They keep their word and are quite timely. Prices vary year to year which is only reason I dropped a star. Our neighbors compliment the looks of our lawn every time they walk by.

Great service, reasonably priced

Signed up for aeration and 5 treatments throughout the year. They only did part of the yard on the aeration and I had to have them come back. After that they still didnt learn and I have had to contact them for incomplete jobs every time. I even told them we have 2 cameras on the property and can see what they are/are not doing. They will resend people back out to do the job but it is a waste of time and would not recommend ever using them.

My lawn kept getting worse over a few years. I would try the same thing, it would look good for awhile...then bare patches all over my lawn. The were tremendous....they correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone. I started last fall and by the beginning of the following summer my lawn is thick, weedless, and bare patches are growing in. Cant say enough. thank you.

There is nothing worse than having minor issues with the service and then have to fight with the office to make it right. Promises made that were not kept. Selling products that did not perform as advertised. Two years of arguing is plenty. I ve given them a chance, but sad to say it s time to move on . Hopefully someone takes notice and improves the service - it is definitely not the same as when I first hired them.

Lawn Doctor of McHenry County East has always been the best. We made the mistake of leaving them for a season a couple years ago and that was a mistake. Our lawn is always the best and they are reasonably priced.

I have used your services for a number of years. Fourteen months ago I moved to a new residence in Lakewood and I requested some advice to improve my lawn. After multiple requests to have someone look at my yard, I was told that you were short staffed and couldnt send anyone out. Needless to say I was disappointed.

We have been using Lawn Doctor since moving to Mchenry in 1990 and have always had a great experience with their servcies. In recent years they have added a house perimeter pest spraying which has eliminated my need to do the same each spring

I literally had NO grass. They trubed absolutely nothing into a beautiful back yard we can actually enjoy... and afford!!

Did my whole yard so quickly including tossing my dogs toys onto the deck, hand fertilizing the area he couldnt do well with the equipment and blowing off any fertilizer that was on the driveway. Our lawn has never looked so good! A+ Lawn Doctor!

If you ask for reviews you should make sure your equipment actually functions. Your lawn tech is not at fault but in my opinion it is lawn doctor as a whole. I have dead spots all over my lawn from your equipment stalling out and dumping fertilizer in piles every time it stalls. (10 - 12 times) NOT A JOKE!!! Everyone is home watching your shoddy service. Lawn Doctor of McHenry has taken our lawn from weed infested to weed free in just 2 short seasons. The cost was very competitive to the expense of doing the work myself and treated the lawn with nutrients and insect protection all within the limits set by state law. Response to my questions were prompt and satisfaction is guaranteed without question. Based on my experience, I would recommend their service to anyone thinking about getting help to bring their lawn back to what it once was.

They air rated our yard and they broke the handle off my shedd. They also opened the shed for some reason. Must be noise problems. And they never mentioned that they broke the handle off the shedd.

Ive always taken care of my own lawn but last year it looked bad and was getting worse no matter what I did (fertilized, aerated, bug spray, grub control, etc.). Lawn Doctor came out and told me about a fungus from all the rain. They treated it and one of my trees and I have to admit my lawn has never looked better. Im no longer taking care of the lawn myself.

We are using the Lawn Doctor now for the 2nd year. Last year we noticed an improvement to our lawn after switching to them from another service we had for many years. I love that we get an email a few days before they come out, so we know to have our dog inside.

I used to do my own lawn care, but found out the Lawn Doctors prices where about the same as what I was spending on supplies and they did all the work. I think they have been taking care of my lawn needs for about 15 years and always take advantage of their early bird discount. I am very satisfied with their services.

Great price. The work was done quickly. I would have given it a five star, but the work was rescheduled and the company did not notify me. I had to follow up with them.

They are very punctual and show up when they say they will. My lawn looks great and the weeds are virtually non-existent.

Have always done a great job. I have a great lawn with deep color and no weeds. Used them for five years. This year, however, I remain waiting for my deep seeding. I will leave it at five stars and assume the seeding will be applied soon. I imagine they were late due to the weather.

Service was performed as scheduled and so far seems to be helping. Only negative comment is that I had sent a request weeks ahead as to when the service would be. After 3 attempts got a response right before the service was performed.

Just cancelled my service with Lawn Doctor. My yard looked great when I started with them a few years ago. Service has really gone down hill over the last two seasons. My lawn has gotten progressively worse and applications dont seem to be done well. I would not recommend this company.

Terrible service this year. I have been a customer for 25 years and have prepaid for this year. Place has gone down hill.

If I could make it less than 1 star I would. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They scam you out of money and bill you for services you didnt ask for.

Good customer service.

Their service has been great. I used to do it myself, but would always run into issues with not doing it on the right schedule due to conflicts with other things going on. They are there when it needs to be done and the yard looks better and better every year. Great to work with as well. I would recommend them to everyone.
