blocks. Second, the retaining walls turned out so beautiful, we then decided to extend our project to replace a portion of the front steps with the same garden blocks, and finish off with full replacement of the front concrete patio with pavers. Fil assured us that this project would be started and completed within a certain time frame and it was completed right on schedule. Again, just this past week, Balitano Contracting Company, replaced our two-car asphalt driveway with pavers. Once again, the job was started and completed in a timely manner and beautiful end result! We are very happy! Fil (the owner) is wonderful and very professional. He provided us with various ideas to give us the best quality job within our budget and was very attentive to our questions and concerns. The entire construction crew is amazing, including Sammy (the foreman), They are really hard workers and detail oriented, measuring and double checking to make sure there are no imperfections. They were always respectful of the job site and cleaned areas before leaving every day. We have gotten so many compliments from neighbors and passersby inquiring on who did the work because it is top notch!!!
