NaturaLawn of America in Richmond

NaturaLawn says all the right things to gain your business but I have found that they over promise but under deliver. My lawn does not look any better after I switched from another company (that had underwhelming results). There are other more trusted lawn service providers that have more effective multi-step and weed control programs.

Had a great talk with the technician. He gave me great information to maintain my yard in between services!

Our yard has never looked better!!! Thank you to each of the technicians that come out and service our yard - you are knowledgeable and helpful whenever we have questions. Our neighbors always provide compliments for how beautiful our yard looks. Thanks again!!!

We once had them do own lawn 7 years ago since then they call at least every month to get me to restart. I have blocked them, I have asked them to stop and yet still new numbers keep calling. We stopped using them because our lawn looked the same without any treatments. Don't give them your number because they will never stop calling

Had their service for a few years, decided to change to Virginia Green and our lawn is much greener, thicker with Virginia Green.

I recently received a promotion from this company for "natural flea and tick killer." I could get a whole subscription for them to treat my lawn "naturally" for the year. This poison kills all kinds of bug - pollinators and other beneficials (lightening bugs and fireflies, anyone?) and the myriad bug popusation that has NO impact on human, agricultural or pet activity. These bugs also provide food for birds and frogs... Yes, I hate ticks and fleas- but a broad spectrum pesticide is NOT the way to care for your lawn or our planet.

Very disappointed in NaturalLawns of America !!! We have had their service for almost 20 years , today when they came they broke a heng off a very expensive copper gate!!! I called them and ask the them what are you going to do about this?? All the lady said was that she is sorry that gate was broken. I coundnt beleave what I was hearing . She didn't even offer to help with the situation. Totally incompedent .........

I hired them for lawn service last year. Did not see good effect on the lawn in terms of eliminating weeds. So, I contacted them to discontinue the service. Somehow, this year in Spring, my lawn is in its worst shape for all past 20 years with big patches of dead grass and it is filled with the purple flowery weeds all over the lawn!
