on march 25th /2024 they come to cut the grass, they left all grass on the ground , I call them come back to put the grass in the green bin, and they charge me twice. I did pay him one cut charge and fire him, no more use there service forever.
Hired to aerate, power rake, and fertilize our side by side duplex. They did one side duplex and forgot the other. Called them to come back and complete the other duplex. Andy admitted that his crews made a mistake and said they would come back to complete the job. We spent over a week and a half later trying to get them back. They wasted our time on multiple days saying they would be here, but no showed. The last day we called them (Friday) he said they were too busy because Friday is their busy days, he then gave attitude. We asked Andy if he could guarantee us a day he was coming in, so we don’t waste our time again. His response “well if you want it written in blood no”. Zero integrity and terrible attitude.
I've used A+ Lawn and Garden for almost 15 years. They're consistent and professional. They get down to business when they arrive and get the job done quickly and efficiently. My hedges are the envy of my neighbors. I can't say enough about the owner Andy and his team.

This company was recently hired to maintain my townhouse complex and im shocked by how unprofessional and rude they are. I was enjoying my lawn with my dog one morning when who I think is the manager had a temper tantrum in response to me asking for them to not service my yard due to the leaf blower noise interrupting my ability to work. I think he was the manager and he responded with a very confusing long winded hostile rant that had nothing to do with my request. He finally advised me if I was going to service my own yard it “better look good” and that he would be servicing my yard anyways despite my request. Then he promptly sent a worker with a leaf blower right over. It was absolutely mind blowing. I cannot NOT RECOMMEND enough - unless you like being yelled at and insulted by people you pay.
On November 19, 2023, Antonio and Jocelyn arrived at my home at 9:00 am and worked through til dark trimming hedges, shrubs and, as well, general winter cleanup. They both not only worked hard and systematically but effectively and efficiently and were also very obliging. I would highly recommend these two individuals.
Fantastic company came prompt when I called. They were friendly and did the weed eating and grass cutting professionally and it looked great. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again as their fees are affordable!

They dont clean up after a job. They were cutting my neighbors lawn but left grass clippings all over my driveway with their big riding lawn mower. It takes 30 seconds to use a leaf blower to clean up, every professional company does this. If they cant get the simple stuff right, I wouldnt trust them with anything bigger.
Crew of two men were landscaping in a small plaza that contained a corner store, day care and other small businesses. Guy with the leaf blower was right in front of the daycare and had no regards to his surroundings. Pretty sure I made eye contact with him as well, however he continued to blow around dust & dirt (there were no leafs in sight at the front ....) while cars, parents and small children were going in and out for drop off. Wouldnt hurt to wait a few mins till the area was actually clear to clean the area. If youre working in a public space, the public shouldnt have to work around you and be left with breathing in dust particles, dusty clothes, dusty vehicles. Unprofessional.

I have had this company taking care of cutting my grass weekly for about 3 years. They are professional and do a better job than I ever did. They are willing to be flexible if I want to hold off for a week during the dry days of summer.
If I could pick less than 1 star I would. Waited for several days for them to just show up. So unprofessional.....definitely didnt care about job or even interested in looking at more bushes in the back. Said they could fix the garden if we buy the plants....really....we just moved here from states and have no idea what to plant. They were leaning against house twirling his earbuds in his hand acting like we were asking for the world. I need a professional full yard/landscaping service....help.
